HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!! Dont ever do business with these clowns. The just blackmailed me for extra fees AFTER they picked up my cargo. When I talked to a supervisor I told him were done and to delete my company information as wed never do business with them again and didnt want any calls or emails from them ever again, which he promised he did. BIG SURPRISE, the 2 days later I get another email from these clowns. When I called the sales rep who started this mess, she refused to transfer me back to the supervisor who lied to me then hung up the phone. Then I spoke to Brooke, the Operations Manager who also hung up the phone when I told her that her people refused to delete my contact infomation.HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
My business uses FreightPros to book all our freight. The support we get on our account is outstanding and when our shipments encounter delays for any reason, our support team are on top of resolving it right away. Booking system is simple to set up and use, information on all shipments is easy to access and the billing process is seamless... FreightPros even resolve billing issues with carriers for me. Couldn’t be happier with the service since we switched to FreightPros.
After freightpros engaged the shipment communication, communication issues stated happening. I called them and emailed several times. One time I actually got a receptionist on the phone, she said Drew would call me back within the hour (he never called back). Days later I was contacted by the person who sent me the shipment, they said the shipping company didnt know where to send the shipment. I called freightpros again and this time got Drew on the phone. He asked a few impertinent questions so I had to bring the conversation back to the issue which was (why doesnt the shipping company know where to send it). Finally, the best smart a$$ thing he could come up with was he said he would talk to his solutions department. I then had to ask when he would call me back, he said an hour. Well you guessed it he never called back.
They told me everything was fine until the morning before delivery was scheduled, they canceled the load and told me to find another broker because they hadn’t picked it up yet. Now I’m in a very bad situation trying to find a last minute truck because I trusted Freight Pros.I had scheduled a single pallet load with the broker, gave him pickup and delivery dates and he assured me there would be no problem meeting them. 3 days before delivery I called to inquire about the status as I had not been contacted and was told the load was not picked up. I expressed the importance of meeting our delivery date and asked about other options, other carriers, hotshots, etc that might get it here on time. I was assured there would be no problem and they would have it here. the day before scheduled delivery, the pallet hasn’t been picked up and when I called to inquire they cancelled the load. Had I known sooner they couldn’t/ wouldn’t be able to do this I could’ve hired someone else, but because I trusted them when they said it would be handled I had to pay 5x more to hire a full-size dedicated last minute truck through another broker.

This is the company to go with to find your shipping provider, I would always call the shipping company’s and always get charged double or even triple. But since I’ve been helped with Selena here at freight pros, she is constantly looking for the best deals for me, telling my how the service is of the shipping company’s, and making sure I get the best deal possible. Awful Business used them to ship a Transmission was given a quote of $200.00 proceeded with shipment 2 Days after delivery was charged $156.00 on my Credit Card with out Authorization for so called Residential address charge for a Pallet that was unloaded with a Forklift at my Vendors Business. Emailed at least 4 times to try and resolve the matter never received anything then called only to be ignored again. was finally email and notified that we would dispute the extra charged trying to give them the benefit of doubt Nothing Then look up on better Business Bureau which I should have done first found out there is there Practice of doing Business BUYER BEWAREOK I get that you have to contact the carrier, But that doesnt change how you as a company handle your business, in todays world we have endless forms of communication Phone E-mail Text, when your Company does not even respond to any Communication theres a problem with leadership, I know your communication systems work, you had no problem sending me an Email when it effected your bottom line telling me I owed you more money. Its not rocket science just treat people the way you expect to be treated,
Ive used FreightPros many times for freight shipments across country. The price points are much better leveraging their rates than getting my own quote from the exact same providers. Ive worked with Clayton during most of those efforts and hes always super responsive, provides carrier recommendations, and helped make the process easier for us infrequent shippers. Using them again for an upcoming shipment!
Unfortunately, have to say that this is the worst experience with shipping so far. This people will tell You what ever You want to hear to get Your business. But when it comes to fulfilling the promises. They simply accuse Me of being a liar.Caused Our business lose of over $50000.00 due to not delivering the shipment even 4 days after the promised date. 03/09 was the cut off date for shipment to be delivered.Original promised to deliver by 03/05.Today is 03/11 and the shipment still not delivered.Will not recommend to anyone!!!

