The Fantastic pool team have set the standard for service. Our pool became quite murky and when it was brought to their attention, Kevin and his team came out midweek, on back to back days to ensure it was rectified. We’ve used them when we were having issues with the heater and they were fielding calls on a Friday night, walking us through how to do a backwash, step by step. We cannot speak highly enough of the team, and their professionalism. Our pool has never been cleaner, and we know we have a trusted partner for all our pool needs.

The team at Fantastic Pools has consistently provided exceptional care and maintenance for our pool. The service team, which has been Josh all summer, leaves us with no concerns that the pool is getting the proper service and attention. When issues do arise, they are quick to respond and attend to it. We really appreciate the overall service and job well done!

Kevin from Fantastic pools recently helped get my pool in tip top shape for the summer. Our pool water was in serious need of an overhaul (well water plus a softening system that was inadvertently running to the pool had put a ton of salt into the water). Fantastic pools has an awesome trailer with a large reverse osmosis system within it that can clean pool water removing all dissolved solvents without having to drain the pool which is ordinarily required. It took a few days given the levels of salt and TDS we had, but now our water looks and feels great. The price was very fair for the service provided. We also are using them for regular maintenance moving forward in hopes of staying on top of this type of an issue. So far, I am happy with their service and Kevins customer service is great.

They have fixed a number of things with our pool. They are very responsive and get to our house as soon as they can! Highly recommend them!

I usually review the people who visit my home and do most of the work, but in this case Id like to review the buck stops here guy: Kevin Mauer, the GM.What I already knew about Fantastic Pools was that their prices were fantastic -- they are about 25-30% less than their competitors for the chemicals only service that I purchased. But price is only half the battle. The other half is knowledge, skill and the quality of service of the water itself.Water is pretty complicated! Keeping a great pool is more than setting chlorine and pH levels. It turns out to be anything but simple to keep that water happy for many years, without eventually corroding or calcifying the walls of the pools and all that expensive equipment.In my running dialoge with him about working to fix a problem I was having with my water, I have over time, found Kevin to be one of those rare combinations of three ingredients: a good people-person, a good team manager/leader, and an eager student of the science of water.Im giving this company 5 stars at the moment. But being as young as he is, I now believe his company is just going to keep getting better and better over time.

Fantastic Pool Service is a very honest and professional business. Instead of charging for a new pool heater that another pool company said it was the only way, they were able to change few parts of the existing one and save me hundreds of dollars.
