We were having issues with our pool heater and Longhorn Pool Service sent a tech out and had us up and running in no time. The nice part was they stuck to their original quote and were very communicative through the whole process. Now we have a nice warm pool for guest and family during the holidays. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience with Longhorn. David came to review the leak in my pool within a few days of my phone call. He gave me a solid bid that did not change and they performed the repair work on the date they gave me. The repair technician was meticulous and so very kind. Lisa in their office was great to work with, courteous and very much on top of the scheduling and payment. I would absolutely highly recommend the company!

I get my pool service through Longhorn/Austintatious Pools. My pool gal for the last couple of years has been Debbie and she does an amazing job. She is professional, friendly and fast. I work from home and can see personally what a thorough job she does. And the pool always looks fantastic.

Was in need of a major overhaul on my pool. I needed my pool to get replastered and replace the old equipment because the past owner of the house never bothered to take care of their pool. I worked with David and Rebecca on what needed to be done. They even gave me a deal since I renovation and repair done at the same time.They worked with me the whole way and were very helpful. Now my pool is perfect for when the weather will finally be warm! Thank you Longhorn!

Has longhorn pool services for a while.. they did okay, but we did have a number of days where the pool was cloudy.

Without a doubt, this place is truly customer oriented. Ive been a customer of theirs for almost 14 years now, and whenever Ive had an issue, they have been there for me. One call to Rebecca and Im on their schedule. Maurice, their very best service technician always works tirelessly to assure I understand whats being done, why its done that way, and what the rusult will be. I have not been dissappointed and quite sure, neither will you.

Worst company I have ever encountered. When I tried to give them a chance to fix the problems their technicians caused to our pool, I was talked down to, disrespected, and completely insulted. Obviously the owner thinks he can intimidate people by raising his voice. I am rarely compelled to write a review, but if it saves you, reader, from going through what weve been through in the last 2 months, then its worth it.We were told our pool would be drained into the street. Instead, they flooded our back yard, our neighbors back yard, and our neighbors neighbors back yard. Our trees have lost all of their leaves and are a grey color. When the pool was filled back up, coincidentally our Polaris cleaner is broken, our pump works at half power, and our Spa completely drains when we turn it on. What a nightmare this has been. Everyone except for Tamberly (co-owner and wife to the complete jerk) has been angry, defensive, evasive, DISHONEST, and needs a class in customer service.Do yourself a favor and call someone else. I truly feel bad for anyone who has to deal with these people.

My experience with Longhorn Pools was 5 stars! My old inground pool wasnt working anymore. David McCauley from Longhorn Pools was honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. The crew he sent me, Constantino and Recardo were true craftsmen! Not only did they fix my pool, but did it in half the expected time AND cost!Thats 5 stars in my book!

We bought the house with a pool that was resurfaced by this company less than 3 months ago. Very bad job done. All I got was a long explanation and why I was wrong in asking them to come and take a look at it. I am not one of people who generally give reviews online. But with this company and the business manager that handles the client, I felt like I needed to let others know. If I had a choice, I would never never use this company.

Short version: Unprofessional service, rush-job, terrible customer service.Long version:Called Longhorn to come install new pump we bought. Had electrical issue; the pump kept tripping a breaker, which broke. The owner said she had an electrician they used. She was nice and accommodating when she was trying to get our business, said she could have the electrician and pool service guy come out that day. The pool guy was here first and did the plumbing of the installation BEFORE the electrician figured out what was wrong with the wiring/electric issue.The pool guy & electrician were there together for about 5 min, but the pool guy left before the electrician could figure out anything (mentioned something about wanting to make the golf course!) Needless to say, the electrician found that the problem was the motor on the pump, said we needed to get it taken out and replaced. This would have been nice to know BEFORE the pool guy plumbed it (with the materials WE bought).I called the owner to see if he could come back, told her the situation, and asked for her to waive the $75 service charge. She refused, saying she bent over backwards to help us out on short notice.That is beside the point. I would rather have had her tell me, We cannot have anyone come out on short notice, than to have someone come out who was not willing to wait around long enough to see that the job was done right! She would rather lose a customer than eat $75.So, my husband and I cut the PVC & uninstalled the electric ourselves. We brought the pump back to Leslies, which gladly switched it out. We came home and installed the damn thing ourselves! It is running great! Should have done that to begin with!

I hired longhorn pool service to teach me about a new pool we had purchased as part of a new home. the pool guy rushed the job, rambled on, did things without telling us what he was doing, and was in a rush to get to another job.on top of this, he put chemicals in our pool he specifically said dont buy and use...oook..on top of this he stained our steps and came back once to look at it. every other call to he or his management yielded absolutely nothing.they just didnt respond...hoping i would go away...which i did and i will never go back to them...AVOID AVOID AVOID

I sure wish we had read all of these TERRIBLE reviews before we hired Longhorn. We have had nothing but issues and the owners are awful business owners. Avoid this company, trust all of these reviews! Its gotten so bad that we are now having an attorney take this over for us.

DISASTER. WASTE OF 50K! HORRIBLE WORK AND HORRIBLE OWNER.
