My visit to Enamel was awesome. Gina went out of her way to help me get a same-day appointment for the pain I was having, and dealt with insurance and was super kind and communicative! She made it easy to be seen and also understand payment for my my treatment plan. Dr. Patel was also great, he explained what was going on and listened to all of my questions without rushing or dismissing anything. It was really a great dentist office experience I havent had before. I came here on the recommendation of a current patient and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else!

Great place to get your teeth taken care of! Has an upscale but quirky Austin vibe that separates it from more corporate places Ive previously frequented. I come here semi-annually for my cleanings covered through my insurance and they always have efficient, friendly service. The hygienist goes through the routine in about 30 minutes totally pain and hassle free. They also offer free drinks (wine and beer included) before and Netflix in a mounted TV you can enjoy during your procedure.

My experience at Enamel was wonderful. Dr.Gaj was so great and patient with my 9yo. I highly recommend him for any dental work you might need . I will be getting my Invisalign done with Dr.Gaj and I feel very confident that I am in the right hands. My kids, husband and I are patients for life ! Thank you Enamel and Dr. Gaj for such a great dental experience !!!

Everyone that works here is so nice! The dental hygienist was very nice and talked me through what she was doing and had a gentle hand. The office manager, Robert helped me pick a savings plan when I had questions and really went above and beyond!

I needed an emergency appointment for a broken tooth and Enamel was very helpful getting me fixed up that day. They let me watch Netflix, got me coffee and gave me a weighted blanket, I was super comfortable. The staff is super friendly, the receptionist greeted me by name.I got a root canal and still actually kind of enjoyed my visit, Ill be happy to go back for a routine cleaning.

Easy 5 stars. Never liked the dentist but when I stepped foot into this office Tame Impala was playing and I was instantly more relaxed. From the quick paperless check in to the legit 7 minute painless cleaning, the customer service was on point and made me feel comfortable. My jaw pain and crooked tooth always bothered me and they presented an easy, affordable solution and answered all my questions. Within 3 weeks my smile will be perfect and jaw issue gone. Ive never been to an office that was so high tech and helpful with my issues. Shout our Dr Gaj - best dentist out there. His taste in music is ok too

Poor experience with making an appointment. None of the staff were experienced with knowing how to request an ASL interpreter for my appointment (AKA: access to communication and equality). Claimed they were “unable to provide services” that they are legally required to provide by ADA law.

Not every experience is the same but I would not recommend enamel dentistry. I tried them for the first time a few months ago and needed a filling. After having some pain in that area from a different dentist that works enamel dentistry did have been chipping away and was done properly. It makes sense because I felt that the dentist assistant didn’t know what to do and took over the rest of the process after the dentist had completed the drilling work.

Every visit is awesome. They make sure your comfortable. I am very pleased I picked this location.

I made an appt early morning and was pleasantly surprised to not only get in same day but was seen and tooth repaired within 2 hours. That never happens! Very happy with the results and all the staff was kind and very proficient. To top it off I didn’t have in’s. So I was offered a very reasonable plan plus the exam and X-ray were included plus a cleaning to come. Thank You!

The Doctor is amazing at what he does and he fixed my broken tooth that I’ve had since elementary. Even the Dental Assistant is a very helpful person and she was nice. The only problem is the Front Desk named Robert may need customer service classes and maybe even basic technology courses. He had trouble printing receipts. He was very rude and normally I do not care if the front desk is just OK. It was worse than okay though. This guy says backhanded remarks and I understand that he needs to make a sale. This is a terrible way to keep customers loyal. What ever happened to the integrity of a company and the connections that make that company? I personally think that his attitude was very unprofessional and it was oddly similar to hearing a frat boy talk. I only mention this because he is the last person you have to talk to when you leave. I don’t want to see him every time I go so I just canceled my plan. Other then that the doctor cares about his profession and it really speaks for itself. I’ll probably go somewhere else to get Invisalign though. Thank you. - Not trying to pull a Karen, but when customer service is so bad that it makes a young person pull a Karen....that is something to worry about.

