Jared Rivers was the technician today and he followed Covid precautions and did a very thorough spraying inside and out. He was courteous and knowledgeable. Plus they offer a 60 day warranty.

We have been using Bulwark for over 2 years now and are very happy. We never see bugs and they come on time and always communicate with us well. The technicians send me a text when they are done and provide details of any extras they did (remove hornets nests, clear spider webs etc). We have had to have them come inside twice and the items they use are safe for kids and pets. They worked GREAT too for our ants! I want to thank Damon M. He was really polite and helpful yesterday. I have happily used Bulwark for at least ten years but was having a recurring issue and it is very unusual for Bulwark not to be able to take care of any issue. On the fifth attempt in less than 3 months they sent Gustavo. Gus immediately knew the issue was really a plumbing issue and he was right! What a relief it was to know what the problem was. Our technician, Cody Woods, is the best! He has been our tech for years! He gives us the courtesy of contacting us before he arrives to discuss any needs or concerns we may have. He also takes the time to answer any questions about the treatments, products used or keeping certain pests away in between treatments. We have young children and a dog, plus we have a garden, grills and patio furniture, so its important to us that those areas not be sprayed/treated - and so he takes extra care to avoid those areas. He secures our gate when he leaves and sends us a message after the service visit. Cody is the reason we are with Bulwark. Codys professionalism, communication, commitment is simply unmatched.

Bulwark does an excellent job. Always prompt and communicate well ahead when they will be there and when they leave if I am not home. If I need them to come for additional treatments in-between regularly scheduled ones they are always there within a day or two and at no additional charge. Mike is our usual professional and is always fantastic! Cody came this last time and had the same level of excellence we have come to expect from Mike. 2 years in and not one complaint to be had.

Lavell did a great job today! We have had Bulwark Extermination for years. We have always been pleased with their service. Their product does what is advertised. We have been silverfish free - this is why I initially called them. Whenever we have another bug pop up they are always prompt in responding. Lavell gave me great recommendations for how to keep my shower ant free. They spray outside and knock down any wasp or hornet’s nest around the doors. Great Austin Company!

Ants!! All these rains have brought fire ants and carpenter ants INSIDE my house. It was definitely more than I could handle as a homeowner. I called Bulwark on the recommendation of a neighbor that has used them for 20 years. Jeffrey came today, he was quick, courteous and thorough. We are a family where 3 out of 4 of us are high risk, including my 9 year old daughter. Jeffrey had a KN95, gloves and booties. I felt safe and he was very careful to ask how and what I felt comfortable with. I chatted with Jeffrey while he worked and he answered all my questions about insects, and he had some entertaining stories. It was rainy and wet, so they have rescheduled for the outside spray. Jeffrey did spray the slab where all those ants were traveling in. I give my first experience with Bulwark 5 stars. Although Jeffrey wont be my regular service person, I hope all Bulwark employees are as friendly and helpful as he is!

We had scheduled an appointment, but it rained that day. Andres Comoran treated the inside of the house and indicated that he would come back in a week when it was drier to treat around the outside of house. In previous situations with different companies, I had to call and reschedule because they never showed up for the return visit. He came back as he said he would. Damon Morrison was able to get rid of a scary HUGE wasp nest about 8 inches long, covered in wasps. And he didnt flinch. (I was scared to try and spray it myself).

We had Bulwark recently treat for mosquitos. We saw a significant decrease in them, although unfortunately it rained later that evening after they treated so we were still seeing a few and after a couple of weeks they were starting to increase again. They came out and re-treated at no additional cost. Keegan was very helpful in answering our questions. Weve used Bulwark for many years and have always been happy with their service.

Sean McClenning did a great job helping with a different kind of problem. Unfortunately the Bulwark bait traps were trapping the friendly lizards that visit us every spring and summer. Sean freed the lizards from the traps and cleaned them from the pesticide so they could run free again. He was very sympathetic and knowledgeable about these lizards and of course, removed the bait traps as well. He also did a regular outside treatment. We have always had very good service from Bulwark and the Pros.

Gustavo Calvo always provides great service. During his last visit, I mentioned we saw rats running along our fence line. He immediately jumped into action laid out bait traps and provided weekly follow ups until the issue is resolved. Gus is very nice, professional and always provides great service.

I have been with Bulwark for about 1 1/2 years and used to think they had great service. Back in April, I was having issues with bees that set up shop in a shrub out in front and the technician sprayed the shrub to get rid of them. Shortly after, the shrub started died and is now TOAST. When the next technician came out, he said Yeh man, whatever they sprayed on that, killed it and told me I should contact the office. I contacted the office and they said I should send pictures of the shrub (this was back in July). 2 months had gone by with no resolution or even a simple contact and I finally got an email saying they had been trying to contact me, which was a lie because I only received one missed call, no message and I contacted them soon thereafter. After the run around, and two re-submission of pictures because they said there was an issue with their email, a manager said he would get back to me once he had a chance to contact the maker of the solution they used. I thought, this is insane!! Why are they keeping me waiting when none of the other shrubs are dead EXCEPT the one they sprayed, and because the maker of the solution said they use it all the time on golf courses, all of a sudden it CANT BE THEIR SOLUTION that killed my shrub.Now look, Im not trying to get them to do anything other than take care of the shrub that was damaged, and at this point, it would just be nice to get an apology for their negligence. And by the way, I had to email them YET AGAIN because they swore theyd contact me once they saw the pics and had the chance to review it and NOTHING! The same manager who was supposed to call me back, called right away and said he was sorry but their systems were acting weird and they had no record of their resolution, just an open case... SINCE JULY!When I sent them the last email, I also inquired about why they hadnt come out to service my house and they claimed they were just about to set me up that same Saturday to come service my house. Its ridiculous. At this point, I dont want to do business with them and Ive yet to contact them about service OR the shrub that mysteriously died.Btw, Im giving them 2 stars because they werent always terrible to deal with. Theyd come out regularly and almost every technician was nice. Once this issue was brought up, it was silence and avoidance. I guess what I learned was that, they were fine to come out, hose down the place (I often had to remind them that I needed more than just a spray on the exterior and then leave the bill at the back door); they could come, be here 5-10 minutes and be gone. If I have to STOP you before you take off so that you can come in and take care of the interior, youre not being thorough enough.

I have rodents issue in my house in Circle-C area on Tanaqua Ln and Ruben, James, and Lawrence Serena came and did excellent jobs. They all explained in detail and made me well-informed about rodent issue. I learned a lot to prevent rodents issue. They came down to put traps, baits and others. I am happy with their response time. I called up and they showed up on time. And all of these three people are knowledgeable and experienced. I will be happier when they can completely clean up rodent issue, but I realized that when they are a lot of openings on house due to aging and the house can be vulnerable.
