Far West Boulevard UPS Store is the worst!Twice I used this location to return packages for a refund to my credit card. The first package was lost. (It didnt amount to much, so I let it go.) The second package was also lost.I brought in the packages with pre printed return labels with barcodes. Each time I was told they did not need to scan the labels, because they already had a barcode. This is FALSE. Every other UPS Store I have ever used in Austin will scan a pre-printed return label with barcode and give a Drop-Off receipt.The UPS tracker showed no record of my packages ever being received. They are in Lalaland somewhere, and I am out of a $50 refund.I will not be using this location again. Obviously their workers dont care about excellent customer service or accountability.

I was told by an employee at the UPS store located on 34th St. today that they system was on fire and he wouldnt be able to help me because I didnt have labels on my 4 packages. The next closest location is Far West. I walked in and was immediately greeted and assisted. Yes, there were issues with the UPS system, BUT, the work around was manually imputing the address and creating a label. And the employee was so helpful because he realized that my 4 packages could fit in a larger box and be shipped for less money. Now that is service! This is my new UPS Store. Thank you for helping get my holiday packages shipped in a timely and cost saving manner.

I love this UPS store. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I was in last week, at a busy time, to take care of a few things and Mike was super helpful and friendly. If I could have provided a cash tip, I would have. I guess this review is the next best thing. Keep doing what your doing!

I have been using this branch of UPS in Austin for 12 years and they have taken very good care of me. Ive shipped a lot of packages small and large all over the USA, overseas and managed two moves from Austin to California and Virginia and back. My biggest move to date is pending to Hawaii from Austin and they have spent some time almost every day this month with almost every service they provide including helping me set up a new USP office connection in Honolulu. First rate service at all times.

This is my favorite store to make returns from Amazon, the two guys who work here make a great team together and they are always so kind, I am a Hispanic person and I have never felt that they treat me differently, they are always smiling and when you need help, They have a great patience, in fact when there are many people coming to the store they apologize for the waiting time. Today I went to drop a package and I missed not seeing them, instead there was a Hispanic guy who did not have a very good face, he looked tired and mad and when it was my turn to he attended me, He took my phone to scan my Amazon code and then he said, put the box on the scale, for me it was strange because they never ask me that, but later I understood when he said, I did not said it to you, I told her (she was the other person in the line) but, he was not attending to me ? He confused me and I feel embarrassed, so I wanted to quickly remove my package from the scale but he also removed it too and He pulled the box out of my hands, I got upset and I said, excuse me, why are you pulling the box? And He said, I only pull the box from the scale, so that she (the other person) put her package there, which perhaps did not make me feel that it was not me that had to put the box on the scale and therefore if I made a mistake then I have to remove it from there? Then he finished scanning my tag and He gave my phone to the other girl, of course I told her, the phone is mine. I think He was very stressed for the work day and He was not very friendly and I was making mistakes, I can only tell you if you read this review, We all work and sometimes we have difficult days but, we have to love our work, whatever it is, all people deserve respect.

I wish I could get all of my mail sent here. The local usps has a bad habit of losing peoples stuff. Meanwhile this UPS location has handled more than a few amazon returns, express shipped a lot of important paperwork and other packages, and Ive never had an issue with something arriving damaged so theyre doing their part in that string of events.

These guys are the best! I started a new business a few months ago and use their mailbox service - from setup to daily use, they make it easy. I love that my packages are kept safe while waiting for me to pick up. The staff are always friendly and helpful!

Do not use this store for shipping anything of value or meaning! After my Moms death, I had them ship one of her antique tables to my home out-of-state. It arrived with big piece of wood missing from top because it had been packed so poorly. The claim was approved by national UPS but can not get a response from store about reimbursement. It has been months and have sent multiple emails and quotes. Horrible packing service and complete lack of customer service and any kind of professional integrity.

DO NOT DROP YOUR FED EX PACKAGES HERE!!! They failed to inform me that they are not officially a Fed Ex drop off location anymore when i left my package. When i went back 10 days later after tracking showed no movement whatsoever I was informed that they just accumulate them until they reach enough and take them to a drop off place themselves. I guess they think they are helping their customers but TEN DAYS to get a package is ridiculous. I should have been informed that would be the case. Tracking just showed TODAY after i spoke to them that the package took its original scan in Pflugerville. TEN DAYS.before it ever got on the truck.!!!!

What a pleasure it was to do business with this place - came in with a heavy item I had sold on eBay. Patrick helped unload from my truck - took information down and dealt directly with buyer. Quite the contract from the UPS store which is about 2 miles North, a place I had left minutes before because the extremely bad customer service.Far West you guys rock and have my business going forward - Thanks
