Dr. L and his team are always friendly. They always provide the highest quality of services. I’ve been a patient at airport dental for over 5years and I refuse to go anywhere else. They always provide the best for health without over charging or abusing insurance. I have referred several friends and family members. I highly recommend him! Front desk staff was very organized, friendly, and clearly communicated plan for scheduling and what to expect at appt. Appt went exactly as expected. Like their focus on technology with quick sign in paperwork, x-rays, and even cleaning tools. The hygienists and Dr. LaBombard were all very friendly, and clear in their plans. Had my teeth whitened as well - very impressed with how quick and relatively painless this was with their process (4 8-minute sits back to back). Highly recommend!

My experience was excellent. I really don’t like going to the dentist, but I will go back to Airport Dental for any work I need. The entire staff was friendly and very kind. Friendly, warm, helpful and responsive staff. Dental assistants are professional and caring and apply a gentle, non-intrusive touch while x-raying, cleaning and flossing. Everyone went out of there way providing great service and am thrilled with my experience. This comes from a person who seriously dislikes going to the dentist. The dentist himself even took the time to clean my teeth in order to support his staff. Who does that? Do not judge this dental practice by the appearance of the building or its surroundings. Simply, the best....Absolutely the best care! I have experience with other dentists over the course of my 9 years living in Austin. Everything from when you enter the office - from the reception to dental cleaning through any dental procedures, all are excellent. My first visit to this practice. It struck me as very well-run with good automation on collecting history and scheduling. Did not make me give the same information multiple times! Everyone I encountered was friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. Dr. LaBombard was great and generous with his time. I felt none of that upsell pressure that I have encountered at some other dental practices over the years. Nothing but positive stuff to report so far!

Dr. LaBombard and his staff were friendly and very good at their jobs. I was worried going in because other dentists were never able to get X-rays due to a gag reflex but they got it done quickly. Dr. LaBombard explained my situation to me and referred me to a great endodontic specialist.

We have been going to Dr. LaBombard for over 5 years. Over the years we have moved to places far from Airport clinic but its worth the drive to keep coming back here. Its hard to find any Dentist in town who is as skilled, thorough and kind as Dr. L. He just replaced my old silver fillings with white ones while catching and fixing some nasty cavities developing in the gaps. He makes tricky procedures like breeze. Staff at the office are very pleasant too.

The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and Dr . LaBombard is a very warm, professional, and always makes me feel at ease. I never feel like I’m trying to be upsold on services or products unlike other practices I’ve been too, and I feel like they’re very honest and direct with me at all times. I really like this practice and have recommended several of my friends to it.

As I write this, my mouth is literally still numb from the anesthetic, but I just wanted to say thanks to Dr. Labombard, hygenist Dylan (sp?) and the rest of the staff! First of all, I was super anxious going into my appointment, which sounded terrifying to me (perio scale and root planing i think is what its called), but I have to say that it was TOTALLY PAINLESS - I literally didnt even feel the shots to numb my mouth, and felt zero pain during the procedure. I am one of those people who is a slacker about regular dental visits because it scares me, but todays visit changed my mind entirely. They were all very kind, patient and made me feel calm, and again, painless! Covid protocols in place as well. Dont hesitate to get those teefies looked at; this is the place to go!

Dr L is honestly so kind, so incredibly thorough, and just a wonderful human :). He explains everything so well and does beautiful work. Same with Dylan...she is amazing and EXCELLENT at what she does (hygienist; hands down the most painless and just the best cleaning I’ve ever received.) Jennie is wonderful and was literally making me smile and feel so calm during my fillings lol...no joke, she’s the sweetest. Nelda keeps that place running sooooo fast and efficiently and is so helpful if I have any q’s. Honestly, me and and boyfriend are so grateful for airport dental and I already told him...if we ever move to a surrounding city (as we’ve been thinking about), we’ll be making the drive to stick with Dr. LaBombard. Airport Dental and Dr. LaBombard are my favorite dental practice of all time. Having been to countless dentists in many major American cities over the past decade, I am hard pressed to recall any other office or dentist that shows as much attention to customer service and medical expertise. The staff makes the booking, paying, and logistical aspects as easy and pleasant as possible. The hygienists are kind, professional, and knowledgable. Dr. LaBombard has wonderful bedside manner and is clearly very good at his job. He cares about his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly and work out appropriate treatment plans. I have been with his office for about a year now and will stay with him for as long as I am in Austin. Highly recommend!

The staff are SO nice (shout out to Dylan the hygienist and Nelda (I think!) at the front desk), they remember you, make you feel at ease, are great to talk to, and Dr. LaBombard is respectful, honest, and genuinely human. Great dentist, very cheerful, attentive to taking care of your teeth, but not overly fussy. His practice was really upfront about giving me the estimated cost for a filling, which I so appreciated. Dr. LaBombard was also very responsive to me being a little anxious for a filling but it went totally fine! Definitely recommend. :)

What a wonderful experience! I am very anxious about going to the dentist, I really did not want to go but a cracked tooth forced my decision. The whole process from the very first phone call to make an appointment, to paying my bill when it was over was an incredibly positive experience.LaBombard and his technicians were so helpful and kind. This office is so amazing. The entire staff goes out of their way to be kind and reassuring. They were able to get me in next day when I had a an issue with a crown! They are clear about your treatment options and transparent about cost upfront. They don’t try to upsell procedures and products. 14/10 would recommend!

