The techs are fantastic and very knowledgeable. I would like to shout out Steven in particular for his stellar professionalism and expertise. Its the corporate office that could use some work.They have two separate lines, one for existing and one for new customers. The existing sits on the line for a while before ultimately sending you to voicemail (rarely has this ever been answered for me), the new line answers in two rings. If that doesnt show you where their priorities lie, I dont know what will.
I’ve been using reliant for a few years now. I was a little apprehensive to sign up with a company knocking on my door, but the salesman was very thorough and answered all my questions. We were with a national company before and we would consistently call them out in between every few treatments for critters we were seeing. We have only had to call reliant out once in our few years with them after a heavy rain. They’ve been awesome for me. I highly recommend them!
I had recently moved to Austin, and just transferred my pest control from my previous home. I used my previous pest company and they were doing good until the summer months. I started seeing ants hills pop up in my yard and my house felt like it was being overtaken by spiders. There was also a millipede infestation in the neighborhood. Luckily I was approached by a salesman who explained how there services where going to take care of me. He made signing up a breeze and set my expectations for Reliant pest management realistic and set me up for success. The technician was great with my dogs and did an amazing job around the house. After I had them a few months later with all the rain the issue popped up again and they were more than happy to come back out and cover the issue for me. I love my tech he’s amazing at knowing whats going on in the neighborhood and how to take care of my house. I’m super thankful for reliant pest management for taking care of me and my house.
I have been a loyal customer for almost 3 years with this company and they have failed poorly! I called last weekend because I was starting to see ants coming through two of my kitchen outlets. I called and set up an appointment today from 8 to 10 am. No one showed up. I waited until noon, hopefully to hear from someone, before calling. When I called, no one answered and I left a message, seeing how it was noon and everyone likes to eat lunch. I got a call back around 12:45 and I explained that I had an appointment and no one showed up or called to say they were late. After being on hold for about 5 minutes as she tried to contact the technician, she fed me the story that he was just running extremely late and would give me a call in the next few minutes to give me a time that he would be there. Frustrated and mad, because I took today off to be here, I informed the young lady that this is ridiculous and unlrofessional. It was now 3 hours after my appointment and the technician could not find the time to call me in the last three hours to say hes running late? I told her to please stop lying and asked to speak to the manager. After another few minutes on hold the manager gets on and tries to again make an excuse for why she didnt know her technician was running 3 hours behind! I informed her that I would have to cancel services since she of all people didnt know one of the technicians was running that far behind and no one decided to contact the customer. Go somewhere else where your time and money is valued. Mine obviously was not
Please stay away from this company. I was in the market for a new pest management company and they came knocking. I gave them a shot. Worst investment ever. The last time they came they didnt touch a hornets nest that was blatantly visible on the porch. Next, they charged me for a service that never happened. I reached out to the company on why I was charged for a service that never happened and of course never got a straight answer. It makes me question if they have ever actually come to my house because the service was supposed to be done many times while I was away. They sent someone out to redo the service after I told them not to until they gave me an answer to why I was charged. The guy showed up, sprayed for five minutes and left. Today, my daughter was playing in the yard and was being eaten up by ants. Please shop around. This company has ZERO integrity.
Terrible company, I urge everybody to shop around. Their salesman come knocking at a time I happened to be shopping for pest control. I give them company a shot. All the promises the salesman made went unfulfilled. Things as simple as knocking down wasps nests. There’s no if you don’t like our work money back or even a simple back out the deal. They will charge you the full $150 initial service charge. The same service that left wasps nest up and left the ants unbothered. Please do not waste your hard earn money with these people.
Please stay away from this company. I continue to have issues with rodents, bugs and mosquitos. They are never available with my schedule to perform inside services. I continue to be billed for services not performed. This company has no integrity and very poor customer service. They do not care about their customers.
I had a gentleman knock on my door selling pest control. He was very knowledgeable about the industry. I decided to use their services. I had issues with my last company. I was still seeing spiders and ants in my kitchen and bathroom area. After the first treatment with Reliant they almost completely took care of the issue. By the second treatment the problem was completely eradicated. Iv been using Reliant for two years now. Iv only had to call them back once after a rainy period. They came back no questions asked and reapplied within 24 hours. I highly recommend Reliant! I personally wouldnt use anybody else!
