BSW Solar representatives were professional and well prepared in their initial presentation and answered our questions in detail.During the installation, the installers were neat, organized and kept us informed during the process. All in all, we were quite satisfied with the entire installation from start to finish and would recommend BSW Roofing, Solar and Air without hesitation.

Called nearly a month ago and setup an appointment. Project manager came out a few days later and said he would return the next morning around 8 am to take measurements and get info. He was going to call an A/C person to also meet with us as I discussed getting Roofing, Solar, and New Air Conditioners. He NEVER showed up the next day….. NEVER called… I called the office which gave me an excuse and they’d leave a message and he’d call back next day. It’s been WEEKS and NOTHING! I’ve emailed and NEVER received a response! VERY Strange one - I have no clue why a highly recommended company who was quick to send someone out would do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING FOR WEEKS????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

My roof was installed by BSW, they have installed bird stops on my roof and more recently they replaced a broken roof tile. They show up as promised and are always available to answer questions you may have. Their work was excellent and I have not had any problems with my roof. They are also very clean and professional. I highly recommend BSW roofing.

BSW just finished replacing our roof with GAF High Definition Reflector Series Shingles. They did an excellent job, were very efficient, and financially competitive. Luis provided the most detailed estimate and sketch of the proposed job. He was very responsive in answering all of my series of questions. They have a very organized system with specific crews for each aspect of the job. The crews were on time daily, worked hard and always did a very good job of cleaning up before they left. There was no wasted time in the process. This is a very professional company that I would highly recommend.

BSW Roofing was the contractor I selected after receiving bids to do some roof repairs on my Bakersfield home. They were fast, professional, and attentive.I sent them pictures at 4:30 pm on day 1, and by next day, had a guy in early morning to take a look and give me a quote. Work was done the following day once quote was agreed upon, highly recommended.

BSW replaced our roof and installed a new solar system. From beginning to end, the staff, led by Francisco Herrera, was professional and gave a quality performance. Communication was open and regular. We were kept abreast of each days progress and any unforeseen repairs that had to be made. The roof is beautiful. The crew cleaned up after themselves every day and all the debris from the job was removed. They took extra care around the yard to protect our landscaping from any damage. We had a lot of questions about the solar once it got activated. Francisco has done an excellent job of helping us understand.

BSW Roofing recently installed a solar power system at my house. I received solar power estimates from 5 different solar power companies. BSW roofing gave me a good cash price and offered financing. I choose BSW roofing because they had completed good roofing repairs for my mother in law and for my church. They have roofing experience so I trusted them with the solar installation on my roof. They used quality materials with a 25 year warranty on the solar panels and microinverters. They were the only company that did not request any money up front. I paid when the job was completed. The installer, Jesse, made sure everything was done right and was happy to make any changes necessary. The wire mesh BSW provides, that surrounds the panel arrays, prevents leaves and rodents from damaging the system. The electrician, Anthony, was more of a magician. He was able to conceal ALL of the conduit in the attic. If youve ever seen exposed conduit running in all directions all over a roof you can understand my appreciation for Anthony and BSW.The finished product looks great and is efficient and productive. Hats off to Jerry E at BSW roofing. He managed to pinpoint the leak we thought was on our roof. Another roofer never could figure it out, but Jerry spent an hour water testing the roof and discovered the roof wasnt leaking but the stucco on the chimney was. He also repaired a ridge piece that had blown off. He charged me nothing and recommended someone that would be able to repair the stucco. Such wonderful customer service. I highly recommend BSW!!!

We had our leaky roof redone by BSW and couldnt be happier. Weve had the new roof for a year now and it looks as good as the day they finished, plus no leaks. I’m so glad I contacted BSW for a new roof due to the old roof started to leak. Evan was wonderful 😇 and helped me through the whole process. My new a/c was installed improperly and he helped with that issue😃! I cant say enough about this company! They did a fantastic job on my roof. Very professional. They cleaned up each day and I was highly impressed. What I thought was going to be a very stressful time to go through did not happen!! They were great to deal with!!!!

The quality of the work performed was excellent - re-roofing flat sections of our roof and replacing some fascia boards - and they went above and beyond to seal and protect edges so that what allowed water damage and rot to occur before wouldnt happen again. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is that I wished the different crews (or a supervisor) would have told us when they were leaving for the day and when to expect a crew the next morning. Maybe it just takes someone being a little more engaged and pushing them to communicate, but I would still recommend them.

This past Sunday morning we found a spot on our patio roof that had leaked and caused damage. On Monday morning I called BSW Roofing and Solar, the company that had done the work in 2012. We had the paperwork that stated that there was a 10 year guarantee on the work but I was skeptical that it would be covered. By noon on that SAME day, the repair was completed. I had paint left from the original job and they even painted the new wood before it was installed- and that was their suggestionI highly recommend BSW for their prompt response and quality of work. We knew we wanted solar on our roof and during our research we discovered that most companies, even big national companies have really no experience with roofing materials. So my wife and I decide to go with BSW Roofing and Solar because of their 75 years of experience in roofing. And I a glad we did.After BSW installed our solar panels I discovered just how important having a real roofing company do the installation. My neighbor who had a national company install his solar has conduit running all over this roof making the installation so ugly. However my installation from BSW looks great because they were able to run my conduit thru the roof inside my attic making my whole installation look really clean.I would recommend BSW for any Roofing or Solar work.

I got a patch on my roof where I had four leaks Bakersfield shingles wholesale was the only company who did not make me fix what was not broken and the gave me a fair deal they it took them about a day to do the job but they also protected my roof when the weather broadcasted it rain before they.were scheduled I was very happy with there work and they had great customer satisfaction I waited to see if it would hold up and made sure no leaks came through during our previous storms yes I recommend bakersfield shingles on 4th and p the job was well done the work was done in October of 2018 and it held up in 2019 winter storm thankyou very much
