Our technician was very nice explained what was wrong with refrigerator, had to order parts and within a week came and put in parts and our refrigerator is working great. thank you for the great job
First tech sent out was unable to I’d problem. His manager ordered parts based on feedback. Second tech came out after I received some parts. The important part was not received, I had never been informed how many parts ordered. Lack of communication. Second tech obtained required part and returned and fixed oven. Lasted a couple months and has died again. Called Sears and they said job was still open. Waited a month and called Sears again to find out when I would get the repair and found out the job was now closed and I needed a new service order. Scheduled for next week. Why couldn’t Sears communicate with me or set up a new service call almost a month ago. Sears need some training on customer support. If I can’t have my oven back in 10 days I expect a replacement.

After a little trouble getting the parts because of the pandemic, Ron arrived right on time, repaired my exercise bike, and we tested it. It worked great, just like new. Maintenance agreement was well worth the minimal cost.
Got an appointment quickly and they diagnosed the problem quickly. When the part arrived they promptly came and installed it.
This place has great service but really really bad communication you cant speak with anyone in the US
I will never do business with sears again. The washer we bought in November is already broken and we have been trying for two weeks to get it fixed. Twice now they have scheduled service and then canceled after the given arrival time. Now they rescheduled when we are supposed to be out of town. We have four kids and our washer is locked shut with wet linen molding away. This, after the dryer we bought in November didnt work from the moment we brought it home and it took a month to service it. This is not the sears I grew up with nor will I continue with. Buying appliances from them was the worst decision I have made in a long time. Oh, and everytime you call, the call taker will not except no for an answer regarding the purchase of a home warranty and insist on sending someone out for free. If they cant service a brand new 1k machine under warranty, I dont know who would ever buy their home warranry plan.
DO NOT RENEW SEARS PROTECTION AGREEMENTS IN BAKERSFIELD ....I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!I was told repair services would not change even with the Sears in town closing down, which encouraged me to renew my protection agreement. September 2020 was the first time I needed repairs to a washer and it was not timely or efficient - they are working through third party independent contractors and if the third party is unresponsive (which is what is happening to me) Sears just doesn’t help you out. They “escalate” the situation, tell you they are going to call you back but that’s just to get you off the line so that you won’t bother them further because when you call back no one knows what you’re talking about and you have to explain yet again to someone new......which then you are prompted to wait yet more time for a call that never happens
DO NOT RELY ON THE WORD OF SEARS PHONE REPRESENTATIVES!!!! We had Sears Home Warranty out for work on our refrigerator/freezer....parts were ordered the first part of December and came in promptly. We had a scheduled appointment for December 29th, which was cancelled by Sears because they claimed all the parts had not been delivered. I called and told them the parts were in. However, due to clerical error on the part of Sears representatives, it is now January 25th and they still claim not all the parts have been delivered. After MY investigation and numerous calls, all parts were timely delivered (on December 10th), but they cannot service the freezer until February 4th. We are moving out of state February 1st, with the refrigerator. I should not have had to discover this error myself...all they had to do was look....like I did. My refrigerator/freezer could have been fixed back in December at our scheduled appointment.UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
Matthew from Cristo Appliance repair was sent. He cleaned the fan in the refrigerator and tightened some cables in the washer. He recommended that Sears send a technician to do additional work on the refrigerator and the washer as soon as possible. I was told by Sears that someone from the Overflow Department would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. That has not happened. I am on hold with the Overflow Department now, waiting for an appointment.