They knocked on my door offering mosquito control, and we hired them without checking references.The service proved inefficient and to cancel it we had to pay a fine (surprise!).The salesman confirmed that we could try and cancel at any time (but he casually omitted that you could if you paid a $100 fine).Apparently we signed something without really reading the contract that provided for 6 months fidelity.Please make sure that you check references and read what you sign before trusting the salesperson.
We used this service for 1 year and they came every other month. Do not be fooled by the logo and good quality sales rep. They were not available on the days that I requested treatment to the property as I wanted to be present to open the garage, attic and yard area to view how they were administering the treatment and to make sure we were using the full service pitched by the sales rep.The company office gave out their employees personal information as excuses to cancel Saturday appointments. I had to explain to the sales office that their employees personal issues and life situations are not the customers business on several occasions.This past week we finally ended the 1 year contract. When they called to schedule the last appointment the first thing the rep said was that they could not come to my house on Saturdays. So the employee showed up during the week then had to interrupt my husband during a meeting due to poor scheduling by the office staff. The employee then proceeded to ask my husband if he could have the trampoline in our backyard. Which again is highly unprofessional and inappropriate. Im a little nervous now that Im aware that the employee was checking out our belongings and not focusing on the service he/she was supposed to be completing.Do not sign a contract with this company. They are unprofessional and clearly do not have the proper training for their employees and office staff. Reliant will not give the customer absolute professionalism when treating your biggest investment.
I switched from Aptive like a I knew I shouldn’t we moved in a brand new house mid May it’s now end of august and they aril can’t get ants controlled. We are coming out of pocket to keep doing it ourselves when in fact they said they will come out that day if we had any problems. I’ve called was told a manager would review and contact me back in 24/48 hours. They said they couldn’t send anyone out today just like last time so I had to live killing ants because for some reason when I asked the ants to come another day they did not too. They also notified me I was in a contract from taking a discount and it would 260 to cancel with them when I thought it was a new customer discount for switching and trusting their word ( which hasn’t been held anytime I’ve called ) save you’re money go with Aptive never out of a year and half did I ever have to call them in between services.Garbage company full of lies. Verbal contract agreements??? Yea I never verbally sign a verbal contract the lady answering phones sounds dumb for even saying there is a verbal agreement. Will be contacting BBB.* Savannah (the manager) was helpful and is getting someone out today. I received a call a few minutes after this post by her which I appreciate. Hate I had to do this but the customer service was garbage and I didn’t want to wait 48 hours to hear, but she is nice and fixed the problem. Austin my salesman also called me to help which Savannah already did I appreciate these 2 greatly thank you.Cody came out treated and explained what was going on with the ants he’s very friendly and very knowledgeable.*
I highly do not recommend this pest management company as they had the nerve to insult me in my own front door and only cared about making a sale. I came home from a busy day and was finally glad to make a personal phone call I was waiting to make when Elijah Price knocked on my door. He asked if I needed a pest service and I informed him sorry I recently signed up with another company. I was aware I was in need of a service due to all the rain and new construction, pest were running around my porch. However Elijah not only didnt take my word for it, he had the nerve to say is this the man I need to talk with to make it happen? directing to the phone call. First off, this is 2021, I am a female that does not require a male input for my financial decisions about bugs. Second off, I am THE homeowner, not the individual on the phone but it seemed to Elijah that I was incapable of that. In addition he was persistent after I told him I signed up with another company. He was more dedicated to steal me from the competitor than actually addressing my need for a pest service. Luckily I took his card and brochure that led to this review. People do not need a company thats just trying to make a profit and not care about the customers.Afterwards another guy from the same company came the same night while I was trying to cook dinner but I didnt bother to answer the door because they lost my respect as they are your average vacuum salesman.The other company I went with not only took care of me but offered additional services due to the heavy rain. Dont waste your time and money with Reliant pest management and their 2 coupons.

