I paid them $400.00 to fix my washer, 4 months ago, they warranted it, I called them today, I was told to call another number to get on schedule, when I called the number I was told costless appliance repair went out of business and this new Company is taking all the calls from the Customers, I have to pay for them to come out and to fix it, funny thing is the lady that answered the phone said costless appliance repair, doesnt sound like it is out of business to me. These people are scammers, DONT USE THEM.!!!!! YOU WILL BE OUT LOTS OF MONEY.!!!!!

Experience was good. I liked that the technician was quick and fixed my washer for only $ 40.