We have been working with FreightPros since 2020. I have a main contact person, Kory, and two extra supports, Andy and Jazz. I enjoy working with them. I have had no issues, their bedside manner is professional and kind, they are all great listeners and go to great lengths to help and exceed my needs. Their pricing is extremely competitive if not lower than our current brokers, Global Tranz and Coyote. Our shipments vary on pallet quantity and shipment dates and they always have us covered. I would recommend this to any company looking for good rates with good service. Their portal is easy to use but if there is a problem, they will help. Documentation and updates are sent automatically and invoicing is quick. They are great LTL providers.Special note-we had a carrier lose our shipment with no fault to FreightPros. Audrey Cyr has worked with us tirelessly to try and get the product found. She kept us updated twice a day and walked us through the claims process. This is yet another reason to work with Freight Pros. Advocating on their customers behalf is another reason we continue to use them and will continue to in the future.

SCAM!They took my money for shipping and they never delivered the load. They are claiming that load is stolen. We lost $130,000 worth of load. We had insurance thru this company but for some reason its not valid.Dont use their service EVER.
I had scheduled a specific day for this company to pick up my order. They did not succeed in this, they had an additional two days to pick it up before I was charged warehouse fees. They did not succeed again. And now they had an additional 4 days to pick it up and have not. Resulting in more warehouse fees. Even though this is all of their fault. They will not pay for additional fees! I have been working specifically with Will and Clayton. I would advise using another company.
I contacted FreightPros, David Gilchrist, to move a refrigerator for me and he was spot on with excellent customer service! Unfortunately the shipping ended up not working out, but Brooke Moore was so courteous and helpful in getting my money refunded and cancelling the order. I appreciate both of them for being so helpful and fast! When the need arises for shipping again, I will go to FreightPros 1st!
Scammers!!! Shipped a few times with this company. Over a month after my parcel was delivered to my client. And crushed at that. Wish I could post pics. They send me a duplicate invoice. Keep in mind. You have to pay upfront to get a bill of lading.A month after parcel was delivered. I get a duplicate invoice. They said my parcel was canceled and that they refunded my money. Lies! I paid upfront as always. Client had parcel over a month when all of a sudden I get another bill.Liars scammers. Dont use them. 2 out of 3 shipments were damaged.

We were using UPS for all our of freight shipments (weekly), and received horrible service with unbelievably high rates. Their freight shipping app was easy to use and we like our regular freight driver so we used them for a while. Well that driver was assigned to a new route and the replacement driver was horrible. When we tried to work out the issues with UPS, they were horrible to deal with, so we decided to look elsewhere. We randomly came across FreightPros, and what a completely different experience it has been. They have saved us an unbelievable amount of money, and their customer service is absolutely amazing. We havent had any issues with the carriers they work with, and although their online portal isnt quite as simple as UPS, we do not mind clicking the mouse a few extra times given the amazing experience we continue to have with this company. We highly recommend FreightPros!

Used this company to ship 2 loads. After each load I was hit was a surprise reclass fee and a limited access fee. They promised to refund the charges and told me that the refund was in process but after multiple calls I can see that the charges have not been reversed. I called the actual trucking company and was told on each shipment that We did not reclass it and Access was fine, we did not charge for limited access.FreightPros has been tacking on extra charges to my bill assuming I wouldnt notice. Total liars and a COMPLETE RIPOFF!

We have used FreightPros for a number of years, and our last experience is just one example of why. One of our latest shipments was quoted by the carrier at a certain rate. Over the course of being transported to us, the rate increased to almost double the original quote, for various stated reasons. Quinn Thompson hung in there with us to see that these charges were removed, justifiably, and our original quote was honored. It takes a village to get things done sometimes, and the team at FreightPros ROCKS!

One of the most unprofessional shipping brokers i have ever met. They make errors and they prefer to screw their customers instead of taking a loss. Well we took the loss to fulfill the customer because in our business ethic, customer comes before anything. They lost me as a customer and with this set of mind they will be losing a lot more.
My shipment was picked up at a residence and delivered to a terminal for me to pick up just as promised. I had no issues with paperwork and things went like clockwork. Folks on the phone were cordial and easy to talk to. I would use them again. Very positive experience.

