Wow. What great service! Jeffrey is absolutely the best. We had damage from the winter storm to our pool. My husband was out of town and I called Jeffrey when my pool pipes burst. He found a way to get to my house when the roads were still treacherous. He was able to stop the leak and then came back to fix the pipes. Our pool heater also went out. Everywhere we checked they were out of stock, but the Pooldoc team found one and Jeffrey was back out a couple days later to install it. We thought it would take weeks. You can count on this team to do a great job at a very reasonable price.

From an employee perspective more times than not were not paid on time which I do not think is on purpose its either an oversight or software issue. We do great work, however we perform our jobs subpar during these gaps.

Great value for the services. Fair pricing. Quick to respond when the guys have an off-day...which sometimes does happen in life. Show up as scheduled. The team is friendly and billing/payment is easy. They notify you the day the yard is serviced via email. Then they provide a separate email for invoice payment. Very professional. I am the proverbial mosquito magnet! had been using a spraying system that provided marginal, short term results but dont have bushes or any foliage in the back yard of our new home so couldnt find anything that works. We switched to YardDoc for getting rid of our mosquitoes and the results with their mosquito baiting system have been great. The team is punctual and knowledgeable. We are paying a similar cost with better results. I like that its environmentally sensitive and has no impact on the ozone too!

I called Adrian with Yard Doc at 9am to help us with a Puss Caterpillar which is highly poisonous. We have small children so I was extremely concerned and needed help quickly. Although he was not familiar with this critter he took diligent notes and then consulted with his entomologist. I received a call back about 30 minutes later with a plan to treat our yard and by 1pm someone was at my home helping to remediate the situation. Needless to say I was extremely impressed and thankful for the prompt and thorough service we received.

We tried LAWN & POOL service. Both services started out good, but then went horribly wrong.LAWN SERVICE: Communication is not their strong suit. They said service would be every 2 weeks in the summer on tuesdays. Lawn crew started showing up on other random days of the week. We have a fenced in property because of horses and dogs. So, when the gate opens, and we are not planning on it...all the animals get out and run around the neighborhood. When we know someone is coming to the house the dogs and horses are put away, so everyone remains safe. This one particular RANDOM service day the lawn crew proceeded to CHOP & HACK all the bushes right down to the ground and let the dogs out. This was not trimming, and as a result all the bushes along the driveway were killed and have still not come back to life. We fired the lawn service because of the plant massacre and the crew letting the dogs out, because they did not communicate with us that they were changing the service day.POOL SERVICE: Pool service started out good also. They tried their best to fix our autofill system week after week, but they were never able to get it working correctly. In the 6 months we had service with them they had 4 different pool techs, because people would quit the company. The latest new guy did not close the gate behind him when he came for our weekly service. As a result, our Arabian Horse ran out of the gate. We spent the next 6 hours trying to find the horse and get him home safely. As a result, the horse received some injuries and had a $2,500 vet and ferrier bill to show for it. Adrian is YardDoc owner processed to blame us for his new guy leaving the gate open and letting the horse out. Even though, we have signs on the gate telling everyone to close the gate because of the horses and letting the animals out was the same reason the Lawn service was cancelled. Adrian also would not cover the vet and ferrier bill AND demanded that we pay for that weekly service as well.WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AND WANT TO SHARE OUR EXPERIENCE TO WARN OTHERS OF THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

I hired YardDoc to power wash a travertine pool deck that had been poorly sealed after installation a year ago. The guy that did the power washing was fantastic. He had to be very careful since the stone is rather soft and the grout was not done properly. This was a 2-3 day job and the owner called to update me on the progress each evening. They could not have been more professional in all regards. Super experience! Just an update, I have hired Yarddoc for myself and referred Yarddoc on multiple occasions for yard work, etc and they have never disappointed. The owner, Adrian Fowler, is a pleasure to work with and the service and follow up is always very professional.
