Great place - easy to get in for an appointment, average prices, only downside is they were running behind on schedule.

The nails techs are very unprofessional! I got clipped by the nail drill and I said ow and the nail techs then proceeded to laugh about my reaction and talk about me while they were still doing my nails!

My favorite nail salon in Austin - They use natural and non-toxic nail polish and other products. I’m always extremely happy with my nails and their service. I highly recommend using them. Be kind and make an appointment ahead of time.

I got my nails done Oct 4th from this place. It’s not the 12th. French red tip. With bottom half a different color. They decided to use dip powder. I didn’t like that too much because the linking been two colors was ‘off’, ‘jagged’. Just not straight perfect. You could just tell by looking at them. My issue though is that I had broke a nail already 3 days after. And then another one today. That’s just unacceptable. The lady was definitely rushing throughout the whole process. Didn’t take her time AT ALL.

Called ahead and made an appointment... 30 minutes later they have still not started my nails.. 10 minutes they said... why bother making an appointment? The manager said they were short handed?!? 10 plus workers there in that small shop.. after waiting 45 minutes.. a customer comes in apologizing that she is late and she is helped right away.. bad business..

CC does the best massages. She is friendly and extremely experienced. I recommend CC to anyone who wants a great massage from a wonderful person. She is amazing!

Best nail salon around. I have been a patron of this salon since it opened. I live in Bee Cave and drive here to get my manicures and pedicures still. I wont go anywhere else.

I notice a difference when I get my nails done here versus anywhere else in Austin. Whatever products theyre using, my nails are never brittle, theyre never sore, and theyre beautiful everytime!