I’ve been going to Enamel for about four years now, and it’s been a great experience every time. Their staff is friendly and communicative about your dental needs and all the ins and out of insurance. Making appointments (even as a first-time patient is a breeze, and I’ve always been able to get an appointment time that fits into my schedule. I’ve sent a few friends/coworkers their way, too, and they’ve all had good experiences.

Great experience every time. Excellent communication from the front office (with plenty of updates and reminders about your next appointment)! Dr. Patel and all of the “assistants” have been super friendly. LOVE that everyone seems to have a sense of humor- makes the whole experience much more enjoyable :)

Never made it to the appointment. I scheduled online, provided as much detail as possible. Email confirmation asks that you fill out forms online or arrive a little early to your appointment to complete them. I received text messages every day for the week leading up to my appointment to complete forms online or I would have to pay cash... except the day before my appointment I get a text saying that because I didn’t complete the forms online, my appointment is now cancelled and I should call to reschedule. I call the office and the representative says it is too much work for the front desk to verify insurance info during appointments and then starts asking for all of my information that I’m nearly certain I already provided online. This was one of the most needlessly frustrating experiences. I suppose Enamel is doing very well financially and doesn’t need new clients... so stop sending out postcards.

If you want a retail type experience, Enamel will fit the bill. Everyone is nice, but it’s not a personable experience. It did take 1 and half hours to do a semi annual cleaning. My past experiences at a small practice is 45-60 minutes. That is the reason for a 4 star rating.

Dr. Gaj was amazing, he was able to repair a filling that was a little poorly done by a previous dentist and was causing me pain. Pain is completely gone now. The receptionists and hygienist were also so nice and helpful.

I had a consultation booked and it was my first visit at this location. I had to wait for about 40 min until I got see the doctor due to the high capacity of customers trying to get a treatment before the holidays. I completely understand that. Everyone I met was very friendly and professional, I feel that my teeth are in good hands and I would recommend anyone going to this office.

I have had the best experience at this dentist, Colton the front desk gentleman was the sweetest and very attentive. Kathy the dental assistant made you feel right at home and made sure that you were comfortable throughout the whole process, I got my tooth pulled. Mr Doctor Dillion explained everything perfectly to where I could understand and I was definitely not scared. Mr Robert came in and explained some of the dental plans that they had that might help lower my cost, very professional and very nice. This was honestly the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist. My wisdom tooth had me in very bad shape and in so much pain, and after other doctors took plenty of advantage of that I found Enamel. They took care of me as soon as possible at a very affordable price, excellent customer service from Rob at the appointment department to Doctor Dillon. They were all great and pleasant to talk to. I was very nervous to get the extraction done but they made me feel calm and relaxed, plus the procedure was super fast!!!Thank you everyone.

Dr. C is so wonderful at his job. I had previously switched dentist after having months worth of work done with a practice that was not attentive to my needs nor patient with my anxiety. Dr. C and his staff were all super personable and made me feel comfortable. Also, they have great music playing which calmed my nerves while I waited to be seen. They even have Roku TVs in each room so that you can focus on something else while they work on your smile! I highly recommend Enamel Dentistry!

These people are so professional that it off sets the stress of visiting a dentist. No pain experienced at all and they accommodated my emergency less than an hour after I called.

I moved to Austin recently and had my first visit with them this week. I filled a patient form before my visit which I informed them about my TMJ issue and special requirements due to the problem. Everyone in the team was very attentive and very responsive to my needs/requests. Doctors answered my questions thoroughly and recommended not to take evasive actions regarding my TMJ problem which I support very much. I have already booked my next 6-month visit and will continue working with them.

I had my first visit 3 days ago.Had a great experience. Everyone is nice and helpful. Had all my x-rays and check ups done with no problem. The doctor and his assistant explained all the situation on my mouth and what I needed to be done in the future.I will be coming back soon for some more work.Definitely recommend this dentist office 👍

Would not recommend coming here. I made an appointment online to a new patient visit. Received a confirmation email as well as a text to confirm my appointment a few days before the actual appointment date. I arrive at the location at my appointment time and there’s a note saying to call upon arrival. I call and absolutely no one answers. No one is in office. I check on google and it says this location is closed for the day. What’s frustrating is that I needed to find the time out of my work day to go to the dentist; but this office was so incompetent that they couldn’t even effectively update the hours of operation on there website. Extremely frustrating and complete waste of time.

