Couldnt recommend Mazda Central enough, and particularly if youre lucky enough to have Edwin Guzman as your service advisor! I came in for an overall maintenance check on my car, and I was immediately greeted by Edwin and told what to expect for their services. Their waiting area is so nice - lots of coffee options, and huge plush personalized seating to help with social distancing. The technician sent a full video of what he found on my car, and Edwin then proceeded to walk me through step by step what potential services could be provided. In a world where its so easy to feel like youre given the run-around, Edwin is clearly a pro, and was able to give me straight talk as to what was actually necessary for the vehicle and how the problems would be addressed. They even provided a shuttle ride home! The work was done in about 24 hours, and was fast, efficient, and thorough. Edwin was communicative throughout the process, and I felt like I was getting *excellent service that I could trust* the whole time. While I hope I dont have to go back anytime soon (who ever *wants* car troubles?), I would absolutely go back to this location, and ask for Edwin again. Thank you for the expertise!

I had dealt with Roger Beasley Mitsubishi in the past and knew what I was getting into as far as customer service which is above and beyond my expectations. I came to them seeking information on a difficult situation I was having and they exceeded my expectations. Not only do I like the car, I had a pleasant experience with everyone involved. They were there to help me and make sure I was comfortable and satisfied with the entire experience, which I was. No pushy salesman, no pressure to buy. Only honesty and directness, which I love! If ever the time comes I would definitely go back to a Roger Beasley dealership.
Edwin was a fantastic technician, keeping me apprised of every step of the process. I also really appreciated the service specialist. It is great, how they send a video of their work for you to review. An estimate is also sent via text and email. This communication option it’s so convenient! You know exactly what they’re doing and why they make the recommendations they do. Everything is also explained and reviewed via phone in order for the customer to easily discuss which recommendations they would like to complete at that time.The work was done well and returned on time. Another reason I rated Mazda Central with five stars was the friendly van driver (sorry I didn’t capture his name) and the nice way they updated their waiting area with comfortable chairs (HGTV on the big screen TV was a plus), social distancing, a nice coffee bar, and Chilled water with snacks available. Obviously I am a huge fan. I will definitely take my Mazda back for service and will be asking for Edwin as my technician.
After dealing with terrible VW dealerships the past few years with their dieselgate scandal I am glad to say that this Mazda made me feel a little bit better about dealerships in general. Michael Martinez was an awesome salesman to work with. He was very patient, never seemed frustrated, answered all of my questions, and spent literally hours with us over two days. There were a few old school salesmen tactics going on with the rest of the crew that I can DEFINITELY do without, thats the only reason I didnt give five stars, but other than that Im pretty happy with the experience.
I really enjoy bringing my car to the central office. Everyone is very professional and so nice. The advisor Richard always kept me update on my car and was very quick servicing my vehicle. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. Also every time I come the place is so clean and the customer service is wonderful.
From the moment I walked in Michael greeted me and made me feel very comfortable with what can already feel like a uncomfortable place going into a dealership. He in great detail helped me better understand the features of the SUV I was interested in and through the test drive experience. His manager Jett took it home with a great leasing experience listening to my needs and still doing his job at the same time. We shared some good jokes and came to an agreement which I could not be happier with! Jordan was great through the whole financing process and again made you feel very comfortable and at ease through the whole process. All in all 10 out of 10 experience with these three guys. I highly recommend heading here for your next car buying experience with Mazda!
Used my stimulus ck to get a good deal but later when I read through contract they had added.$1000.00 more and that wasnt the interest that was normal. And expected. Like Id never used my stimulus ckWent and talked to manager to try to get this corrected. His response... Its done, we arent able to fix it so you have to pay that extra $1000.00. Sucks when people wont admit to a mistake or typo or correct a mistake. We all make them. We are human. Id understand and be grateful for that. When Ive made them I apologize and try to make it better. Life long friends are made that way Or life long customers.😊😔
Hanny, our salesman, was amazing, he showed us everything about the car and answered all of our questions. After agreeing to purchase the car, we were transitioned to the finance team. We worked with Jordan who was nice but I think he was more worried about selling warranties and add ons than financing the correct car. We finished our paperwork on Friday and left with our car that afternoon. That Saturday Jordan called us saying that we had to go back to dealership “immediately” because the paperwork we signed was for the wrong car. I let him know that we had prior engagements and were unable to return that day, but we could go on Monday. He told us if we were unable to come in, he would need to send someone to us to retrieve the car for the right paperwork. He never apologized for what happened, he just said it was “theoretically” his fault. After we came back to correct the paperwork he sent us on our way. As we wereabout to leave the dealership, we checked the license plate and noticed it was attached to the wrong VIN. We then had to go back in and ask Jordan/ Kevin to print us a new temporary plate. If we wouldn’t have caught this we would’ve been required to come back for a 3rd time.It’s extremely frustrating to be treated the way we were when the error was the dealership’s. We’re being sold and sold and then there’s an error and we’re the ones who had to make the effort to correct it. Twice. As I mentioned, the apology was non existent and no one really owned up to the mistake. It’s really soured our view of Roger Beasley and won’t be recommending them to anyone when we’re asked where we purchased our new car.
The best customer service I’ve ever experienced at a car dealership. Very customer focused and aware. They are upfront about all costs before any work is done. Also thought it was really cool that they send you a video walkthrough of what needs done with your car. Will be my go-to for all future car needs.
Getting a new car from the Mazda S location has been the biggest disappointment I have experienced over the course of 35 years. The customer experience has been as low as I can rate in what I would expect service to be. 5 out of 6 times the promises made have failed. I am actually a very easy sale too because when I need something, I come in knowing exactly what I want, what I will pay and the means and confidence to deliver on what I commit to doing. Easy-no negotiation. Its either yes or no. I tried to do as much as possible on line to save time since my job has intensive travel and I value my time while home as well as respect others time when I make a comittment to uphold (I will even uphold a comittment even if it is inconvenient and I certainly dont promise something if I know I am betting on a contingency).Where I am currently at and Roger Beasley Mazda S is continuing to spiral downward is I signed a deal for my car, with the knowledge that it would not be delivered until the day I left for my job out of the country. I was told I would get a text or email that my car was in the day it arrived. The plan was that I would pick my car up when I returned a week later. I have been home now for a week and 1. I never received a call, text, email that my car was in and 2. I cant get anyone to respond to me. I have talked to so many different people that I do not even know who can help me get my new car that I already purchased. Can you say buyers remorse? I am so disappointed. I would rather pay more for a car where I can count on customer service than a deal that I have no confidence in getting a response. In full disclosure, I did not get a great deal. I went with this car because it was close to where I live.

