I work for an apartment complex in San Marcos, and Joseph comes by once a week on Fridays and is always so friendly and professional. He gives good tips and tricks on how to keep pest away and helps out the residents as well. Highly recommend!

I have lived at my current apartments complex for a year now and we’ve had worldwide as our property pest control company. Complete professionalism. Daniel West is usually the technician that services this property and he always does a superb job. I never have another problem after he treats my unit.My rating is definitely 10/10
They seem like nice people when they actually show up - the problem is getting them to come! Twice I have scheduled a service treatment and twice no one has showed up or followed up with me. I had a similar problem last summer too, when all three times I scheduled a treatment (cleared all my items from my kitchen and everything) no one showed up when scheduled. It got to a point where I had to call every hour for 5 hours just to try to get someone to try to show up for my treatment. Mind you I did HAVE an appointment which of course they didnt make, and they didnt make the one they rescheduled either. I am only using them because they are part of my HOA but this company takes the cake on not being able to deliver on services promised. They are literally 5 for 5 with me on scheduling treatment and just not coming.
This is Professional, Quality & Caring customer service and workmanship. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and they are very knowledgeable in what they do. You dont see it often nowadays, PRIDE, they take pride in the work/service they provide and it shows; We have used them for our hotel business for the past year, NO COMPLAINTS!!! We truly enjoy Benito and Alan coming to our property. They are super friendly, funny and always go above for our residents. I can not express how important it is to us that our resident feel comfortable with the service they are receiving. I can honestly say that we can call Worldwide Pest Control and have them treat the same day. They work with our schedule and have also made efforts to come on days that will accommodate our residents. I would highly recommend this company. Ask for Benito or Alan! Thank you Worldwide pest control! Just had Jonathan come do a preventative spray in my apartment. He was very polite, personable and informative. The first thing he asked was how old my baby was and even gave me tips to continue to prevent bugs in my apartment. Im super OCD in regards to keeping my apartment clean and will definitely be doing what he recommended to further keep pests out of my home and away from my kiddos!

Week after week, we are completely disappointed! Getting a returned phone call from the office is nearly impossible. We never know when a technician will show up for their weekly Thursday appointments. A majority of the time - they dont show up at all or even call to let us know they need to reschedule. This business is very poorly ran. I can not wait until we can welcome a new pest control company to our community!
Been dealing with bed bugs for a couple months now. Every other pest control company says it takes 2 treatments minimum as the pesticide does not kill eggs. Worldwide did the first one, said my follow up was 2 weeks from there and to prepare for a second treatment. So two times now I load up all my pets and travel an hour to stay with family. Coming back the second time, all I see is a note saying No live activity when I was promised a second treatment. What the hell did you guys do? Took a glance around the room and said I was clean? Its commoj sense that it takes two treatments or more and they are not something you just see chilling on the walll. At that point, I was still getting bit and still seeing signs. So my leasing office scheduled another appointment.Now its been almost 5 weeks and I am worried this sorry excuse of a company let too much time pass and we are going to have to start all over.Additionally, the first two times I was able to call and get help right away. The ladies were very sweet and willing to give me an ETA as I was out of town to stay out of the way. This time, I got some rude woman who I think she said her name was Elise. She was constantly telling me she couldnt help me every step of the way, saying shes not allowed to speak to tenants. I explained to her that they never communicate anything to my apartment complex and that Ive called twice without a hassle. She explained she doesnt know who I spoke to but she couldnt give me an ETA and just hung up on me.Unfortunately, if I had a choice I would have ran screaming. I hope residents and apartment companies alike stay away from this place.
If considering for commercial property you must have someone there to make sure they show up and do what you have contacted to preform. As for me do many missed appointments I m hiring pest control for my apartment myself!!! SAD

We have a roach problem in our apartment. Worldwide Pest Control allegedly sprays our apartment every week. One day I was in the apartment when they showed up, and they were in here for literally 20 seconds and left without saying anything about what they did. I have no idea how they could have thoroughly treated the apartment in that amount of time. When we arent home they leave a vague note saying theyve been there. Nothing about when they came or where they sprayed. Once we tried to leave them a note to tell them to spray the bathroom but they didnt acknowledge that theyd seen the note. It should come as no surprise that our problem hasnt improved much. I have more faith in the roach bait stations than the professional pest control people. By the way, last week they said they were coming and never showed up. I have a feeling that they contract with apartment complexes and then just walk around the premises aimlessly for a couple of hours each week. Bamboozelers!

Worldwide is very consistent and will come the same day if you have an urgent issue.
Terribly depressing how this company handles bat removal. Highly recommend never using a company that encases living animals in foam. Please dont ever use this company for anything. Spend your money with people who know what they are doing.
UPDATE: After working with Fernando and Melissa, we are starting to see better service and now have a consistent technician who appears to be following proper procedures. Weve learned it is much easier to reach WWPC via email instead of the phone and takes out any miscommunication amongst staff.
After finding several chewed dry food items in my pantry and droppings (all substantial enough to be a rat, not a tiny mouse), I contacted my apartment property management to let them know. The next day I found an entry notice from Worldwide saying a specialist had entered and used integrated pest management techniques - but nothing else was left but the note. After a week of being gone on vacation, I returned with still nothing more done. Another call to management, but no immediate response... So $55 of my own money on heavy duty traps and three disgusting days later, Ive killed and disposed of four Norway rats (two juveniles and two adults, one of them a foot long). While the traps were still set around my kitchen, Worldwide came back and left the same generic entry note, plus three little sticky traps suitable for mice and insects. Not at all satisfactory.

John Lindsey treated our apartment for fire ants, which were coming into the kids room. We just had a newborn 8 days ago so he made sure not to use any chemicals in the house... he was amazing and came first thing in the morning to help our family out !!!
Disgusted. I get charged $5/month for pest control, yet have NEVER actually seen these people on our premises treating outside.( Balcones Club Apts, NW Austin.)I request an inside treatment for visible fireants, leave them a note with areas sited, come home at lunch to check and a measly little blue slip is left by kitchen sink, no odor AT ALL, are they using water?? Still trails of happy ants coming from patio through baseboards into living/ dining areas, waited 24 hours, no change, happy fire ants. What an easy scam. $60.00/yr, charged auto pay, per EACH apartment. How many units and complexes?? Why didnt I think of this?? Money for nothing.. *Is anyone checking that these people actually spray inside each apt.?? OR do they just open door and put their slip inside? *Are solutions used confirmed to be effective? Or watered down to nothing??Ive had weevils since I moved in, (I zip loc all flour items) no matter number of treatments.My peppermint oil has been more effective.I would hire a company that actually does their job, not this place.