I had been having so many problems with ants and, and these guys are always coming around knocking so I decided to give them a try instead of buying the stuff I usually buy from the store. It’s a pain having to spray, and spray and it only work for a short period with the stuff you get at the store. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable, and had an answer for each of my questions. Since getting this service my bug problem is gone and I’m happy I no longer have to worry about it. When ever I had questions I could contact the door rep directly and they responded quickly and helped me with any more questions I had. I would recommend to others to try them out!
Yet another extremely pushy, rude pest control sales person who showed up at my front door during dinner time. I can only politely say no so many times before I finally shut the door on you.

We have used Reliant Pet since 2014. Their service is excellent. They are responsive when special needs exist. I politely tell other solicitors (and there are many) ... I am 100% satisfied with whom I consider the best I have ever had. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give them a 10. The best think I could say is this ... if I ever have an issue, I know they will handle it promptly, efficiently, and with great expertise. This commitment to excellence runs thorough out the organization. I invite you to enjoy their service also!
This company helped me learn to not trust any words when someone is trying to sell you something, unless its written in contract.Before I signed the contract, I specifically asked the flexibility of rescheduling because we are usually away during holiday seasons and was told I should be able to push the services back as I wish.However, when I call to skip the service, I was told its not in the agreement and therefore I can either pay the early termination fee + the fee for the service thats not even conducted, or stick to the schedule. They even mentioned the re-service they did, like Im trying to take advantage of them - Id love to show photos of cockroaches, scorpions and spiders in the house after their previous service if they need proof.Not going to stay with them after the contract period, and you should be careful too.
Very professional and always on time for my services. I use the pest and mosquito services at my house and haven’t called for a retreat in over a year.
They do a decent job at reducing pests, but they are never really eliminated, Im starting to believe thats all pest management companies