No one ever answered the phone. I tried for three days then gave up.
Neither service person knew much about my refrigerator. They had to stay on the phone with the service department most of the time. First one was only focused on replacing a part to get it running and did not check out my refrigerator while they were there to see if it had any other issues. Asked to use my vacuum and when it wasnt what he wanted he went to his vehicle and got his own. Did not clean up well before he left. Not repaired,part ordered. It took 7 days to get part and 2 days to schedule install. Second serviceman came arrived again on phone with service department most of the time. I provided a pad to lay on and rags per his request. Thought it was strange a repairman wouldnt come more prepared to work. Would not adjust height of French door when it was pointed out to him. Didnt order missing part that turns off lights under french doors. Didnt notice or report stress cracking on back panel of refrigerator which covers the computer/circuit board that operates the refrigerator( which has already had to be replaced 2 times since purchase almost years ago) Crisper shelf bracket has broken during the first purchased and had completely disintegrated again in the last 2 months (crumbling ). But Im told not under warranty!! Do drawers are now useless and glass panel now has nothing to lay on. His solution to one french door bring 1.5 inches higher than the other, was it not being on a level floor (tile). Showed ME (69 yr.old female,living alone) how to push my huge refrigerator back and then adjust level with feet on bottom of refrigerator!! By myself???I checked level on the refrigerator after he left and it was level side to side but high in the front....something he didnt check. ( by the way, why would it being high in the,front effect the height of the one door?? I pointed out in the manual the instructions on how to adjust door)2 days later, refrigerator is still not working correctly with new compressor, so the same company had to be scheduled to come again.Not happy with refrigerator or service repair company.... its a lemon and they do not have product knowledge nor good customer service. I will not ever buy a Kenmore refrigerator or any appliance again.
The ice maker was replaced and is working fine now. I just think its a shame that the ice maker broke after only two years. Doesnt say much for Samsung refrigerators. Our son has the same refrigerator and the same problem. Repairman says all Samsung refrigerators do the same thing.

The technician who came out kept us updated on his schedule so we would know when to expect him. He was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do every step of the way. His work seems to have been exemplary, my dryer has never worked better than it does now. I was as satisfied as could be.
This was the first time a local appliance shop came out to fix our ice maker that Sears had contracted with. They were wonderful, no problems, professional, quick, awesome. Thank you Oak Valley Appliance in Tehachapi
It took 3 visits, repair technicians were very professional in diagnosing the problems and ordering the needed parts, Microwave was under warranty so there was no cost for all the work. It is working great now. BTW if Sears cant fix it after 4 calls, you can request a replacement. Sears has done repairs on two different Kenmore refrigerators, again all at no cost either because of manufacturers warranty or under Sears Master Protection Agreement which is worth paying for, get that coverage if you do not already have it.
Communications are superb. Tech was on time. Did a thorough check on dishwasher, refrigerator, washer, dryer, cook top and ovens. Total stay may have been one hour. Found our appliances working well; no repairs necessary. Worth the time and effort. Great service.
I was very pleased with my recent service. I have four appliances with extended warranties which includes maintenance. I called to see if I could get all of them serviced on the same day. The phone person was very helpful and said all could be serviced in one visit. The visit was scheduled within two days of my call. The service person showed up at the beginning of the 4 hour window. He serviced all appliances and answered all my questions. He was courteous and did a great job! Thank you!
Even though my 2014 Kenmore Refrigerator was confirmed dead by Edward. He was professional and courteous and sympathetic to our deceased appliance. He offered us a warranty option to ease our suffering.

Washer didnt get fixed so had to set another appointment which was a hassle. A week without doing laundry is not a good thing in my family. One of the repairmen was a tad rude to me a few times, people skills and understanding was lacking a bit. I have been without my washer for over 2 months now, will NEVER buy from Sears again. Update: Still suffering with a broken washing machine, several repair calls and still not working. Was told I only had 1 legit repair on machine, despite the fact it is still not working.

Your appliance repairman was great. He came to do an annual maintenance but was not only very friendly but explained some things to me about the working of my freezer. Information which I appreciated receiving.
My dishwasher completely stopped working. I called Sears repair and scheduled an appointment. A repair man came and checked and then ordered the parts needed. It took a total of 2 weeks for the parts to come and then the repair man to come back. He replaced the parts and the dishwasher works great again. The total repair would have cost more than 400.00 ! Before the first visit I chose to pay the 249.00 for the warranty that covered the repair and covered the dishwasher for a year after. Im happy with the repair and the choice!

