I just had my first ever laser hair treatment at the downtown location. Hilary was amazing! She explained everything to me and made me feel very comfortable during the whole process. I was surprised how quick and painless the treatment was! Looking forward to my next appointment, but I’m especially looking forward to never shaving again🙌

I went into this beautiful cozy little location for a procedure. While Id never had any thing done before of this nature, Caitlyn was amazing. Excellent service and she explained everything she was doing before she did it and continuously asked if I was okay if she felt that I was in any discomfort. 5 star? If I could give 10 I would. Will most definitely be returning!

Elements Laser Spa is the best! The staff there have made me feel comfortable and ask great questions to assess where I’m at each treatment. I’m currently doing my armpits and Brazilian and want to do my legs next! Nathalie is an awesome technician who is friendly and always checks to ensure I am comfortable and satisfied with each appointment. I cannot say enough great things about her and Elements! Laser hair removal is one of the best things I’ve ever done, much more affordable than waxing, pain level is lower than a wax, you get to shave between appointments - AND the best part - one day you’ll never have to shave again! If you’re looking for a great place to try laser hair removal - Elements is the place to go! 12/10 highly recommend!

I have had my Botox done a couple other places in Austin, but my first visit here was by far my favorite experience! I saw Micah who made me feel so comfortable and at ease as she walked me through the process and what I needed and what I didn’t need. She did a fantastic job solving my problem areas. I am so glad I finally found a place that didn’t break the bank and place that actually listened to my needs and didn’t up sell me. I will definitely be going back!

The staff is wonderful, and the owner is extremely helpful. I do want to warn people however that there is a possibility of burns and hair growth- its important to follow their instructions- and dont do it in areas with peach fuzz hair (like shoulders or your bottom)- thats where the hair growth can be stimulated if you go over it with the laser. The owner was extremely kind to me and so great with everything I needed, and everyone who works there is so sweet

The tech who saw me yesterday (my reminder email says this was Alicia) just seemed to want to get me out of there.This is the day after my second treatment. My hands show no evidence of having been treated. After the first treatment (with a different tech), there was definite evidence. Plus, this one said they changed their policies and would no longer treat part of my arm along with my hands (the way they had the first time). Not really right that they changed the policy after I bought the Groupon and in between the two sessions.I bought a Groupon for two sessions but only the first one did anything. No bargain.

I cant say enough about the amazing staff and procedures offered by Elements Laser Spa! Ive had Brazilian laser hair removal, VI Peel, laser facial services, and recently had the courage to try Botox injections... Ive been beyond pleased with every service. The prices are very reasonable and the results have been fairly immediate. I notice a change within a few days after each procedure. Highly recommend!!!!

This is the first time I have ever visited a laser hair removal place and I have to say I was a little nervous. As I get older hair is growing in places that I do not want it to. So my wife talked me into going to her laser removal professional. In fact my wife just made an appointment for me because she knew I never would.Donna Lynn is Awesome she explained everything to me answered all my questions was gentle caring and super nice. The location is easy to find, comfortable, clean, professional and well staffed. I wish there was a 10 star rating that I can give! Oh I was also surprised on how affordable it is too! If you are looking for a place I can not recommend Elements enough.

Im one, very happy client!! Ive gotten great results and of course the staff is so very friendly! I also appreciate that they send us email reminders and call us as well because sometimes my schedule gets a little hectic and sometimes I do need a small reminder! I had been looking elsewhere to get my treatment done. However, after reading reviews on the other location - someone else had mentioned Elements Laser Spa. So, I started reading reviews on the company - and they were AWESOME!When I finally went in for treatment, they definitely lived up to their reviews and good name. I was actually late for my appointment, and Rose did everything she could to get me in! When we went to do the treatment, I was a little scared, that it would hurt. But Rose walked me through it and made me comfortable with the treatment. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, family, and anyone else who is looking to boost their self esteem & get rid of unwanted hair.

Good IPL photofacial technicians. Closest parking is a couple blocks away in outside lot - go street parking. Spa is on second floor of a charning old historic brick building that looks like its from another era set amidst Austins booming modern downtown - and it is! Went in for the ZERONA laser body contouring treatments the staff was so friendly and encouraging - they really helped me feel welcome and comfortable - I had 6 treatments and lost inches! I did not go in for any laser hair removal, but, I have thought about it especially since I had such a great experience with the ZERONA service. Such a cool technology - Thanks!

Very thorough in explanation of services and technique. Ive had IPL at three other places. None offered such an education on the process, including what theraputic goal option to set the machine for, or that cold numbing gel. Fair price even when special isnt in effect.

Save the planet! Get lasered! With no hair on my legs or underarms, I save so much time in the shower. If you spend any amount of time on hair removal, lasering is worth your while. I was the kind of gal that would have 5 o’clock shadow two hours after shaving. Not that there is anything wrong with that, but if you don’t like it, you have awesome options now. I haven’t used a razor in a couple of months! Make an appointment with Rose and get started—I adore her. She is professional and thorough. She takes time to educate you on the dos and don’ts of the process and really makes you comfortable.There are tons of laser places in Austin. Why Elements? Well, they are certified by the State of Texas to perform laser hair removal. Did you know many other places are not? Have you heard horror stories of burned, scarred skin? It won’t happen at Elements. These people care. Rose, Clarissa, Nicole and Michelle make a great team and they are all very personable. They take your concerns and comments seriously. How often can you vouch for every person working for a company? They all rock.And now I am off for more!