Not only did he offer me a great deal on my house but he was very knowledgeable when answering all my questions. I have recommended Reliant Pest Management to many of my family members and Austin has taken care of them. I highly recommend in choosing Reliant Pest Management if you want great pest service and wonderful customer service.
Its 2021 and youre using aggressive door-to-door solicitors? It doesnt matter how local you are if you dont respect any of posted signs or the folks who answer the door. Also, dont try to sell me your product with your mask off or trash other pest control companies to sell yourself.
Reliant is a very responsive company. We had issues with pests returning inside the home within a month of our previous services, and they promptly scheduled and sent someone out. We informed the scheduler that the previous technician was not very thorough and seemed to be in a hurry. She assured us the next technician would be more thorough and take his time. Stephen came out the following week for our appointment and he did not disappoint! He was very polite and professional, and definitely thorough. Stephen did a great job and made up for our previously disappointing technician.
DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!! If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would. I wanted to support a local business and that ended up being a HUGE mistake. Austin Goodman and I had a great conversation about what I wanted as far as my services and took my credit card information. I wanted to pay the year up front in case I wasn’t satisfied with Reliant being unknown to me (I like to be referred by my neighbors). There was a misunderstanding about when payment was made, there were misunderstandings with services I would receive, misunderstandings about the agreement...and so on. The spraying was bimonthly but had to be done repeatedly. The last time wasn’t their fault due to a foundation being laid next door. I also had to call several times to get a technician out to my house. The technician was absolutely wonderful, by the way. Throughout my communication issues, I was dissatisfied with how condescending the woman was at the front desk and would request that she have the salesman or the manager call me to clarify. I never heard from anyone higher up, but I figured I would be patient. Today, I spoke with the manager after the secretary once again refused to notify her and admitted she had never spoken to her. The manager didn’t know that I was fed up with the lack of service, which I relayed to her. She was adamant that my issue was the ants which had returned due to the build next door. She refused to listen to my wish to have my money returned. I understand that there was a possibility this would happen, but I hoped they would have some semblance of professionalism—my experience was consistently terrible. I shared the lack of professionalism I was dealing with and she repeated there would not be a refund (which I get) and that I had no complaints on record except the ants (which was not the issue anymore) so disrespectfully. When I called her out, she became even more belligerent. I’m aghast. I told her I didn’t understand why there was such a disconnect in even trying to resolve issues with this company’s representatives. I told her I would eat the cost, I don’t wish to be involved with a company that takes my money and is then rude to me. I asked that she just send me an email reflecting she understood my request and that I wished to speak to someone above her to relay what occurred. She let me know that she would send the follow up email, but got even more rude. I am a disabled veteran and I can’t deal with this level of emotional distress. What kind of people treat a customer like this? I hope you have a better experience, but I wish someone had warned me. I’ll await the lukewarm response to my comment and hope they can at least be polite in a public forum like this one. I will be leaving a complaint on the BBB website. I am letting them keep the rest of the money I paid ($470) with 5 bimonthly treatments left. That’s how eager I am not to speak with them nor darken my door again. Hopefully, I will hear from a representative who cares about their employees representing their company in this manner. Or, perhaps, they will just keep my money and continue in this vein. Either way, God bless them; they must be having a terrible time of it to take it out on others.
Their salespeople keep coming back when we’ve made it very clear several times we are NOT INTERESTED. We’ve tried being polite and they will not listen. Today was the final straw. The young man would not take no, then insisted they hadn’t been here before. I said I was certain they had, and couldn’t they keep track of where they’d been. Then he said, “Well, why do you think we keep coming back? I just stared at him until he said, “Because we want to win your business!” I told him we would never be interested, good-bye, thank you and closed the door.I called their office in Austin to complain and after going through the entire explanation the woman said I needed to send them an email. I decided it wasn’t worth my frustration and told her to never mind. She CALLED ME BACK all cheery and suggested I have her set up an account for me (!!!) so the sales people would leave me alone (I assume). I was incredulous and said something like, “Are you kidding me?” There might have been an expletive thrown in there and also in my next remarks before I hung up.
Reliant comes out quarterly for our regular maintenance. They are always professional and efficient. When we thought we might have termites, they worked us into the schedule quickly. They found and showed us exactly where the termites were entering the house. The termite treatment was reasonably priced and we were very pleased with the work.
I have used Reliant for almost 3 years in my house and the only reason Im leaving is because we are moving out of town. Reliant is prompt, courteous and i never had any bug problems when i have used them. Highly recommend and IF they serviced where i am moving i would not hesitate to transfer service.
Cameron was very helpful, went above and beyond, and even helped me clean out my entire pantry to find the source of the problem. Very professional! 10/10 would recommend!
