They sent my husband to work at Geodis and the manager over came over him ask which agency he works for and he replied On target staffing without even ask him for his name . She asked him to follow her and requesting to give his badge without doing anything wrong.So when I call On target staffing more than 10 times to get a good reason why they let him go Christina from target staffing told me that they let him go for personal reason and Geodis manager didn’t share with them.That is so unfair he was doing his job well because he got complimented there.

Shannon is amazing. On target is a great place to get a job. Very reliable and always looks out for tge beat interest of their employees.

I havent received my w-2 from the company Amware that ontarget staffing hired me on to. I have already emailed ontarget staffing and still havent received a message back.

Helpful agency if you have a clean background and actually want to work and show up to work! They usually have jobs right away especially if you are an open person with open hours the office is clean and all the staff their are very helpful. Treat you with respect. I worked one assignment with them on 4/7/2020 which was a 12 hour shift from 6pm- 6am for a company called Amware. We had breaks during the shift every two hours first break 8pm, lunch 10pm to 10:30, second break 12:30am, third break2:30am, fourth break 4:30am and departure at 6am. I received a call from on target staffing on 4/8/2020 at 7:51 am stating the assignment ended which was fine with me because I wasn’t returning to work for them due to lack of Professionalism.I went to pick up my pay check on 4/20/2020 and notice it wasn’t the correct pay nor hours. I ask to talk with someone which was the Manager and she email the company Amware asking about the hours. When on target staffing did not get back in contact with me about the issue I called back on 4/24/2020 spoke with someone and they stated that the company Amware responded stating that the shift started at 2pm and that I left at 6pm during break to pick up a prescription and did not return back to my shift and only worked 4 hours. Which is not true I stated to on target staffing how can that be when the shift started at 6pm - 6am someone is clearly lying. She said only thing she can do is give this to her manager and she will get back to me ask for my phone number and I never receive a follow up. I call back 4/30/2020 and they are telling me the same thing from the conversation we had on 4/24/2020 so clearly nothing was done. The job only was paying 12.25 hourly which is no money however I just want to be paid the 8 hours that’s owe to me. I have all my documents from on target staffing the Confirmation paper they give you for the job assignment( that you have to give to the on-site manager at Amware) with the directions, pay rate and phone number for contact on it and also Amware login sheet you sign for your first day and sign in and out. Plus every phone call and conversation I made and had with the company on target staffing. I also work with another person employed with on target staffing durning the assignment and we left together when the shift ended at 6am, which they was paid their 12 hours.Both companies lack professionalism and they are liars. I do not recommend neither one of those company to work for.(Amware & On Target Staffing)
