On time drivers went out of their way to make sure I was ok and my car was safe.

They are a tow company and tow companies are there to take advantage of you and hold your possessions ransom. This one is no different. The caliber of people willing to do this to people will always be low and they are no different. They don’t care if it’s a legal tow or if it should be done because they know no one can afford to take them to court over 200$. The lost wages is how they stop you. The owner has no problem starting a conversation out with “tough luck and screw you” so just get past them (it they try and hold your car like they did with me call the cops and they will make them release it) and leave the trashy area you have to go to pick up your car with the knowledge that the people who do this have so much self hate their is nothing bad you could do to them that they aren’t already doing themselves.

Just like the other user said, total scum. Tried to say they may or may not give me my car back after I paid the fee for being towed.. its funny watching a tow driver try to act tough when he knows he is pathetic, must be a fulfilling career. No worries though, got my nice car back and they got to look at it for a bit, which probably made their day. Sad little men.

Predators. They tow out of spots without waiting the appropriate amount of time and have signs that are not legible. Unfair practices

Car got towed for no permit while dropping friends off at their airbnb. Unemployed and had to pay 193 dollars for them towing my car 2 miles and waiting 5 minutes for me to get there.Legalized theft.

The worst company ever, i just went to my apartment to change my cloth and they towed my car that i recently bought in few minutes, paid $200 to get it . And the woman ive called and met later to get the car dosent have any customer service skills even there place looks shade and weird .

Very rude low class people. They take advantage of you no matter what kind of situation you may find yourself in. My car was stolen and impounded by them. Even when my car was stolen, they still ripped me off. Ridiculous.

These guys are as shady as it gets. Theyre rude and basically extortionists. Not only do they treat your vehicle like theyre picking up garbage, their employees are rude, low class, jerks. Not only should you never call them for a tow, you should also know they sit outside places like Torchys on Spicewood Springs Rd. where some trashy punk threatens to tow your car. Then when they do get a chance to hook up your car, they make you pay right there in the parking lot to put it down. Worse thing is, its not Torchys paying them, its a school next door thats hired them, which means a school has some guy jumping out at people in a parking lot and forcing people to pay. As if all that wasnt bad enough, the owner of Big A Towing has a record of assault on someone trying to get their car. Third District Court of Texas, Austin, case number 3-92-073-CR, George N. Milhim was convicted of assault for attacking someone trying to get their car (public record). Dangerous! People get upset at cars being towed, that shouldnt be around children, and a school should know better. Speaking of that, has anyone done a background check on some guy from a towing company thats paid to lurk in a school parking lot? Some shady company just puts a guy in a school parking lot and thats okay? Stay away from this company, and that parking lot.