I needed to get a used Boat Engine shipped to me and contacted Freight Pros, they made the arrangements easy and fast, I didnt even know if they could pick it up from the small town where the engine was located, it was no problem for them.Shipping cost was the most reasonable from all of my estimates, service was extremely professional the whole time as well as with the driver when I received the shipment. Great service that I would use again without thinking.

This was our first time using a freight company, and FrieghtPros it a very simple task! I would recommend them to anybody in need of their kind of serves.
I received a quote from Freightpros only to have it increased by 25.00 in 4 days. due to some phooey fuel charge increase. That should have been my first clue! They charged me 360. for shipping my 24 lb. tigerOak School desk chair from 1924 That I put 40 hours of work into refinishing. Plus 17.50 for full coverage insurance. They scheduled a pick up with a 5 hour window, that never showed up, never called, wasting my day. when they did show up the driver indicted that his lift gate was not working well. My chair weighed 24 lb. no need for a lift gate. They billed my credit card for 220.16 a non disclosed lift gate fee. I loaded the chair. no need for lift gate. They refunded that charge with great prejudice. There shipper Centraltransport destroyed my chair and lost the front led the book rack and a 10 inch splinter from the chair front. I sent them the enclosed pictures and they denied my insurance claim. There shipper offered my buyer 10cent a pound for damages 2.40 cent for his 100.00 chair. Unacceptable. DO NOT TRUST Freight pros or Centraltransport with your goods. you will be sorry!!

Wasted 3 days waiting for them to arrange trucking. I was suppose to get a call in the morning but the call never came. I had to call multiple times just to get a status report. Customer service training is definitely needed. I even paid when they secured a truck but they said the driver backed out. Waiting for a refund. I decided to use a different trucking company and they were 24% less expensive with better communications. Maybe this is a start up company with growing pains...

I am very pleased with the experience I had with FreightPros. I had an extremely complicated situation and my sales rep: Neil Rubenstein was great and went far and beyond my expectations. I had a difficult shipment that was awkward in size as well as having to go up an incredibly long driveway to deliver a crate that we sent business to residential.Our customer was elderly and I worried about them not being able to help get the crate where it needed to be. I can tell you that this company will be forever at the top of my list.
These guys are a waste of time. They have no idea what they are doing. If you work on freight for a living you should know what a cylinder is if you have a photo staring at you. Quotes take several days and who knows if they are right or not. Get ready to get charges on the back end if you use these people.

To whom it may concernI want to express my great appreciation for Eric Zapata, he has gone above and beyond working with me and our company Arte Divine. We have the licensing right to reproduce Michelangelo Sculptures (from the Vatican Observatory Foundation VOF) and place them in location through the world. Shipping the containers (800lbs) in different location can be very tricking and Eric and Freight Pros has done an excellent job serving our account. Let me explain why I can confidently say this about Eric and your company.My experience with UPS has not been up to par, they lost several containers for months. They tell me the delivery is happen the next day only to arrive an hour later. They once told me the containers where in LA and it would be delivered the next day only to find the next day the containers where still in the Texas terminal. This situation happened at least half a dozen times. When a container arrives to the person home, church or university we need to hired workers for the day to be move the sculptures into the permanent location inside the building, we do not want the containers sitting in a driveway etc. As you can imagine organizing the pick-up and delivery time is not always easy. With UPS it was next to impossible to get this done, and the reflection of these mishaps is my responsibility, along with handling the upset clients.Now the latest was with Fedex, they called our offices about 4 months ago to talk to us about shipping and they account reps called 3 days in a row to discuss our shipping needs. They agreed to give us a discount on delivering envelopes under 2 lbs, so I decided to ship a few items for the discount and to this day we never got the discount. At the end of the year I need to send IRS documents that need original signatures to be signed by many different parties, they need to be signed and dated before December 31, 2017, they lost 2 of the envelopes and we needed to start the process all over gain between December 26 – December 31, imagine that nightmare, getting 3 different parties to sign off at that time of the year. Fedex said they would give us a discount if with used them for our Freight containers. I have called them 8 times only to be told that the account Rep assigned to our account has to talk to me, not once have they called. This has been going on for the last 6 weeks and just for fun I will call the customer service this week with the same complaint and I am sure they will tell me the same thing, my account Rep assigned to this account will call me in the next 2 days. I have never gotten the discount on the envelopes and I will never use them for our Freight containers.I have a lot less stress because I have Eric available to handle all of our shipping needs, we may not ship that often but to us we need our sculptures to arrive in one piece, on time. Eric and his team have been a blessing to us at Arte Divine.

