Just moved to area from College Station Texas. I chose to visit Tender Laser Care because they were highly recommended. Jackie and all the staff definitely did not disappoint. Jackie is super sweet, very tender and beyond knowledgeable in her field . Jackie took her time and explained everything she was doing putting my mind at ease. She educated me on the treatment I was receiving and after care protocol. If you are looking for a med spa don’t look elsewhere Tender Laser Care is the place for you. I could not give them enough stars for the service and atmosphere they provided me. I loved them so much that I have scheduled my daughter an appointment for later this week. Tender Laser Care is truly a gem! I have been going here for over 10 years. The people are so knowledgeable and friendly. The lasers are top-notch. The prices are very reasonable... especially when considering how important experience with the latest technology is in laser boutiques. I had been to a dermatologist for similar treatments before finding them, the dermatologist was five times as expensive for half of the results. Thank you TLC!

Have had about 2 Silk Peel treatments and they were great! I am amazed with this treatment, my skin is softer and more vibrant! Im 55 years old and everyone noticed the difference on my skin & I get compliments that I look younger with my age. My skin is completely transformed and I will go back to TLC on a regular basis now. I love Silk Peel because there is no downtime or discomfort! I love you guys!

Super friendly and knowledgable staff, laser machines are serviced regularly so you know youre getting the best hair removal possible, and everything is very reasonably priced for the amount of detail spent on every visit on hair removal. Ive been getting treatments at TLC for about 2 years. II started with my back.... Get rid of the rug. Ive been so thrilled with those results, that I also did my beard! That took a few more treatments, because of the nature of the hair, more course. Now Im down to shaving once every 3 days, instead of twice a day. Most of my growth now are grey hairs, which dont respond well to the laser. Ive done other areas too.Ive compared notes with a few others, whove used other studios, and Im convinced that Tender Laser is absolutely the best! Everyone there is great... Very customer focused. Jackie is my favorite!

Not impressed. I did a few photofacials here and saw no results. I have done them at other locations before and had great results.

BEWARE! I got multiple sessions of laser hair removal for my underarms and lower legs. The treatments were kind of working but not super well. The girl switched me over to another laser and gave me a free session and by the time I stopped going, I was seeing little to no hair growth and went from having to shave every other day to maybe a stray hair every couple weeks. Fast forward a couple months and all the hair has grown back like I never had anything done. When I called them, they basically said that laser hair removal is not permanent and that you have to come in for maintenance sessions, something I was NEVER told. She said that its not actually even removal of the hair, to which I replied that the sign on their door even says laser hair removal! I was told if my hair would respond to the treatment, all the hair should be gone in 6-8 sessions, maybe as many as 10. And that was it, no more razors!Well, the girl on the phone is now telling me that people usually have to come in every couple months to once a year or two to get additional treatments and that things like stress and hormones can make the hair grow back. Really? I have to come back in for another $150 treatment every time I get stressed? I feel like I totally got scammed out of about $1000 because I would have NEVER made this major financial investment if I had known it would need to be repeated as often as every couple months.As a side note, I dont know if their lasers are lower quality or what but I got laser hair removal done on another area by another company and the results of that have held up much better. Do your research. I have read several things after researching this that says laser hair removal isnt removal at all, its reduction, and that the only FDA approved way to get permanent hair removal is electrolysis. Dont get scammed out of thousands of dollars of treatments for something that may only last a couple months!

I was recommended to Tender Laser Care by two friends who have had services done here in the past and were very happy with their results. I live in Waco and I drive all the way to Austin because Tender Laser Care is worth the drive! Jackie is knowledgeable and cares about her patients. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The tech was a real pro and made me feel comfortable. As a guy, hair removal is a scary thought. Jackie was able to make the treatment as pain free as possible, it was painful, but I was able to tolerate it with her help.

Horrid service and the worst laser technicians in Austin. First visit was bad service, second visit (they didnt have time to finish my laser treatment!) was to finish what they started. It ended up with second degree burns and medical attention, Burn scars for life. They wanted me to go back in for a fix. How do you fix laser burns? uh, you cant.

Absolutely love this place.they always have cool new things and jackie is really knowledgeable.

I have been going to tender laser care for almost 10 years since they had their very first location, a little more south down 183, I think I was probably one of their very first customers, and from day one I have always been treated, not just kindly, reassuringly, but almost like family. Jackie is amazing and she is so thorough in all the treatments that she does, and she does them so well, that I cant imagine going anywhere else. And it amazes me that a family business now a days is not only able to survive, but it expand, they are now opening of Round Rock location ( which is great because now I no longer have to drive across town and I only have to drive 2 miles instead of 20), but I guess thats only to be expected when somebody gives you such exceptional care. I hope the Round Rock office really takes off because I would hate for it to close and have to drive 20 miles to and from to get each treatment ( I will if I have to), but I do wish them all the luck in the world because they are so awesome. I have had laser removal, ipl photofacials, doing spray tans, and they even treat my teenage daughters, that at one point were so self-conscious about being so hairy that they would not wear shorts or bathing suits because even if they shaved in the morning they would have hair growth by mid afternoon, now I cant get them out of the lakes, ( still not sure if thats a good or bad thing lol).Thanks Jackie and Monique,Kim