I would like to share that Cameron Keller my Reliant Pest Technican is not only proficient with his job but a very caring young man. I am a widowed senior citizen and when Cameron was scheduled to do a service at my home recently, he was unable to reached me via my phone and at my door, he became concerned. He called the office and shared his concerns about me and was advised to call the Georgetown Police .Department asking for a well-check visit. Later in the afternoon the officers were at my door and I was able to communicate with them via my Ring camera/speakerphone. I explained my location and my well being. They commented on what “a caring technician I had”. I am in total agreement and so thankful that Cameron is my Reliant Pest Technican.
I called to cancel my mosquito service because it’s not working (I’ve had this service all summer and mosquitoes are worse than ever) and was told I can’t because I’m within 30 days of my next service. Asked to speak to a manager and was told she is out sick, they will leave a message for her, so I asked to postpone my mosquito service and was told since it’s a monthly service they can’t change it since it’s scheduled on the 30th of the month and can’t be moved to another month. I went on their website to leave a poor review, clicked the sad face and filled out the form. When I submitted it, it gave me an error message. I tried 6 times. Then I clicked on the happy face to see if I could give my review that way and it immediately said”Thanks for your review.” Worst Customer Service Ever!
Im new and have have 8 service providers literally knock on my door. each one uses a different point when they try and sell their service. So I was well versed with the pros and cons. Bella their service rep was awesome, she answered some hard questions I threw at her and was very helpful and answering all my concerns and even altered my appointment to make sure to have the service team come out tomorrow. She followed up about permanently adding my notes for future technician services to our residence. She understood my concerns and was solid.
Fantastic company I can’t recommend enough. I got timely, friendly, and professional service. Never had an issue with bugs either. Technicians always left notes of things to be aware of after servicing, a nice touch I always appreciated. Highly recommend!!!
Ive never used their service but cant stand their sales tactics. Theyve rung my doorbell between 7&8PM 3 times in the last few weeks, each time waking the baby. Each time I ask they dont do it again, and there they are again a couple weeks later blaming their colleagues for last time. If thats how they do sales, I wouldnt even consider them if I did need their service
A sales man came by the house and offered us a good deal on the pest control. We decided to go ahead and enroll on a year contract. 4 months later I still have an issues with spiders and others pest around and in my house. Customer service was not helpful and the sales person lied about “just call and we will come over and spray again for free, month after month”.I canceled my service even tho I was forced to pay an early termination fee for services not rendered as promised.I will not use them again and will warn others of their bad practices.Spiders where still seen after two days of spraying.
I used Reliant for about a year and a half and was generally satisfied with their work and professionalism. No issues with pest inside or around the house on a regular basis, service was also professional and on-time, and at what I consider a decent value. Were trying another local pest management service that has promised to do a better job for less, so we shall see; worst case, I know I can go back to Reliant if things do not work out.
Tim did terrific work at our place. We had a few wasp nests in our backyard and he did a thorough job of checking all around the fence and ensuring all the nests were removed. He was very professional :)
They were the first company to show up at my door since it was a new neighborhood. I decided to give them a try and it has been the absolute best decision. They come out as needed. meet their scheduled services and to top it off my CC had expired and the new one was lost, they waited until I received my new card and never missed a visit. Amazing customer service.
I have been a long-time customer will quarterly service from Reliant. We rarely had any issues with pest but when we did, we informed Reliant and they took care of it right away. Great service and value!
Steven is an excellent employee and was very courteous during our service. He was professional, helpful, and made sure to ask if we had any issues to address.
When we call to cancel our one year contract, they flat out lie to me and say I’m still under contract and will be penalized if I cancel. It wasn’t until I went through my old emails and found a copy of my agreement and it turns out I am under no contract. I can cancel whenever I want at this point with no penalty. Their service was probably a 6/10. Nothing special. But I will definitely be using one of their competitors now.Beware of the shady office staff!
Reliant helped us for our first year in our new home. The service was great, the technicians were friendly. The only reason we ended the service was because we had to make some budget cuts. Hopefully we’ll be back once things get less hectic.
STAY AWAY..FIND SOMEONE ELSE. This is a terrible company. I had one more service due to complete my contract, they charged me a $75 early termination fee because I would not schedule the last service. I received an invoice for the fee with an annotation Please contact our office to void fees and resume service. I contacted them and the inept girl who answered the phone said it was too late to schedule the last service.. Pretty much, even though they came out, we still saw spiders and scorpions. The girl kept saying the fees were part of the contract, which I understand, but she didnt want to listen when I told her the contract also stated they would treat and tear down any wasp or hornet nests, which they never did.. Just not a good company. There are better companies out there. I checked with several neighbors and they pretty much recommended another company. I now have an agreement with this new company.
One of their Sales Managers was soliciting around our neighborhood, which is a No Soliciting, gated neighborhood. He was riding an electric hoverboard and wearing no mask. He then proceeded to ring my doorbell at 8:30pm, waking up my young son.I will never give my business to a company that operates in this manner.

