We love Ranger. Seriously. Theyre always pleasant on the phone. The tech (Chris) is awesome. Theyre prompt, not pushy, and just do an all around great job. Weve been in Austin since 2003 and have used a few services over the years. Theyre service quality pales in comparison to Ranger. So long as things dont change, well never leave them. Ive been using ranger pest since 2016 (when prices were reasonable - sorry had to get that dig in :X!!) and just want to echo what everyone else already said - Courtney is straight up amazing. She is super patient, listens to all the concerns and addresses them professionally. Seriously, I legit get upset whenever a different technican comes knocking on the door!Since signing up, i have not had any bugs or resprays until the latest service. I found some bugs a few weeks after service and called them and Courtney came and took care of it within the same week. So based on overall effectiveness and service, I recommend Ranger Pest.

We found termites in our recently purchased piano this morning. Called Ranger Pest Control and they were able to have someone come out this very afternoon. I was impressed by the professionalism and the responsiveness of the receptionist and the technician. Would recommend!

Shes a boss when it comes to bugs, so if youve got a problem you really need help with, I cant think of anyone better to talk to!The second thing you should know is that Courtney will treat your family and your home (furry friends included, even though she is allergic, and again, handles it like a boss!) the way youd pray... with compassion, true interest or concern, and with the gentleness and MOST IMPORTANTLY (bringing someone into your home!) the kind of trust you just cant always find! Id literally trust her in my home ALONE, and thats really saying something! Im not a naturally trusting person, so! ;)You can look back through Yelp or Google and see so many examples of people who find Courtney really unbelievable. One of those rare instances where too good isnt too good to be true! Shes a real BEACON to her company! Its my true belief that she helps give Ranger the name is has here in Austin, Texas! There are many out there but Ranger is one of the best! I have been using them for many years at multiple homes and they have always been very through. Shout out to Courtney!! She is always very personable and we feel like she truly cares about making our home safe for our family. We have rarely ever had to call the back out but when we do its no questions asked and they are back out spraying again within days. Great job and great company!

We have had a hard time finding a good pest control company. I asked my neighbor who they used and they recommended Ranger. I called to get the cost of service - they described the first visit and then said they offered quarterly service. I told them I was interested. She asked for my address and said they were going to be in our neighborhood on Friday (5/8) and scheduled the appointment for the afternoon. I waited until the end of day and called and she said she had no record of an appointment and she wasnt even that pleasant about it. Austin service companies suck!

We have been using Ranger for about 6 years. I normally do not give reviews to anything, but I am very impressed with the service that we receive from Ranger. Today, they are making a special, FREE, trip to come out and spray and try and get rid of a wasps nest that has grown inside my hot tub. This is a service that they do not normally do, but as an exception they are sending our favorite exterminator, Danielle, to come and try and solve the problem. We cannot speak more highly about Danielle and her professionalism, kindness, and extreme knowledge of all problems that we are experiencing and how to fix them. I highty recommend Ranger Termite and Pest Control to anyone who is looking for a very knowledgeable extermination service. They are great and Danielle is a treasure that they have.

We have been using Ranger for about 4 years. I always try to support local if I can and Ive meant to write a review multiple times and after service today Im finally doing it. I started service at our previous rental house to keep control of the pesky tree roaches. Since then we have bought our own home and continued our quarterly service. When we found a giant hornet nest the day before a backyard party, they got someone over right away. And then this year, during Covid, when we learned of the joys of homeownership and rodents they took care of that as well. And since Covid they have always arrived in a mask, which I appreciate. The techs are always professional, easy to talk to, on time, and scheduling is easy.

Weve been using Ranger for pest control since we moved to our house last year and are very happy with the professionalism and quality. Recently, we had a rodent problem and Kenneth was really helpful and thorough in getting it taken care of.