Then they requested a bunch of info to file the claim, drug their feet for a week, wasted more of my time then told me i have to turn all that in direct to freight co. And fill out more forms. So all the time i spent back and fourth with them getting them info was POINTLESS.. Lawsuit in progress, STAY AWAY
I ordered a bed thru Houzz, the delivery agent was Freightpros, I received a text for the first delivery attempt and then a phone call from customer service where i verbally confirmed a date and time, 4 hour window. The day of the delivery, nothing. Waiting, waiting, no phone call to say we wont deliver, nothing. I let 2 days go by to see if theyd call, nopeSo I call in, ask what happened? The agent answered the phone with hello., not hi this is freightpros, how can I help you. So I ask, hey you didnt deliver my product, and the response was well lets get that scheduled. So I again, pick a 4 hour window, new date. Again, no delivery, no phone call, so I get houzz involved again, and a new date.The date was today, Ive made 18 attempts to contact them getting only voicemail. So I guess the thing to learn here is imto never, ever use this company for your logistics needs.

I have used Freight Quote in the past with excellent results and stumbled on this fly by night group by mistake, it was the worst shipping company I have ever used. If you like dealing with an inner-city DMV then you will love the team at FreightPros. From the angry, aggressively unhelpful, Billing & Claims Specialist, Brittney Dimes to the apathetic, carefree Director of Human Resources and LTL Operations, Christie Wright McNeill, this company could not care less about the poorly brokered experience you will have.Freight was damaged at a cost of over $1000 to me, so I denied the shipment. From then on the way they handled my concerns and communication is the #1 reason why you shouldn’t use a no name broker. They played the blame game, hiding behind email and not once did they answer my phone calls or requests for them to call me. ZERO empathy for my situation, just a classic run around. Whomever owns the company should outsource this center to India, at least that would set the expectation for the kind of miss-information and poor communication you will no doubt experience.They failed to deliver the product, they failed to address my concerns, and they failed to accommodate me when I requested a refund for the shipping costs. Both of the reps I mentioned above were given ample opportunity to get it right but they never listened, well it was all by email so I guess they never understood what I was writing. Instead they aggressively repeated a canned answer about calling the shipping company for info. Which was not at all what I was asking about. In the end I hope they all find work doing something that requires no interaction with the public as neither of them are suited to handle customers acceptably. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CO!
Dont use FreightPros! They bungled both sides of a shipment that ended up costing us 2.5 times their original quote. Worse yet, they accepted no responsibility. Disgraceful!
Do not use this company. evan Larsen was our broker. we shipped thousands of dollars in freight charges with them.she decided to lie to us and try to tell us you cannot send a full truckload to a residence in ct. i have her emails to prove this and can legally prove it in court if needed. we have sent many many full truckloads to homes all over the country with freightpros and other companies. she tried to charge our customer $5900 to send 3 ltl shipments rather than send one full truckload. she said they could not do full truckload.after demanding it, she sent a full truckload rate from mo to ct for $3850 which is very high with gas prices at all time lows right now. I called freightrpros own full truckload dept and they in turn gave me a rate for $2700-2900. I told her about this and she in turn increased our daily ltl rates by 33%. I called her boss neil Rubenstein and even though he admitted she had made mistakes, he closed out account. this is a very poorly run company. we have about 5 shipments to do and now must find another broker due to evan larsens own arrogance, hate and greed. this is the first google review I have ever done as I never complain. but, this must be known.evan larsens own greed cost our customers and their workers time as we could not get the products out to them in time due to her greed, incompetence, and arrogance. neil Rubenstein supported her actions. they should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers that have been with them for years spending thousands of dollars this way. but, that is who they are as a company.
They Suck! They play games and dont pay there dention time! Not a good broker to run for!
