Let me tell you Chris my Tech was so polite and informative. He came in explained all of what would be done. Went through my home with his Tank and a flashlight. At that point I knew I had the right company. I have tried so many and never have I ever seen anyone go through my home with a Tank and a flashlight. I was more than impressed. I contacted The Bug Master for a cockroach infestation in a rental property. They were so easy to work with! I contacted them on a Wednesday and had them scheduled for that same Friday after chatting with one of the professionals about what service I needed.Things that I loved:-Got to talk to one of their service guys when I made the appointment, so I could tell them exactly what I needed and they knew how to approach it.-Scheduling and payment was easy (and reasonable). After the initial call they did everything over text, which is super convenient when youre trying to schedule in between work commitments and meetings. After the service was done I was able to hop onto their website and pay online with no problems.-Friendly and professional staff. The lady who initially answered my call, Jerry who talked to me about what I needed done, and Hutch who came out and did the actual work were all really nice.Ill be using them again in the future!

Ive been using The Bug Master for several years and Im very satisfied with their service. They come every 3 months and I never have any problems. The few times I had a particularly difficult insect problem (ants that kept coming), they returned at no charge. Customer service is great, both technicians and admin staff.

Overview: The customer service is very professional and responsive to any concerns with the services needed. Initial service was amazing, very professional, showed up on time and was very thorough with spraying and we had absolutely no bugs the entire year.The following year we were greeted with a new person spraying. Asked if he could come earlier(1.5hrs) which was very suspicious. Sprayed all open areas and non of the areas bugs would nest. Wasn’t very thorough with spraying as if they were rushing to just get out early. The following month we started seeing spiders and bugs. Called the company complaining about the individual and scheduled a re-spray. The respray was conducted by the same person and had to be shown where to spray.In summary:Pros: Great phone customer service, good chemicals, great response time.Cons: Some sprayers not being thorough or poorly trained, bang for buck is not worth it. $44+tax/mo to spray everything besides termites once every 3 months. $132+tax per scheduled spray.

Hutch came to retreat for spiders that moved into our sunroom. He was very thorough. He not only treated our sunroom, he removed cobwebs in corners and windows. He treated the complete house inside and outside. Excellent service and very professional except for one matter: the person sent to spray my home arrived approximately one hour after the appointed time (was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 10 a.m. and arrived at 11 a.m.). In his defense, it was rainig very hard that day. And most importantly, the service worked wonders: my home appears bug-free less than two days after the treatment.

I reluctantly hired an exterminator after trying to battle a flea infestation using cat-safe sprays, daily vacuuming and laundry, and conceded defeat. The Bug Master solved the problem after the first visit (it took about four days for me to stop seeing newly hatched fleas) and the tech was great. They answered my many questions and the second visit included in the price ensures a full life-cycle of fleas are annihilated. I just wish Id called them to begin with. No residual smell, just needed to wait a couple of hours for spray to dry and kept my cat away overnight for extra precaution.

Our technician, Philip, was fantastic. He was courteous and very thorough walking us through why we were seeing bugs and general prevention. The whole thing was incredibly quick and we feel very secure and confident in between our next appointment.

A year ago, we had termites and The Bug Master came out, thoroughly inspected our house/property, and explained everything to us. They installed a system that was successful. Yesterday, they did an annual check-up, and the team (Chris and company) were professional, friendly and just plain nice! They checked all the bait/traps and then handled the ants proactively. I have used BugMaster since spring of 2001. They did a general treatment after the house was just finished and Ive used them ever since. Do a good job. Courteous. And they respond when I ask them not to treat areas where I have gardens for pollinators.

Also, had to pay $80 for treatment that they deemed I needed, so my apartment complex forced it upon me.Karl was highly professional and communicative with me over the phone. Jesse was professional and very thorough with the mosquito treatment and pest prevention. He listened to my concerns and made sure to cover all areas. He took his time and communicated what work he performed. I mentioned we had been having knats around the sink and he offered to spray a foam in the sinks to help with that. He had an answer for every question and appreciated his detail to our yard and home.

The field Technician is always helpful and had knowledge of specialty chemicals that are good safe and work well against summer insects that plague the brewing industry. Hes helped to get the lab under control from fruit flues and other insects.

Driver called 20 min before scheduled appointment to say he would be on time. Showed up, walked me through everything, then did his treatment for bedbugs. Did a complete job and said he’d be back in 4 weeks to reinspect.So far GREAT

There were two inspections, inside of ten days. Frankly, the initial inspection was perfunctory and inadequate, apparently due to inadequate training of the inspector. (That inspector arrived six hours before the schedule appointment, as well). My husband and I made these issues known, to administrative personnel, and they were responsive. The second inspection was proper and thorough, and there were no surprises on appointment times. I give management credit for listening and appropriately responding to our concerns.

First off, DaVion is an awesome individual. Professional, friendly, courteous and always here when he says he’s going to be. Love talking with him. Outstanding person.

We submitted a request for services late on a Friday night after realizing we could no longer battle the Phorid flies infesting our house and finding a very helpful article about them on Bug Master’s website. Jerry called me early on Saturday and they had a technician out midday Saturday. We were already impressed with the turnaround, but even more impressed with the utter magic Philip worked on the Phorid flies!!! He was so knowledgeable and helpful - he immediately identified the bugs, figured out the likely source, gave us treatment options, and began treating. He was quick, polite, and COVID safe. He’s barely been gone an hour and we’ve already noticed a massive drop off in the flies. We will definitely call for Philip if the flies return.

I felt that this company had done a really good job and I wanted to remain loyal. I tried calling today to speak with someone about our account and to see what the difference would be to add a few extra services compared to this other company. I couldn’t get anyone on the phone, I called back pressed 2 as a new client of course they answer now but can’t help me. I send an email they do respond quickly. I asked my questions through email and honestly it seemed they truly didn’t care if they lost me and it almost felt like they wanted me to quit. My first email was “ I’m trying to find out when our contract is up”Their response “ after reviewing your account, it looks like you have taken all the services to fulfill the contract. If you would not like to renew I will terminate the services now to prevent any further appointments.”So my response I asked about the other services and cost.Their reply, they’d have to send an inspector out.I’m just baffled that they’ve been serving my home for a year and don’t know my property. Don’t answer the phone and doesn’t sound like they need to keep clients.

The tech took the time to listen to my concerns and got to work blasting the outer perimeter of the home. He focused on some wasps that decided to make their home under some eaves. He entered our home fully masked and wearing foot covers and proceeded to spray the interior then concentrating on the areas that where pest activity was sighted. My appointment was scheduled between 2 and 4 pm. I expected him to pull up at 3:55 pm based on my experience with using other services. Instead, he arrived 5 minutes before 2 pm! I’ll be using the Bug Master again.
