Seriously awesome company!! I am in the Army and currently stationed in South Korea. There were some documents I needed witnessed by a notary and shipped to another state in a hurry and they made it happen quickly and at a reasonable cost. Great customer service and they went out of there way to help me out!! Highly recommend if you need a service like this in the Austin area

FIRST CLASS SERVICE ! I placed my order at 10:57 and by 3:13 had a copy of the document in my mailbox! Throughout this time Ive received emails confirming the order, then notifying me that the document was picked up, delivered to the office, received (and by whom) and emailed to me. I was asking to Fed Ex it and was told that if I just need to read the document they can email it to me (cutting the cost which to begin with was cheaper than the other company I called). Very PROFESSIONAL service and HIGHLY recommended!!!

What a great experience! This company will do whatever it takes to meet their clients needs! Fast, reliable, courteous, accommodating! Cant say enough good things about this company! They were able to deliver a very time sensitive material for me and saved an important business deal for me because of that! This is what top notch service is! I applaud them.

Contacted them via phone to talk about shipping out some larger products as well as housing inventory at their warehouse and doing fulfillment through them. They would not discuss anything with me over the phone and suggested I send in something from the website. I did that on both of their fulfillment and custom shipping page forms and never got a response. Its been about a week now. 1 call and 2 emails not answered....

Terrible service

I was not happy with the service. It took 3 attempts and 3 weeks to get my product. The first time my box was damaged. The second time he was not prepared. The third time they did not come when scheduled. Finally delivery drivers came at 9:30 at night. They were nice guys and finished in a timely fashion. I am happy they came through in the end.

We have a short parking lot behind our dock so we cant receive 52 semis for freight. We have all of our LTL shipments sent to Capitol and they take care of bringing it out to us on a straight truck. Always great service, and the added bonus that I dont have to have anyone around waiting at 8am for a possible delivery.

The company that I work for (Austin Waterjet, Inc.) uses Capitol Courier for all of our local deliveries and we have never had any trouble calling to schedule a pickup or requesting information. Called to have something delivered. Felt like they were trying to find any reason not to help me since my package is slightly irregular. Your job is to deliver things, why would you get annoyed when someone calls to have you do so?

Called this company today and talked to someone early around 6am 1-29-16 some guy answered the phone and I told him all I needed was some documents picked up at a certain time if possible and emailed over to me, to my shock the guy said that I would need to talk to somebody else when they opened up at 8am! Why would you answer the phone then dude?? Im sure that they could do it but the guy was just down right unprofessional

I needed is a notary. I called them up and they said they said, They are not a notary.

Very disappointed with this company. There is always an excuse for not getting products delivered when requested. Too heavy, house has a very steep driveway, too many boxes, etc. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all!