Danielle is the best tech weve had at our house! She takes her time and asks questions to assess how she can best provide service. These guys were awesome. They took care of my raccoon/squirrel/rat problem easily. I live in an older home... lots of little cracks and holes for pests to get in through. Not a big deal at all for Ranger.I really appreciate the clear and concise communication before the job. I reached out to a few other pest control companies that were super confusing to work with. Ranger is direct and up-front.The actual work completed was exemplary. They patched up my whole house - quite a massive undertaking. I havent heard any critters in the attic or walls since their visit, which was more than a week ago. I highly recommend.

They stand by their guarantee and I am very happy with the quality and the price! My new house came with several unpleasant critters. Humberto has been providing my pest control services. He is friendly, has a great attitude, and does an excellent job. I went from finding multiple roaches a day to ZERO in a very short amount of time with his services. I can now sleep through the night without worrying if a roach is going to fall out of my air vent on to my bed. Conner was also committed in helping me solve a rodent issue. I requested several visits and he and his manager were always responsive and willing to help. I dont think you can go wrong with these guys. :)

Wife worries about termites invasion so we wanted to do a termite inspection. Received a few ads from another company but the reviews looked horrible. Ranger Termite has perfect reviews and lots of recommendations from my neighbors so I called them. And I am so happy that I did. Setup an appointment the next day. Jerod showed up on time, wearing shoe covers. Professional, patient, and no sales pressure at all. Jerod assured us that the traits we saw are just tree ants and they seek for moisture/decay. Wont really do harm but you dont want them to nest in the house. He also answered lots of our questions around termites and pest control in general, very polite and knowledge. It was a great pleasure talking with him. They offer one time pest treatment for $150 (cover for 3 months), or quarterly treatments for $95/quarter. Great local company and we will definitely use them if we ever have any needs.

Ranger Termite always does such a great job with our pest control, I would highly recommend. The exterminators are always so professional and know what they’re doing and the support and management is so helpful and courteous. We do the quarterly inspections, and you can’t beat their amazing prices.

I have been using Ranger for a year now and they have been very easy to work with. I love how they offer a 7AM time slot so I dont have to take off work just to get the inside of my house sprayed like my last company. My guy, Mike is always on time and super friendly while working thru my house. I havent had any trouble with bugs in my house since they started.

They do all our annual sprays (3yrs now) and have also come out twice for raccoons and other animals that got into our attic. Super efficient, and they havent ever had to redo anything. Would recommended 10/10

He is professional and knowledgeable.I love Ranger even more after a salesman for one of the competitors knocked my door and tried to get me to sign a contract with them for pest control. Saving a $1 is not worth the hassle of a contract. What a poor business model!With Ranger, there is no contract or hassle and it is reasonably priced.

Ive been with Ranger since about 2013 when they operated out of an office and small industrial garage off McNeil. Theyve done our home seal ups to lock out rodents twice in the only two homes weve owned. This is a complete exam and execution of any contained rodents and entry points.Theyve also sprayed for bugs and such quarterly. Im an avid DIY guy but its so worth it to pay them instead of keeping the chemicals on hand and doing this work, especially with pets. Our current home had almost daily scorpion sightings upon move in and weve beaten them way back. Our previous one had pill bugs and 4 kinds of ants that Ranger completely resolved. Everyone theyve sent out my wife and I have truly trusted in our home.John Chatham is awesome. He sprays for the crawly pests. Hes super chill, knowledgable, and respectful. I really trust Jon in my home and to perform the service. Hes been helping us for years now and I care a lot that hes the guy that comes to our house quarterly to care for us and our pets in keeping out the pests.

This company helped me when I had termites. The problem I have is that they told me that they would come out every year and spray for termites as well as roaches . I called them this month, April and they said that all they do is come out to look at your house. They dont spray anything for 129.00 …. just look at your house. I remember Courtney telling me last year that they spray they house every year.

No upsale of monthly service. Knowledgeable tech. Ill use them again.

This company has been treating our house for years and we have never had any issues with termites or pests. The spray they use has no oder that I detect and is safe for people and pets to be around. Weve had the same tech each time, James, who has always been very kind and helpful with any of our questions; he even let us know one time that our dryer vent was blocked up!
