Out of all the dealerships we have been to purchase vehicles, this was the absolute best buying experience we have encountered. Our Sales Person Ali was awesome. He listened to us which is very important because a lot of places I have done business with guilts you into buying things you don’t need. The buying and financing process was awesome. Chris the finance guy was awesome. We went to purchase one vehicle and ended up purchasing two. Everyone was so friendly there. I will continue to refer them to others. My husband and I we’re truly blessed by the experience. Another thing that blessed me is when It was time to go over the finance paperwork, Chris took the time to explain everything. And lastly, we were not there all day to complete the process. If you are looking for a good place to shop, I would encourage you to visit them. You will be blessed.

No prices on cars so you cant even shop with no one around. Manager Curtiss is rude and arrogant. Could not accept constructive feedback..he walked away from conversation when we challenged him on his inadequate responses. Very shady business practice. Salesman was new..green..but at least friendly and willing to listen and answer questions.

There are only two people there that was nice to me, Vincent the dealer I worked with he went above and beyond as he does with every customer hes the only one I recommend to go to, and the other one I believe to be his manager. If you are looking for a used car I highly recommend using Vincent, he will make sure it is in your price range and makes sure you are happy with what you picked before signing anything

I came in with the intention the get a certain vehicle but left with something unexpected. Mr. Yoany was my sales rep, he didnt apply any pressure and was all ears. He listened to my interest in what I was looking for. He gave me options. I looked at 4 different vehicles but my eyes were set on a Yukon XL. Im a happy customer and I am happy with my new set of wheels. I highly recommend this dealership and Yoany.

Horrible experience, extremely pushy sales staff who refuse to listen to customers and refuse to acknowledge loans for cars. DO NOT go here for your car. Theyll rip you off and lie straight to your face, then wonder why you got mad. Absolutely do not recommend

Worst dealership i have been to in my life. I purchased a vehicle off them, a 2016 camaro SS. The car was nice from afar. There were a bunch of hidden issues with the car itself, they sold it to me with wheels that would rub against the body of the car, the wheels didn’t even have the right tire size on it... also the tires were almost completely bald on it with a 3-4/32 depth of tread remaining. Drove 5 and a half hours to pick it up and it was dark by then so didn’t notice that portion. Had a tire blow out 6 days after the purchase.The battery was fried on it, learned that while i was stuck in the middle of nowhere. The dealership was absolutely no help on the payment of 500 dollar tires (305/30/20). There was also hidden codes that i found out on my own with my OBD scanner for electronic issues. He claimed there was nothing he could do and all they said was it “passed inspection”. also they didn’t confirm my previous lean with my trade in by doing the right thing and CALLING my previous lien holder and getting the direct payoff through them. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. My offer to them was for them to take back this worthless vehicle, and to give me back my trade in(which they sold while it’s still got a lien on the title), and with the title in my hand. i have offered multiple solutions but since they are not willing to attempt to get my vehicle back will be seeing them in court, the staff was very friendly UNTIL sale was finalized, after that, useless, rude, and uninformed of Texas laws on auto vehicle and auto fraud. All this within a matter of a 31 days. Do not go here. STAY AWAY and save yourself the grief of dealing with poor business.

My wife and I had a great experience here! We had been looking around for a second car for my wife to commute to work and had several options in mind. We were helped by Mike Shabaan and he did a terrific job helping us to find the right car. He helped us to narrow down our choice to a 2014 keep patriot and explained everything we needed to know about the vehicle. Once we were done looking we still wanted to get a second opinion from my father so they even let us take the car home for the night to show our family! The next day I went back and Mike was able to work with me on getting a fair price that worked for me. It was the type of experience we had been hoping to find and really made our car shopping a lot easier and simple!

Worst. Car-buying experience. Ever.I bought a GMC Acadia from these guys in August of 2012. The car had 36k miles on it. It died at 38k miles (just over 2,000 miles).Apparently the engine had blown. The previous owner had never changed the oil - something that should have been instantly recognized by a competent mechanic during their buying/selling inspection.Luckily, insurance covered the $6,000 engine replacement, but we got stuck with the $500 deductible. We kindly asked Leif Johnson Superstore to stand behind their product, and reimburse us, but they declined - without an apology.This problem is only compounded by the terrible service we received when we bought the car. It was never detailed (until we begged to have it done), came with an empty tank of gas (until we insisted they fill it up), and had only one set of keys (despite them promising a second set of keys).The only time we heard from them was when we left a bad review on Yelp. Do business with Leif Johnson at your own risk.

I had the worst experience with CarMax having to drive from San Antonio to Austin 3 different times within a week. My husband called Leif Johnson and spoke with Ryan Fisher who played no games from start to finish...He has a great personality and bust his butt getting me the car I wanted and a great rate. He even paid to have a dent removed out the car to make sure I was happy. I will only send business to Leif Johnson. Thanks to Dee Yeo and the sales manager Michael who looks just like Tom Cruise 😉....

Called them up Sat afternoon to get direction on how to get there. Called Spare parts. Put me on hold for 20 minutes. When I finally found the place I was amazingly still on hold, and the manager on duty was like,... so what? No thanks, wont be going back there.

Know what you want and are willing to pay. There is no customer service people to seve K2ust getting your sigh on the line.
