We had a time sensitive package that should have only taken one day, maybe two days to be delivered, it took Purolator 2 weeks to make delivery after package was picked up.There were only two updates on tracking site, we tried several times to contact customer service but could never get thru.We will not use their company again and for sure will not recommend them.Very poor service.
Used them for the first time and they promptly lost my $2300 shipment. It was last seen at the Round Rock sorting facility
How can there be no estimated delivery date ??My package has just been sitting in transit forever.This company is trash.
Wow, where to start. Our package is three days late. After being placed on the truck for two days, and not delivered. With a delivery window of between 8am and 8pm, they have wasted 24 hours of our time, that one of us was tied up waiting to be available to receive the delivery. Today, our package has not even been placed on the truck. After 2 hours on hold, we were told someone would call us to follow up this morning. No call, no answer at the extensions given us...They dont deliver well, or provide good customer service. So Im not sure what it is they actually do well.
