My daughter called Tim yesterday (Monday) about an odor I noticed on Sunday. Even my son-in-law could smell it. LOL. Gabe arrived today (Tuesday) at 7:30am. Bless him. He checked everything and found our pan and coil were dirty (gunk). He cleaned them and home now smells great. I would have marked all of the 1st review, responsive, quality, etc. Thank you so very much. We will now have unit checked twice a year. Gabe you are AWESOME.

Tim is a great guy to work with. We posted on our page that we needed help ASAP as our triple door Freezer at ❄️Sno Snack❄️ went out and we needed a fix quick before our ice melted🍧. He messaged me that night and had a guy out at 9am and we where up and running again by 10am.Tim also takes care of our home air conditioning system.Reasonable pricing and honest about what needs to be done. Elite has twice rescued us this year. A couple of months ago our AC stopped working. I called Elite and spoke with Tim. In less than an hour he had a technician on my roof fixing the air conditioner. Did I mention it was a Saturday and he didn’t charge a ridiculous weekend fee. Just yesterday we had the same experience with my mother-in-law. This time he was backed up and said it would be a day before he could get to her. Not true, he had a tech there in under 3 hours. Tim has earned life long customers and referrals from us. I rent from ehomes of Bakersfield and Elite was contracted to fix the AC that had gone out on July 2 2016 be for 5 pm. Elite Air service didnt show up until 5th of July On July 13th a half as service was provided. By the 17 of July the AC was pushing hot air continually. July 30 and AC has yet to be fixed. Save your money and your family extreme stuff and go with someone who will get the job done right the first time. Almost 30 days later bad air quality in a heat wave. Go with an accredited licensed AC services provider. Never rent faithfully from a ruthless realty company if they dont care to fix things in a timely manner after 5 years of 1150.00 a month faithfully no late fees always on time and to can go with out a AC for a month its time to go. Elite is not worth the heat
