I will give you the records of events from my perspective, and you can make your own decision, but it certainly will not be a positive one.Monday morning: They call to schedule a delivery, I agree to Wednesday from 11-3Monday afternoon: They call again to schedule, and I remind them I already have an appointment with them.Tuesday: They call to push the delivery to Thursday 11 to 3 due to a driver emergency, I agreeWednesday: Delivery drivers call me at 8 am to say theyre 10 minutes away. Random time, random day, very little heads up. But I take the order. However, it was missing the couch and chair. I call them afterwards to ask if thats still coming on Thursday, they confirm.Thursday: They call to schedule an appointment, and I remind them I already have one for that day. They said it doesnt exist, and I would need to make a new appointment. I make one for Friday 11-3.Friday: Unfortunately, I was in a work meeting when they called to delivery, so I reschedule for Monday 11-3.Monday: I call to confirm delivery, they say I never rescheduled, so I make a new appointment for Wednesday 11-3.Wednesday: They deliver, but its missing the chair. I call them, and they say they never got the chair.I will do everything within my power to make sure that no more Wayfair orders are sent to them. I spent way too much on this furniture to have to deal with these incompetent people.
This has been an awful experience dealing with this company. I called Dependable Express to see about having my order delivered to my house. The customer representative was extremely ghetto for a lack of a better word. I dont recall her name but she essentially said was I trying to call her company out when I voiced a few concerns I had. Her response caught me off guard and I couldnt believe what I was hearing when what I was saying was not even in the same ballpark as what she insinuated.Flash forward to the actual delivery of my items. Of the three items they delivered, two were damaged. It looked like the chest of drawers had been dropped on one of its corners. The structural damage to the top was bad enough to where the top drawer was not working properly. The second item (a dresser) had some internal damage where 3 of the 6 drawers would not open and close properly. It looked as if it too had potentially been dropped.Dependable express was also used to deliver the final piece of the bedroom set and they didnt even bother calling to set up an appointment for a day that worked for me. They just called me when they were 20-30 minutes out from delivering the item and said they would leave it at my front door. I unfortunately was at work at the time and wouldnt be back home for another 10 hours or so. This company was far from Dependable and the only reason I could imagine why Wayfair would use them is perhaps they are cheaper for them to use.
Literally one of THE worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The first time I had to deal with them, they lost a 65 tv. This time they took an extra week to deliver my grill because no matter how many times I corrected them, they kept calling the wrong number during their very small delivery window of Tuesday Thursday from 11a to 3p so I would miss the call and they would not deliver. Customer service attitude was terrible and made no effort to take care of me despite everything being their fault. Avoid at all costs.
Very timely drop off. I didnt have anyone able to help me bring my couch inside and the delivery men were nice enough to bring it inside.
Terrible delivery company! First delivery waited until my 1-5 window was almost compete and contacted me to state threat their truck broke down Two days later today, I had another 1-5 window. Its 4:52 pm and I decided to call. The driver is at another stop and supposedly he will make my delivery next. This company has absolutely no regard for their customers time and didnt even have the courtesy to contact me to inform me that their driver was late. I would never use this company again 9+ hours out of my week wasted!
Shouldnt be called Dependable or Express. Took day off from work for a delivery that was scheduled between 1 and 5pm, at 4:30 I called to see if my dresser was on way. Lady at Dependable Express said it will be there they are running behind. Never showed up, When I called they were very rude saying driver tried calling me and I didnt answer, I asked if so why didnt he leave a message? She said they dont feel comfortable doing that, that makes no sense. Worse delivery company ever.
First told my wife that Monday was the only day they could deliver, Im off wed. Thru Saturday this. WHAT A Bunch Of CRAP. Well be there from 2 to 6. Oh yea got all day to wait. They show up st 6:40. Gonna find the number to the district manager. This isnt over. Crap ass service
Less than 1 star. 0 Stars if there was an option. Extremely rigid delivery time. They were only available to deliver my package from Home Depot 1 day in a 4 hour window period. Because I could not be there on that 1 day in the 4 hour window period I was not able to get the very important package. I had to request a refund and will not receive the package. This couriers customer service is nasty and will talk over you loudly with a fake sarcastic cheerfulness. Very weird and unprofessional. Im back to square one with ordering the Home Depot product after several weeks of the product being here in Austin but not being able to get it delivered. Dependable Express and Tuyu Logistics logo is Voted #1 courier in San Antonio and Austin this is far from the truth in my experience. Had to call the courier and Home Depot online on a 3 way call to cancel this order. The courier told Home Depot that they needed documentation to cancel the order. The Home Depot online rep needed to escalate and contact their resolutions department. I stayed on the phone while all of this was happening. It took 1 hour and 50 minutes on 1 phone call with Home Depot and the courier to cancel my order!!!!! Ordering online has never been this difficult and should not be for any customer. Im also disappointed with the VENDOR of the product who used this courier and HOME DEPOT for not vetting out the vendor and the courier Dependable Express and Tuyu Logistics as a courier. It leaves customers like myself without any say of the couriers horrible behavior and victim to a companies bad business practices.
HUGE mistake with the address for the pick-up which caused a delay. Mistake with the drop-off address. So many efforts to get a my invoice. Terrible customer service. The price was right, but other than that, everything else was so WRONG! How frustrating ):
Dependable express must be the worst delivery company in the country. I finally had to drive to their location to get my package. They were going to deliver 2 weeks after scheduled delivery date. When you order a product from somewhere, make sure this is NOT the delivery company. They had the front door locked when i arrived. They also asked if I was the police. Maybe wanting to hide something just in case. By the way, it was over an hour drive each way for me.
Can you give less than one star? Literally everything they delivered in my furniture set from Wayfair was damaged. 100% of the furniture was damaged. The delivery guy came into my house with 7 boxes when there were suppose to be 9. Three months later I still dont have my furniture. Terrible terrible company.
Worst delivery service ever, went to wrong house then had attitude when they drove up, the dresser was supposed to be delivered inside, they dumped it in my garage, I asked if they would open box to make sure there was no damage, was told they could not, so I refused to sign unless they opened box. One of the delivery guys just starts tearing into box with box cutter and throwing packaging everywhere, the top had some chunks out of it. Told them I was refusing shipment, they were terribly rude. This is the third time this company has delivered to me and will be the last, issues with every delivery.
Worst delivery company EVER! Can you say MORONS! They cant read a GPS, they cant read an address. Maybe the drivers just cant read! Who knows where my product is!?!?
Most freight companies have aweful service, but this one is really slow and their website says theyre open 24/7 but thats wrong as theyre not open on the weekends and they have very limited hours during the week which makes it hard to get a hold of them.