Had I known the dentist office offered beer/ wine, weighted blankets, chargers... had hipster art, and a wonderful staff, I would have come in sooner. Not all dentists are the same, dont go anywhere else!

The office has the most comfortable dental chairs that make it so easy for you to relax while watching your favorite series. Even their art is one of a kind and definitely a conversation starter. I can never say enough good things about this place. I come here a lot.I first found enamel when I moved to Austin and ended up with a bad bad toothache maybe it was even an abscess - bottom line I needed help ASAPI didn’t have any insurance and it turned out that Enamel carried their own so I signed up for it.That’s when I met Dr Patel and he was just so cool and chill, all the good vibes you want from your dentist. He fixed me up and gave me meds to get through it and also went through a full schedule and cost of all the stuff I needed done and the costFast forward (it’s been three years now) I’ve had lots of cleanings, a couple of crowns replaced, completed an extraction that my former Seattle dentist couldnt get the tooth out and I just bailed on going to a specialist bc it didn’t hurt (bad idea btw, it’s a lot more work to fix now). And I’m half way through an implant.I had been putting off this major stuff because well I kind of scared. Root canals and cavities i can handle but oral surgery yikes! Then I met Dr Dillon.He is A-MA-Zing! I trust him completely. He’s so gentle and competent and friendly. I feel like they really care about me and I’m not just another mouth in the chair . The whole staff is like that.Is it inexpensive? No but unless you want to go to Mexico dental work is pricey. And the insurance definitely helps.Also I’ve been going here since covid started and no worries at all. So yup... 100% recommend these guys.

Can’t recommend Enamel Dentistry enough. They are wonderful. I went to the South Austin location. The building is brand new and very modern. The staff is incredible, very polite and eager to help.Dr. Chodavadia is very gentle and warm. He takes his time to get to know you, and explains everything in details. Plus, he has a great sense of humour!What really stood out to me is how technological-savvy the office is. You can text them, no need to call, and you can send photos of your insurance. Also, at the end of your appointment you can see all your teeth thanks to a huge touchscreen, that you can “play” with. Finally, they do all the research with your insurance, and they can tell you exactly how much everything will cost. There is no “well, it depends on your insurance, we can’t tell you” type of frustrating response here!Finally, they don’t push any services on you. They explain your options and give a recommendation, but I never felt like I was resisted into getting a procedure I wasn’t sure about.

Efficient, thorough, and friendly. I first went to Enamel a couple years ago to get 4 cavities filled. The cavities came by surprise because previously I had a clean bill of oral health. I have been happy with the education I’ve gotten from Enamel on preventing cavities. My teeth are in tip top shape again.

We have been visiting Doctor Patel and Doctor C for over three years and every visit has been truly exceptional. From the moment you walk into their office, it’s obvious that they put a great deal of thought into every single detail. Their customer service is definitely noteworthy, and their state of the art equipment makes us look forward to every visit. For my son and daughter, one of the best parts is being able to watch a movie while they are working on their teeth. Of course, that’s after they’ve had a chance to update their doctor on what they’ve been up to since they now see them as family. As always, Doctor Patel and Doctor C listen attentively as they excitedly share their newest adventures. -We’ve seen the office grow through the years, but our visits continue to be outstanding. This is the one place that you will be excited to visit and can count on leaving with a smile! Never thought that I would say that about a dental office, but it’s true. We are truly grateful that we found such an amazing place and would definitely recommend Doctor C and Doctor Patel to anyone looking for a professional, experienced dental team with the most advanced technology available.

