Its mind blowing that’s a large corporation like Office Depot would continue to use TForce to deliver their items. I’m the last person to post a bad review but this is ridiculous. Day of delivery was a no show, they did state that the truck broke down. I can understand things happen. Day two, three, four, still no items, excuse given was “ran out of time”. That is total incompetence of how to run a business and customer service. Here’s how it should go as a free lesson. Your truck broke down, all good, packages that were delayed go out priority the following day, short a truck? Go rent one. Running out of time? Hire more drivers. Maybe send management to train at Amazon because they will eventually end up there.
I ordered a chair from Home Depot and it was being delivered by TForce (not my choice). I waited all day as it continued to say out for delivery by 8 pm. I checked the status at 7 p and it still stated out for delivery, then about 5 min later it updated stating no one at location. I have been waiting all day and have not left my home. They never attempted to deliver it. The driver just lied. I call their number and the representative was not helpful didnt even want to try and get them back out here and just stated that they will attempt again in 24-48 business hours. So now the whole reason I ordered from Office Depot was o get it the next business day and now it looks like I want get it for another 2 days. Do to use this delivery service because they are horrible and do not care. they work on their schedule and if they mess up, oh well. If someone cares which I doubt they do my tracking number was: D1799982160014140001
Office depot uses this delivery company and I really wish they did not. I ordered some office chairs on 6/7/21 for my new employees coming in and it was set to deliver 6/8/21. I chose delivery because it was next day and I was in a time crunch. So on 6/9 when I came in and noticed it had not been delivered I looked up tracking and it said ran out of time will be delivered 6/9. I was fine with that. Then after it literally doing the same thing for 3 days, saying it would deliver then run out of delivery time. I still do not have my item. My tracking # is D1765415630014260002
If I could give zero stars, I would. TForce is consistently bad. We have yet to get a single shipment delivered on time. The website is inaccurate. I have to call daily for updates. I am told a supervisor will call back with an update and they never do. I have one shipment that has been stuck in Columbus, OH for 9 days with no movement.
They dont keep their promises when they tell you your freight is coming.I have had a crate literally 4 hours away from my location for 3 days now and they tell me it will be another another 5 days. They just say call back tomorrow and keep pushing me out. So frustrating - dont use these guys.tracking 670488361. Update: Your response is obviously a canned response sent out by a bot. You asked for my tracking info and its included in the initial message :)
I ordered a desk that was supposed to be delivered on April 27th, 2021. The delivery driver ran out of time yesterday and now there is no delivery information available at all. No updated time time the current date. I have an outside coming to set up the desk between 1pm and 5pm today. All the pieces were supposed to be in yesterday. Now I have to reschedule that. Not convenient for the customer. Especially after having to wait a week for delivery of the items.
Office Depot uses TForce or Dynamex as it was called. $300 package. Useless customer service who dont call you back, supervisors who dont call you back, and force you to chase down everything and give conflicting accounts with no ultimate satisfactory resolution. The local office does not have a phone number, nor will customer service put you through, nor will they ask for a manager of that office to talk with them or to call you back.First the system online said it was delivered Monday night - but its nowhere to be found. Then we find out no, no, that listing meant that Office Depot delivered it to TForce Monday and it would be delivered to customers Tuesday. Tuesday, no delivery even though TForce/Dynamexs customer service say its delivered to front door - of an apartment complex. Which one? The main office? One of several buildings? Some apartment within the main building doors? No details can be provided. They delivered to the wrong address. Tuesday they say the delivery person delivered it but since its not at OUR location theyd go back and retrieve it. Tuesday night - told they couldnt get it - no details provided. Details like maybe an address that it was delivered to - wed have been willing to go knock on their door and ask if they got our delivery. Wednesday they say they hadnt gotten it yet (implying they hadnt tried like they said they had) and that the delivery person would try to go back on Wednesday and then deliver it early Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon were calling them back, placed on hold again for 45 minutes after reaching someone only to be told they havent picked it up yet but no details can be provided. Implying they havent even gone back to the first place again. It was probably left somewhere in the middle of the street and claimed as a found gift from god. They dont take the hit themselves and order a new item from Office Depot for you on their dime either.Reply to owner:Original order # 129-869-669-002See? No personal direct line or personal responsibility. No supervisor called me back yesterday from my call in either. Ive now placed a NEW order under same name. Office Depot manager called this morning ~ 10:30 AM to confirm it was received and will be delivered today, Friday. That is what she was told. I dont know who she called, likely the same # you list below. I called that # too about 12:30 PM and was told repeatedly it was never received by your offices. Same old run around and general incompetence.
Im not impressed. They were supposed to deliver to our business during normal business hours. Late in the day it was due (approx 3:30-3:45) I called the company I purchased from. They said the delivery company (Dynamax-TForce) had it listed to deliver by 8:30 that evening. They contacted the company to insure they delivered before close of business at 5. Today I received an email saying the company informed them we did receive the delivery at 2:45 the day it was due.
The most horrible company! Delivery within Austin 3 days late. They dont even respond to emails! Sams Club uses them and I will NEVER order from them for delivery again!
If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered from Office Depot and expected them to deliver thru UPS or Fedex. They didnt and choose to deliver thru Tforce. I sat at home waiting all day for the package (worth almost $400) and never received anything. I checked the Office Depot website and it says that it was delivered. I called and and according to Tforce they delivered to the correct neighborhood. Here I am with a loss of almost $400. If you order from anywhere please make sure this company is not delivering your items, or you might suffer the same loss.
Absolutely terrible service. They dont deliver on time and they dont even bother to notify you that they are not going to be able to deliver in the promised time frame. They were previously called Dynamex. Im guessing they changed their name to try to build a better reputation, but they are on track to have the same bad reputation evidenced by the poor reviews posted for Dynamex. If you call customer service, they are friendly, but they make promises that arent kept. If you order something from Office Depot, Staples, or any other store that uses Tforce, I suggest picking your order up in store if possible. Itll save you a big headache.
By far the worst delivery company in business
Very fast service
Poor Service
Ive been jumping through TForce hoops for week, and Im worried that my shipment will get ruined in their hot warehouse. Every time I call, they inform me there is another hoop I need to jump through before I can schedule a delivery- you have to schedule the shipment online, otherwise well charge you $1500 instead of $500- oops! you didnt use our BOL form, so you have to pay $1500 anyway- oh, you did use our form? Well you have to get your supplier to email some lady named Bella- oh, you didnt pay for a lift gate. Thats $150 even though everyone else charges $60 and the warehouse says its $125- theyll call you back in an hour. Theyll call you back in three hours. Theyll call you back within 3 days. ... Okay, this time we can just transfer you- your phone number is 516... Oh, 512? Well update that. ... So its 516... 512? Will you please verify your number. 512? Well correct that in our system...Im so worried that my shipment, which is a food ingredient, is going to go bad in their warehouse. Its already been held hostage for a week.T-force is a collection of people who each own a teeny tiny part of the overall nightmare process. You cant really blame any single individual. I feel bad for customer service. Im sure they get exasperated people on the phone all the time.Using TForce was an enormous mistake on my part. They have cost me so much time and money already, and I still have no idea if and when Ill get my delivery.Im glad youre reading these reviews first. Dont make the same mistake I did!!!
This place is orrible app for 6 and left at 5 pm very arrogant workers.
