We have used ON TIME for install of AC, tankless water heater and to fix a clog in kitchen drain. Whether the job was large or small, the employees have been friendly, professional and effecient. They arrive when they say they will and keep up up to date about the job. Very happy we found this company!

Now I have seen it all, an honest plumber as I live and breathe! Jason called me in advance of coming out to better understand my issue and he gave me such honest advice. He could have easily come over and run up a bill but he didnt. He was so polite and knowledgeable. Jason will be my go to guy for all of my plumbing issues from now on! So impressed to see such kindness and professionalism still exists! You wont be disappointed!

Absolute nightmare! I couldnt remove the core of a diverter spout from the copper pipe (it was welded on) so I called the plumber. Carlos arrived, took a pipe wrench, and wrenched so hard that he twisted the copper pipe (very badly) and ruined it. Then he calls me up and tells me that the pipe is twisted so hes going to have to cut the wall open. He DENIED twisting the pipe and lied to the owner about it. Fortunately, I have before and after pictures of the pipe! I also have two witnesses who knew that the pipe was perfectly fine before the plumber got there.The owner was supposedly going to call me about it, but the secretary said that he talked to the lying technician and took his word for it.The repair WAS going to be simple and straightforward. Now I will probably have to cut the wall open to replace the ruined pipe. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a plumber, compounded by the fact that the owner seems to be trying to avoid responsibility.I have pictures, I have witnesses, (including myself) and I have the time and inclination to sue them for damages. I chose these guys because they had great reviews. I am flabbergasted.P.S. The plumber was also over 10 minutes late. So much for the name On Time Home Services.

Steve was my technician. Although, I didn’t qualify for the financing because I recently closed all my credit cards, he was very professional and friendly. He did a thorough job explaining what was the issue with my AC unit. I look forward to working with them once my credit improves.

The technician called ahead to get more information regarding my cooler. He looked into pricing for me for the parts and labor. Unfortunately it was out of our budget. They were very understanding that we would not need them to come out until we saved up a little. Very thankful they did not come all the way out of town to diagnose a problem we already new what it was and have to pay for the diagnoses. Very professional and saved us money. Thank you very much! We will be calling you guys again when we are ready to fix :)

My AC had been broken for a month and the previous place I had booked an appointment with and waited 2 weeks for, cancelled on me. On Time Home Services were able to schedule me within the week and didn’t even charge a weekend fee for me. Very nice cleaned the air vent to my dryer tested after the vent wasnt clogged these guys were very nice and helpful.

Jason called to let me know he was on the way, and arrived to find/confirm the Drano had done its job. Gave me a few tips to make sure the clog is fully gone, then contacted a colleague to inquire about replacing my dying window AC unit. Didn’t charge me for coming out, which is a mark of a customer-service oriented business! Will definitely call these folks again when needed in the future as well as refer others to them!

Yesterday I needed a plumber for my grandma . I called your company and they were wonderful!!!! I called at about 11:00 and she said someone would be out there by 2:00. The man called early and asked if he could come by.I was thrilled for him to come a whole hour early! Jason came and beat me to my grandma’s house to start his job. My grandma was nervous, anxious and snappy. I explained the situation to him about her and he completely understood. Jason tried multiple times to try to unclogged the pipe that drains from the washing machine. He tried from the pipe on top of the roof and at the actual spot from the washing machine. He eventually told us he was very very sorry he could not do it. He did not have a small enough snake and he thought we needed to call a drain cleaner company. They would be able to clean it out and might have a small enough tool to be able to do it. He was an amazing man and did an excellent job. I appreciate his honesty and that he knew his limits. He was afraid to try to disconnect the pipe because they were so old and could cause more damage. I wanted to let you know we will be recommending your company. I was flabbergasted by his professionalism and his honesty. And my grandma will be recommending your company to everyone. Please give him a huge pat on the back because I know he felt awful that he could not do the job but I am so glad he was honest and knew his limits. This company is very honest and reliable.

A sensor on my water heater failed.  I phoned On Time and Richard came out the same day and replaced the part. Friendly office staff and Richard was very polite and knowledgeable. Happy with the service.  I recommend this company if you have a water heater issue. I will give them the opportunity to replace my A/C unit when that is due.
