I am very impressed with this pharmacy! I originally had no idea that they offered overnight delivery. I was pleasantly surprised when I called to ask about pickup and they informed me about the delivery option. Received my prescription hassle free :)

While this seemed convenient, it would have been much easier to go pick it up. They were originally supposed to deliver on Friday, but slipped until Monday. Then they delivered to the wrong apartment. I got it eventually, but it wasn’t nearly as smooth a process as I would have liked.

I went to pick up my prescription at my regular pharmacy and it was going to cost over $200! I called my doctor, and she recommended your pharmacy which had a coupon. I saved a ton of money. The added bonus was the free delivery!! So grateful and thankful! Thank you for the excellent service!!

STAT regularly delivers some of my prescription medications that come from a pharmacy that’s quite far from my home. The deliveries always arrive exactly as expected and I always receive a notice telling me exactly when the delivery was made. The communication with this company is far better than it is with other shipping companies. Most companies just drop the package off and let you figure it out. With STAT, there’s no guessing. You receive a text the moment the package is delivered.

Had a family emergency on delivery day and wasn’t able to be home to receive delivery. Since it was medicines I didn’t want it to be left outside (100* temperature) or where it could be easily taken. Left extra instructions on door with the “hope” it would be followed; sure enough when I finally got home a neighbor brought me my package and said driver had asked if they would please hold on to package until I was able to return home.Thank you for being so flexible and understanding.

My pharmacy uses this company to delivery compounded medicine next day. My medicine always arrives late morning on the scheduled day. The company sends an e-mail or text message delivery notice where I can sign for the delivery before arrival (if applicable). After the delivery, another notification alert is sent with a delivery picture and the time of delivery. I appreciate their prompt service, which saves me a trip to my pharmacy! I would highly recommend them!

Excellent service from start to finish. They texted me immediately after receiving prescription. I called as instructed and the gentleman was kind, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. Does not pay attention to the address. Package was left at wrong address. You are delivering a sensitive medical package and it must be kept cold. The driver left it sitting in sun for about 2hrs. Not good. Please have the driver call me before he delivers next time.

They just left my medication sitting by front door. They didnt knock to let me know they delivered it. These were eye drops and I didnt find out they had been delivered until 3:30 and they were delivered at 11 so these eye drops sat in the sun for 4 1/2 hours. Most medications are suppose to be kept cool and out of direct sun light. I just think they need to be educated on medications and heat and sun light.

My doctors office sends my medication through the mail but since COVID the mail has been unreliable. By that I mean what would take a day sometimes takes 2 or 3 and my medication is time sensitive. Anyways they offered to use STAT overnight delivery to ensure I got them on time. Its difficult to leave a review when everything goes as expected, they put it in for over night I got a text message when it was picked up and another when it was delivered. Worked perfectly.

Delivery driver was very nice and made me feel very comfortable having my meds delivered by courier. He should get recognized.

Got here fast but was sent to the wrong house which was 2 houses down from me. I mean it was fine thank God we found it and got my order from them. I just dont know how exactly that accident happen.

I was so pleased! I was able to get next day shipping and a time estimate when my prescription would be dropped off. The employees i spoke with when i had questions were nothing short of professional and helpful.

My package was delivered at 10:17pm and I consider it late and not professionally ethical.My delivery slot given was 3pm-7pm.I got the prescriptions in my delivery and was supposed to refrigerate on receiving.We all were asleep when the bell rang-glad I have cameras -so I knew who came.Super sleepy -I went out to pick and bring the package inside -sanitize it and kept it in the refrigerator.Though the whole process took just few minutes but my whole sleep was disturbed.So my experience was very bad.

My doctor called in an Rx. I was required to answer a few simple questions online. A few days later my Rx was at my front door. Very easy process. I can’t comment on the quality, since I am new to this product. The packaging was in perfect condition. I would definitely recommend this service.

When I call to order & reorder, this lab is quick to respond—plus, they deliver at no extra cost. We are in a small town just outside of Austin. They are North, we are far South. I’m amazed they deliver it way out here and free!

My pharmacy used this service to deliver some medication overnight instead of the post office as they were seeing delays when shipped with the post office. I was able to sign for the package online so neither the driver nor someone at my house would have to worry about socal distance when the items were delivered, they left them on the porch. The only thing I would like to see different would have been a time window smaller than 8am to 8pm, and a way to track where they were and when it would arrive

STAT was delivering medications. They placed the package in the hot sun and didn’t bother to knock or ring the bell. Meds sat in 100 degree heat for unknown amount of time.

When I left instructions where to leave my pain medicine, which was supposed to be on a certain chair on the porch out of sight of would be thieves. Instead it was left on top of stairs next to my cactus plants. I can understand if the person couldnt make it all the way up, but if someone took that, I wouldve been responsible. The only way I knew it was here was when my phone sent a text letting me know. Sorry, no high praise for this. Thanks.

I was very impressed with STAT from the moment my telephone call was answered and I placed my prescription order with the pharmacy technician to the time that my prescription arrived. I was told that my precription would arrive between 7:00pm-9:00pm, but it was actually delivered at 9:00am, which was great because i was at home to receive it, and their speed in delivering my prescription was extremely fast and I appreciated that.

Stat Overnight is used by a pharmacy I occasionally depend on - probably used this delivery service four or five times. The last two experiences were beyond awful. Totally unacceptable. Doctor phoned in a prescription on Thursday afternoon. Apparently, it was picked up to be delivered on Friday. No delivery on Friday or Saturday. Pharmacy was closed on Saturday, so couldn’t phone them to resolve the issue. Phoned first thing Monday morning to hear that the driver’s truck broke down so all packages were transferred to another truck. Apparently, deliveries were made, but not mine. My prescription was eventually delivered on Monday afternoon - to a house four doors down even though my address is clearly marked on my home. Stat Overnight delivery is not even close to that. On one phone call to Stat, when I told them my neighbor had the package, I was told that perhaps the driver needs glasses since he delivered to the wrong address! Unfortunately, I won’t be using this pharmacy because of Stat.

I never signed up for your service. The pharmacy that i was using illegally withouty knowledge signed me up and gave out my information without my knowledge. The driver who was delivering my package kept calling cause he couldnt find the place. His boss also called. Both were very rude and unprofessional. The package was supposed to be delivered yesterday between 7am-9pm. I never received it. It also contained medication that i take daily for life threatening illnesses.I do not recommend using whats so ever.

Pargon is the Pharmacy that sent my Supplies our to me. What I was most surprised about was, HOW FAST they were!! My Dr. placed an order for a IV drip.(also my Appt was after hrs with my Family Dr.) The next day nurse called me to set my visit time so I could start my IV. and within 30mins I got a call from the Pharmacy saying I was getting and order the next day and between 11-1pm. so when the nurse was here she had every thing we needed.Then they called me right after the order was delivered to make sure I received my package!!