Tim McMorris was great! He was very quick, professional, and made sure to address the concerns we had. He was also very respectful of the social distancing and made everything as seamless as possible!
I have greatly appreciated the fact that Reliant immediately put a COVID protocol into place and have worn masks as well as not entering the house when there is not a problem. I have had to call them back a couple of times this quarter because of ant issues we are having around our garage and driveway and they have been great about getting me on the schedule promptly.

I was completely disrespected and as a Realtor I come across tons of pest control companies I have them a shot because the salesman who they sent out was Great! The service on the other hand was horrible even to the point where I didnt see a reduction in ant piles and at all... I wont even get into the spiders but I will say seeing a spider I dont care what spider it is in your new born twins bassinet will make anyone loose it and for them to think I will pay a $107.00 balance for any reason is Ludacris. One Customer service representative even told me you can find us on Yelp! Do a review go with another company.
There are many Pest Management companies to consider these days, and I have tried many of them, I don’t hesitate to try a new company at the right rate. That being said, I’ve been with Reliant for a number of years now, because their rate remains competitive and they do a great job.Cody has been responsible for our home for the last couple of years and is very professional, polite and extremely thorough. He does a great job getting the huge number of wasp nests in soffits of our two story home.Highly recommend RPC!

I would give them zero stars if possible! The product never worked had more big issues using them than when I stopped (which was 3 months). Weve used Reliant for several years and couldnt be happier. Weve had a few weird situations (such as a swarm of wasps attempting to enter the master bathroom through the vent), and Reliant was very responsive and solved the problem easily. Highly recommend this local, small business!

The Staff, both in the office as well as the field technicians, are very courteous and professional. They call to remind you of your appointment the day before and the technician also calls when theyre about 30 minutes away, just to make sure that there are no problems with your service. The office also asks How Did We Do? By email the next day.Overall, excellent customer service and great pest control, at a fair price.

I have been with Reliant for the past 4 years and have always been 100% satisfied. They are always on time, the rep is always pleasant and helpful, and if I have any concern between treatments they send someone out right away at no extra charge. They do great work. They even put a note for the rep to close my gate tightly each time they come so my dogs dont get out. I truly love this company and appreciate the outstanding service.

While I was originally pleased with Reliant when we first started our service in August of 2018, months following that and ever since then it’s been a downward spiral. They are disorganized, one tech doesn’t know what the previous tech used before. When you call the office or speak to tech upon arrival it’s like going around in circles- they don’t bring the right items that you specially called for prior to making service call. Twice recently they haven’t showed up for a service. Finally, yesterday I called to cancel our bi- monthly service, something I should’ve done months and months ago!! I was told someone from accounting would call me today to close out my account - shocker no one called.There’s plenty of 5-star pest companies out there, don’t settle on this one with mediocre reviews. I changed to a family company for half the price with better service. Peace out Reliant! ✌🏼
Realiant is a great pest control company, with awesome customer care. I needed to change my appointment and Savannah helped me and was very sweet. I would recommend bi-monthly versus quarterly. A week before my appointment (3 months from last spray) there were a few bugs, but barely. I don’t think any company can hold off bugs for more than 3 months. So I’d definitely go with Bi-monthly. It’s worth it, and way less worry.
They are the worst solicitors! They have been all over our neighborhood for 2 days. They won’t leave you alone when you ask them to leave. There are no soliciting signs all over. They don’t care. They have gone so far as looking under the cracked garage door to see if they can find residents around. They come to the same houses 2 days in a row. They come at 8 at night. They cover your peep hole with brochures. They aren’t wearing mask. When you tell them your using a neighborhood pest control guy you love.... their response is .....” let’s change that. “ I just don’t understand why a company would let the employees solicit in a neighborhood where it’s not allowed. Doesn’t seem appropriate.
Read this: I dont have any idea about Reliant Pest Control sales persons, but their services are second to none. This company actually cares about their customers and the techs always professional. If you have any on going problem after reliant spray your residents give them a call and they will send someone right out free of charge. When I write reviews for businesses purposes is to inform people of the good businesses and the not so good businesses. So, from my own experiences I like to help by telling people the truth about the business itself. Today I had an exceptional visit from Reliant Pest Management out of Austin, Texas. I had a fire ant application done on my lawn and a pest control in and out of my home. The two young men that came to my home was very professional and business oriented. They explained to me the process of the work they was going to do, and what it contained, alone with directions on how to water my lawn after the application was finished. These guys was very respectful and courteous the work was done in a complete professional manner. Reliant Pest control has been my choice for a very long time and it have worked great for my home. Now I have to say to the two young technicians that came out Thank you again Ty and Jared for a great job that you guys did on my home today.....you guys are the best.
This company is shady! BEWARE!1. They will not work with you2. The spray they use does not kill a thing!3. They will sign you up and say there is no contract until you are ready to get out they slap you with breaking a contract fee!
Reliant has been punctual and professional in their initial services and following up when needed. Weve only used them for 2 months but we are super happy with the service and would recommend them to friends!

