Literally the worst possible customer service I could imagine. Getting a tech out to diagnose our fridge was not an issue but it took four months to actually get them to come and fix our fridge. They never called us to schedule, we had to hound them to get a tech out even after they said they had our parts in! Two no call no show techs and they acted like it was our problem that we kept being left high and dry. Finally got our issue resolved at 6pm (given an 8-10am window for this third scheduling and assured we would be the first visit of the day) and it took ten minutes. Absolutely asinine. Incredibly inefficient and poorly managed company, very unprofessional service. If we werent forced to use them because of our home warranty I would have severed ties months ago. If you just need a diagnosis for a cash claim they are fine but I could not recommend them less for any actual work you need done.

We were so impressed with this company. They went above and beyond to get our a/c working. We had a special order part that was needed. And instead of waiting around for the warranty company to do something about it. The owner was on a mission to find the part. And get my family back into the house. (our a/c decided to go out, when it was 112 in Bakersfield) This company is top class, very professional employees and very friendly.
Always great food and service. I can count on it and my family loves the food too.
I meant to write this review but now when I used them the second time, I have to share.The home insurance company sent them out and they were great. Not only were they willing to come out to our very remote location without a complaint but they changed out our very old heater for a new one when they couldn’t find the parts. They didn’t charge me any extras like another company tried to do on a similar job in another apartment. I like that they came, saw they couldn’t fix it then were well prepared to swap them out when they came back with a new one.Now I just had them out again to fix an old a/c. Again they came out, saw what they needed to do then did it. All done without extra costs.James was the technician and he was nice polite and left the work area clean. You can’t ask for more.