You know just purchased a washer and dryer, they bring it set it up and it only fills up halfway. So I call to set up an appointment and its like a week out from the time I called. Please tell me why in Gods name do I have to go to a laundromat for an entire week after I just purchased a washer and dryer at home. Its no wonder that this company has gone bankrupt. Disappointed that this technician did not wear disposable gloves. Both my wife and I have COPD, I have severe heart disease and stage 3 kidney failure. We had to disinfect several areas, inside and outside our home after his service.
The gentlemen that came to repair my washing machine were very professional. They arrived on time, Got right to work and answered any questions I had for them. They were a top team. The machine is working as well or better than the day they installed it.
Sears technicians are always the best. Educated and courteous, they always call you 10-15 min before coming to your house, and the job is done in a fast, clean/efficient way. Very happy with Sears Home Services crew.
The customer service rep I originally contacted ended up ordering the incorrect part, resulting in a rescheduled visit.The on-site technician caught this, so full marks to him for not installing the wrong part and potentially breaking the whole unit.While my son was there, instead of myself, I believe that the on-site tech was knowledgeable and efficient.
The technician was very good but couldnt find the problem. He left thinking everything was ok but then the next day when I went to wash clothes the washing machine gave me the same error codes. When I called to have someone come out that day I was told they could not come out for 2 more days. I was not happy with their lack of effort to correct the problem that I had already waited 2 days to get help with, especially when the problem was not resolved. I wont be using Sears again.

I bought a garage door opener that will not stay programmed. Every week or month this thing stops opening. The tech is no help and rigged my sencers so it could work temporarily.They have been out several times for same problem and still cant get it right. The last time i made a call to schedule someone to come out I asked the call center would they be a charge because the last time the tech said I would have to pay. So I verified with lady setting appointment about any changes and she said no change but the tech came out and said I would have to pay when I do have the extended warranty. No happy at all with this garbage

The tech was nice, but showed up past the quoted 4 hour window they gave me, was nice enough to call after and let me know he was running late. then said hell be there in 15-30 minutes, then showed up an hour and a half after. while there took a personal phone call for about 45 minutes. tv was fixed within 30 minutes thankfully, but i missed a whole day of work, i give 2 stars only because my tv is fixed for now.

The repair man accused us of dropping something on the top of the bottom door which never happened, he basically said I was unaware of this. I told him there is only 2 of us in this house and never had we dropped anything. He refused to order a new bottom door. Not happy at all and will never buy from Sears again. We have been customers for years and we are not satisfied with there new service contracts at all, they no longer care about customer satisfaction.

Bad experience from the beginning! I had to wait a week for the first appt., another week for the parts, another week for the next person to come install the parts. Just for him to tell me that the parts were not covered by the warranty when the first repair man that checked it for the first time could have told me that and not wasted my time. 3 wks. later I still have no stove or $1,500 to repair a stove that is only 11 months old and cost me just as much. I dont like Sears service, I dont like that they didnt give me any options to replace or repair my stove and now Im out the money and the stove. I will never buy anything from Sears again or use their repair service. Worst service ever!!!!

Ok, heres the deal, the repairman came on the designated day, and looked over the softner. It was leaking badly, and of course, having no proper tools for the repair, said he would order the parts. he also told me that there was not shut off valve to the softner, nor could it be unplugged, and that it was installed WRONG. Guess what, Sears had installed it! He also told us that he would not be putting in the parts, that we would have to call a plumber and have the plumber put the parts in, and install the shut off valve and a plug with a switch to turn it off if needed!!!!! So why in the hell do we have a warranty with you guys (if you couldnt have installed it properly in the 1st place, nor have your repairman come out to put the parts in?)? I am very, very upset that Sears doesnt stand behind their products, and I have wasted good money for a warranty that sucks!
I wish I could give this an accurate rating, but the work has not been finished... The gentleman who arrived wasnt aware of what my problem was for some reason. He took apart the insides and announced that somewhere along the line someone had taped wires together which caused a short and cut out my heating element. As the only people who touch those wires are other Sears repairmen, you can imagine my annoyance with this. He rewired it using my husbands twisties and told us that they (I assume he meant Sears) would be reordering me a new heating element and I would hear from someone at some point in the future to have it repaired (again).. Needless to say, I dont have a lot of faith in the system.. I just want it repaired properly. It works for now (until it comes apart again from his repair)..