I hate dentists. I have never had a good experience at a dentist. However, Enamel was very gentle and understanding. I was super anxious about going to the dentist for the first time in two years and this is the only dentist office I would feel comfortable going back to. No pain. No lectures. Just honesty and comfort (or as comfortable as you can be at a dentists office)

My wife and I randomly found this Dentistry over two years ago and we have been coming here ever since. The experience you will have here is bar none. Each of the dentists we have had here are all kind, caring, attentive to details and are genuinely doing everything in your best interest. The staff is extremely friendly and I honestly will not go to a different location as long as these guys are around. If you are having second thoughts about going here, don’t. You won’t be disappointed. My root canal was surprisingly enjoyable.

Everyone was so nice and caring and so quick to see me during this Covid-19 crisis they got me in very quickly. I appreciate all that was done for me with the explanation of the procedure I needed that day and in the future as well as explaining my insurance to me!!! The doctor called me to check on me the next day -I missed the call but appreciate that so much I was having issues with the pharmacy and they worked really hard to get all issues resolved.. 50 dollar cancellation fee for not giving a 24 hour notice seems a bit steep!! I’ve been going to enamel dentistry for years and never cancelled an appointment or showed up late. My appointment was at 9 am this morning and I called right when they opened after waking up not feeling well and was rudely told I would have to pay $50 because they have a two month wait for cleanings (not sure if this is true but I’ve never had to wait that long for an appointment). We will be going elsewhere..

Dr. Dillon Patel is fantastic and Ive been incredibly happy with my experiences here and with him. Sadly I am moving to a new city and will miss having him as my dentist. I whole-heartedly recommend Enamel and Dr. Dillon!!

Dr C and Patel are younger dentists, but honestly probably the best I’ve had. They run their practice efficiently: reminders of appointments, confirmation texts, easy rescheduling, etc.Their equipment and seats are nice and new. There was a small mistake in scheduling two visits within a six month window and they took ownership of the scheduling mistake.Their front desk staff is nice, coffee in the waiting room, and sometimes snacks.Highly recommend Enamel Dentistry.

I received great care at enamel, I hadnt been to the dentist in a while and was a little apprehensive and worried, but the staff made feel super comfortable and relaxed. I got full cleaning, extraction and fillings done in 2 days and recovered in no time. Im actually excited to get all my care done and start taking better care of my mouth.

Going to the dentist is just one of those things I tend to avoid at all cost but my teeth were needing some care and after a recommendation from a friend I decided to come here. Dr. Patel was really patient and thorough when going over my exam and x-rays and providing me with a treatment plan for the next steps to get my teeth and gum health looking better. The office staff also provided me with a breakdown of estimated costs for my next office visits so I can plan ahead. Everyones attention to detail and patient comfort really made the experience easier for me.

I saw a different dentist this time, Dr. C was out of town. He introduced himself as Dylan, and he was nice and straightforward. I appreciate it when someone who’s obviously in a position of higher education introduces themselves by their first name. It suggests to me that they are a person first rather than a title. He took the time to explain everything to me and suggested some haste regarding my crown and the potential root canal failure if put off. Being a person in the medical field, I like the time all the docs take, not just Dylan, to ensure their patients are educated. It’s a huge part of what we do as medical professionals. I will be returning, you should too!

My experience at enamel was exceptional! Staff was so nice and very accommodating! Also beer & wine so how can you go wrong?? I would 100% recommend you go if you love your teeth!

Staff was very friendly and kind! I loved how attentive they were to all of my issues and that they explained everything clearly so that I could have a good idea of what was going on and why.

This place is unreal. I have never been to a dentistry like this in my entire life. You get a tour of the place. You check in quickly on an iPad. You get BEER AND WINE if you want it?! Theyre GENTLE?! Its not dim and scary and disgusting like other dentists offices???Seriously. Unreal. Go here

Was very impressed with the service I received. Wish all dentist offices were like them. Received a confirmation a few days out and then a reminder a couple of hours before my appointment. Got a general cleaning and exam. Was in and out very quickly. This place is definitely up to date with the trends offering comfort options such as headphones, Netflix, blanket, etc. Also featured the latest tech and gadgets within the dental world. Would recommend for anyone new to the area or looking for a better experience.

With all the craziness going on i never thought ide get seen to have a bad tooth removed.After calling enamel dentistry they got me in the very next day. Professional and caring the service i received was top notch. I will never go anywhere else.