Extremely impressed with all the safety procedures Dr. LaBombard has in place. They go above and beyond by testing your oxygen level as well as taking your temperature with a no touch device. You can wait in your car so time inside is minimized too. And Dr. LaBombard and his staff provide top notch care with a calming presence.

Every single person I interacted with was a delight. The staff had a great energy about them; Dr. LaBombard, especially. I had a checkup/cleaning and was kindly advised how to maintain my teeth without a single service pushed on me. I then was able to come back within days to get a filling Id been needing to get for some time. I left spending much less than I thought I would both times. I highly recommend Airport Dental Care! Im newer to Austin and was nervous about finding a good dentist. Dr. LaBombard and his staff are the best. They are some of the most relaxed/friendly yet still highly professional staff Ive seen. Nelda at the front desk has such a sweet demeanor and is always in a good mood even when running from inside to peoples cars to safely check people in during COVID times. She called me multiple times to schedule a follow up appointment and was really helpful with the insurance info. I had to have some dental work done (root canal & crown) and Dr. LaBombards Endodontist recommendation was great and his part of the work was quick, efficient and done with care.

This is the best dental clinic in Austin. The care is superb - everything from teeth cleaning to assessment of gum problems and cavities is easy-going and clear. Ive been to clinics where I felt unsure if the dentistss recommendations needed to be followed... I didnt trust them. Airport Dental Care is nothing if not trustworthy. Theyve been good to me for over a year now. Everything is inexpensive - even out of pocket expenses. To top it off, the staff is kind and warm. I actually enjoy my biannual visits. On a side note, the location is awesome. Wedged in between Mueller and Cherrywood, its accessible for a huge community of folks in E Austin. Love this place!

Show of hands, who enjoys visiting their dentist? Yeah, well, I do. Great team, friendly, and efficient, clear billing, digital, technically savvy (huge for me), and A+ solid work. The front desk is helpful, theyre big on calling and confirming with insurance so nobody is surprised when bills come due and the dental assistants are some of the best. Heck, even the specialist they sent me to for the crown was great. Ive sat through X-rays, fillings, cleanings, and a crown. My mouth should be insured by Lloyds of London. Ive had my share of dentists, some miles and away better than others, and this is one of the good ones. ++ recommend.

These guys are great! Dr LaBombard is so easy-going, it makes the whole process, in my case: crowning a broken tooth, a breeze.

I have severe dental trauma from childhood and this was my first visit, for a cleaning. Both the front office person and the assistant were very welcoming and put me at ease. And Dr. LaBombard continued in the same vein, putting me at ease immediately with his jovial manner and concern for my apprehension. I think I have found the dentist for the rest of my life; and am returning next week for a filling replacement, without the usual nervousness since I know I am in good hands. And the nitrous oxide helps tremendously!

My wife and I have changed to another dentist. Neither one of us liked this guy for very long. He told me I waited too long to get a cavity filled and refused to fill it and just simply said I would lose the tooth. I went to another dentist two weeks later and he put a simple filling in, and now for a month I have had no problems at all. He said tre was no problem and it just needed a tiny filling. Also I finally realized when he was talking to me he was pointing at a video screen behind my head and never told me I could get up or turn around in the chair, he just kept talking while I was facing the wall the other direction.

My experience at Airport Dental Care was 5+ stars! I had an emergency so they made room for me at the end of their lunch hour. By the way, there is online booking, plus you can complete the paperwork online saving you time in the office. I was expecting to wait since I was getting squeezed in, however this was not the case! I walked in, was greeted immediately, and taken straight back to get started. The receptionist and hygienist were so kind to my daughter, even getting her crayons and a coloring book! They also took the time to look up my insurance payment based on the work I needed done. The hygienist was gentle and nice enough to help me keep an eye on my daughter since I couldnt see her. Dr. Walton came in promptly, talking to me about my options and ready to help me right away. Dr. Walton always remembers me and specific things about my family...it makes me feel so welcome. She did the work and I was on my way! Dr. Walton is efficient, works well with her hygienist, knowledgable, and cares about her patients. I highly recommend Airport Dental if you want a friendly dental experience!

This was my first visit to Airport Dental Care and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Dr. LaBombard is professional, warm and personable. He discovered an issue during my initial exam that potentially could have caused a problem with an upcoming surgical procedure. He was kind enough to make a call to my surgeon to verify the need for immediate attention to the matter. I am very grateful to him for that. His dental assistant, Darin (Sp), put me at ease right away with her attentiveness and her pleasing personality. She also provided me with helpful information regarding my future dental care. The wait was short and the entire staff was friendly, and made me feel welcome.

A short story-we moved to Austin in July 2017 and had not been to the dentist since moving here. Prior to moving here, I diligently went to the dentist twice a year. As a Medicare patient, I thought it was past time to get back on track for dental health. Additionally, two of my teeth were causing me difficulties. Compounding all this, I lost or misplaced my insurance card.So, first, Nelda at the front desk checked a portal confirming my coverage. Next, she fit me in the same week for cleaning, Xrays, and an evaluation. The hygienist, Raymie, was knowledgeable and gentle.Dr LaBombard was thorough with his evaluation, his findings and the suggested course of action/game plan. I was scheduled for the first dental work within a couple of days and I was in and out after filling 2 cavities in less than an hour. We followed the game plan perfectly and so far so good.I highly recommend the office and the professional team.

Ive had lots of dental trauma in the past...my teeth are just super super sensitive and dentists and hygienists have hurt me really bad.