We have Reliant Pest Management at our home in the North Austin area for about 2.5 years now! When we first called Reliant out to service, we had roaches everywhere and a terrible mosquito issue. We signed up for both the bimonthly pest control plan and monthly mosquito service. The results have been great ever since! It is all very affordable as well! I would recommend Reliant to anyone moving to Austin or the surrounding cities!!
For the last week a guy from Reliant has come to our door and stated that he just signed up our neighbors and sprayed their yards. 3 times this has happened and 3 times he was told we have a company we are happy with. My question is, if they are so great why do my neighbors need their yards sprayed 3 times in one week? I know telling someone that they signed their neighbors is a ploy, but seriously dont they write it down for their other sales people to see what was said the first time? I am so annoyed with them, I get once coming to try but 3 times? Nope to this annoying company and their shoddy sales tactics.
I have been a Reliant customer for four years and I have been very satisfied with their service. We typically dont need unscheduled service, but the few times we have, they have responded quickly. There customer service and pricing has been spot.
I did not mind the sales guy coming to the house, but the actual pest service its not good, the bugs keep coming and coming, the first service they did not cleaned the spider web or the wasp nest, when i called to cancel they came with this “agreement” that i signed, they sales guy told me it was no contract service, never mentioned anything about an agreement, now i have to pay $100 to cancel that, they have this warranty thing, they emphasize in this warranty way to much, “we will come back and fix it”, I work in the customer satisfaction area too and it’s your job to the right thing the first time. Not recommended, screw this big companies.
The sales rep and the servicing rep need more training for sure. The sales rep just cares to put you on the first $20 service so you never cancel thereafter due to cancellation fee charges. The servicing rep carries a hand pump which leaks. I am pretty sure there are good professional sprays to use for the inside. Who would like a leaking hand pump in the inside? When you ask to cancel, they get rude with you and tell me they don’t trust that the pump was leaking!!!! Fortunately I got it cancelled in time. I hope you guys have a better experience dealing with them!!!
I was contemplating terminating my association with this company when a young technician arrive by the name of Cruz, because of his professionalism I changed my mind he was very courteous and very professional. he had no knowledge of my pending action and took great pains to ensure that I was satisfied with the service. His professionalism restored my confidence in the company so I will continue my association with this company if they hire people like Cruz who is on staining technician
Reliant has been great. They are always willing to come out for unscheduled services if I have any issues or concerns. Their customer service has always been great. I would recommend them to all my friends.
These people are the worst. Constant solicitation. Literally every other week someone leaving litter around my door and knocking to solicit business. One time it was two different people on the same day! Despite numerous requests to be removed. I would never even think about doing business with a company like that.

They are a good pest control service. They work with my schedule very well. They also stop by my home outside my schedule if I request extra treatment with no added cost. They are available through email and phone with quick replies. I will continue to use Reliants services.

A solicitor from Reliant came to our house at 9:15pm (after dark). This is unacceptable and completely disrespectful to our family which includes dogs & young sleeping children who were all disrupted by this man. The man was not well kept in appearance which made me uncomfortable as well. After contacting the police to ask about this we found solicitors are required to have a permit and are only allowed to solicit during the hours of 8am-8pm. They confirmed that Reliant does not have a permit to solicit. Weve contacted Reliant about this and requested to speak with the supervisor as well as the owner. We could only leave a message for them to call back and havent heard from anyone yet. Its their business to know about the requirement of a permit and to train their staff not to visit homes after 8pm to solicit services. This is very unprofessional and not what I consider good business practice. Furthermore there were 9 complaints filed with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) 6 of which were closed with the customer still being dissatisfied. There are plenty of great pest control services in the Austin area. Dont trust these guys.

So far I could not be happier! One for me is price everyone else was charging way too much. Reliant was reasonable and offered the best for what we got. I for one was happy that someone came to my door because I had spent a week looking for someone and gave up!
