Orkin has always been very responsive if I never need them to come out for an extra service in between visits. It rarely has to happen, but when it does, they come out right away and the problem was eradicated.

I have used Orkin for termite protection since moving to Texas several years ago. The technicians are timely and willing to listen and act on my concerns.

I called and it was super easy to set up the initial visit. They said they would be out in about 3-5 hours same day, showed up in about 1.5, which was great for me. My tech was professional, personable, and thorough. He took care of the initial treatments and traps, went over potential points of entry, and recommended deterrents while I waited for my apartment company to fix the issues.

The quality of product is great, since we started using them, weve seen a massive reduction of any fun little bugs that lurk around Texas.However, the reason for the 3-star review is that their scheduling and timing is a nightmare. Every time the person shows up well outside the timeframe provided, either super late or super early. For example, today I was told that they would arrive between 8-10, he showed up at 7. Its not that big of a deal when I work from home due to covid, but any other scenario its hard to manage when they are coming to your house. They need to fix this and have a more clear scheduling tool for managing your appointments.

Have been with Orkin for quite awhile and have been extremely satisfied with the experience of using this company. I have also used Orkin for my rental property and have been satisfied with the professionalism the technician has demonstrated throughout the years. Chad came out and did a free inspection. He answered all of my questions. Termites/Rodents are very pricey to treat. He gave me all of my options. When the two men showed up to do the treatment, they were excellent! They thouroughly treated the areas discussed plus some. They discovered the vents in the attic had holes and rodents were getting in. They sealed off all areas of entry at no additional cost. Great service, super professional, and they were very quick getting me scheduled. It took less than 2 days for them to come out. Overall Im very satisfied.

These guys are worth more money - they need a double raise. These guys are the only reason I will be renewing my contract every year. They did a great job!!!

I recently used Orking for a mosquito treatment. When I first called for this service I was told they cover for up yo half acre; however, when their associate came to do the treatment they just go around the house (which doesnt cover half acre). There is a pool (not attached to the house structur), and before he started working we specifically asked him to spray around the pool, but he didnt. At the end, I told him I noticed he didnt sprayed around the pool, and asked him if he could do it and he did. I am not sure how effective this treatment will be. Just a little disappointed

He even came on the worst weather day for Texas to do our services which I get terrible but he was here before I could reschedule. Only leaving a 4 star review because one of their techs (other than Charles) came and demanded we pay our overdue balance which we didn’t have and even confirmed when I called their department, that was just unprofessional and unnecessary. If you can request, Charles is the service tech you want to treat your home.

I’m usually happy with their work but I’m disappointed in what happened today. The technician eliminated a wasp nest, but then left the nest and the dead wasps on the steps from our porch down to the yard for us to clean up.

The technicians were so nice and helpful. They answered our questions. However, they did not have the zip up mattress covers that were needed for my beds. I needed 2 full size and 2 twin size.When I called this morning the nice woman named said that I would not be able to get the mattress covers for probably a week and maybe longer.The point is, I cannot make up the beds and get my house back together as long as I dont have the mattress covers. You understand?I paid $2500, yes $2500 for this Bed Bug Service. I should be able to get mattress covers my beds ASAP, and should have had then the day of the service.This is probably a small thing to you, the Company. But it is a big point of convenience and service to me, the Customer.

We transferred our service last May from Chicago to Austin (gave them 3 mos notice) and it was a nightmare trying to get a technician to come service us. Four appointments were booked and canceled. The paperwork took forever for the city to city transfer. This was so disappointing as we have been customers for 12 years.

She explained where the granules would be spread and where the liquid would be put--around the perimeter of the house. Called yesterday and someone was sent today. Nathan arrived to inspect for rodent intrusion. He found two spots and closed the entryways. Rock squirrels are a nuisance!

The technician was very responsive to our concerns and had extensive knowledge about bugs, fruit flies, rats, etc. Whatever we asked, he answered with no attempt to hurry us along.
