Scheduled an appointment for a simple appliance repair for a Monday afternoon company called back and reschedule for Tuesday then calls back and rescheduled for Wednesday then they call back to reschedule again and we rescheduled for Saturday morning and offered a discount for all the canceled appointments . Saturday morning comes around and no sign of the technician. I texted the company had the same number they have been texting me asking if technician would be coming over but never received a reply and the technician never showed up

**Isaac did his part in restoring my faith in the repair businessToday I called All Appliance and spoke with the owner Isaac, explaining to him the issue I have with my refrigerator. Upon entering my garage, I noticed that the GFCI was tripped and after attempting to reset the unit I was unsuccessful. Isaac explained to me that the issue was not uncommon and it was indicative to a bad compressor.At the beginning of the call he explained that a basic charge for a visit would be applied to any repair cost; however, he wanted to save me the time and money by diagnosing the issue and giving me option to move forward. Because he offered this information over the phone, I was able to make a decision without incurring any cost. Upon expressing my appreciation, Isaac mentioned to me that he was more concerned with helping people get the best result, not making a dollar.I recommend ANYONE looking for an honest individual to help you out to contact All Appliance and Isaac for your needs!!Details of the call:$50 - charge to diagnose the issue (will be applied to any repairs) if they come out.** We opted to buy new.Thanks!

Isaac Duran came out and serviced our AC unit. We were in a panic and called most AC repair companies around town and we were told no one would be able to come out until the next day! Isaac dropped what he was doing and responded to the call within minutes and arrived out of the kindness of his heart to ensure our little family was out of the heat! If Isaac is an example of what the company represents then I highly recommend their services!

Made an appointment with them, never showed up or called. I called after my scheduled time, made another appointment for another day. Same thing, never showed up or called. Complete waste of my time. Very unprofessional

Would not even think of using this company again or recommending them. Came out and did not diagnostics. They listened to what I had done and said that is it. Replaced the part, and one hour after they left, it was not working. Called them immediately. They said they would be back that day since it was under warranty. They did not return that day, they did not return the next day. I called them the following day and they said they would be there that afternoon and said they know what the problem is, but somehow they did not know what the problem was when they were here the first time. They did not show up at the time they said. I called them and he said he was going to get me a price and call me right back. He did not call. The following day, I still have not heard from them. I would never recommend or use this company.