Diana was helping me with my purchase and she went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible. I got an excellent trade in value for my car. Sales and finance managers were very helpful also.
There was not a new car salesperson available when I got there. So a gentleman in pre-owned helped me out until my superior salesman, Hanny, showed up. He quickly got me acquainted with the vehicle and got us into the test drive within minutes. They structured a great deal. And everyone I dealt with, from the person who greeted me, to my salesperson, to the manager, to the finance professional, was very accommodating and friendly. They even stayed almost 2 hours after they closed to get my deal done. Highly recommend.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this Mazda dealership and the employees. Gabbi was absolutely incredible to work with! I have never felt more comfortable while purchasing a new vehicle. Buying a car is usually stressful, but not with Gabbi and this Mazda team. I had concerns about a noise the car was making. They responded by putting me in a loaner immediately and taking an extra look at the car to make sure everything was 100% before I drove my new Mazda cx30 off the lot. Everyone I worked with (sales, finance, service) was incredibly professional, personable, and helpful. I have now bought two Mazdas from this dealership and have no intentions of going anywhere else.

After doing research for a reliable car, I decided to purchase a Certified Pre-owned Mazda CX-5. My initial contact with the dealership was online. The salesman that I worked with was Michael Martinez. He was very personable and knowledgeable about the car. Michael was easy to work with from beginning to end. Jordan Taylor, the Finance Manager, was also spot on, very knowledgeable and informative. Walked in looking for a 3 hatchback, but due to low inventory they didnt have any for me to consider. Hanny asked me some questions and instead showed me a CX-30 which actually better met my needs, and I left in a new car. Fantastic experience from start to finish. I purchased a vehicle from Roger Beasley through their website and I couldnt have been happier with how it went. It took me less than a week to have a new Mazda at my home from first putting in an inquiry. The sales staff were prompt, professional, and very clear with regard to the steps involved. The product specialist that delivered my vehicle to me, Jesse, was great and answered all of the questions my wife and I had thoroughly. If you are in the market for a new Mazda, do yourself a favor and buy it through Roger Beasley.
I would be very, very cautious with Roger Beasley Mazda in any transaction involving trading in your car and paying off your loan. Im disappointed in this issue as this is my second car purchased here and I never had an issue until now. When I purchased a new car here in June and traded in my old one, I agreed with my salesperson on a payoff quote that was higher than the quote we had obtained from my lender due to the per diem. The payoff quote was received by the lender nearly three weeks after I bought the car. There was an error in the payoff quote and when the check was received which left a $400 balance on my loan--so NOT a payoff. I called and emailed no less than five times before I finally was put in contact with the sales director when I demanded some answers. The dealership refuses to pay the remainder, the lender refuses to pay, and now I am responsible for a $400 balance when I agreed to trade my car in and pay off my loan. I would recommend that anyone who purchases cars here in the future very carefully listen when obtaining a payoff quote as the one obtained for mine was only applicable for the day I made my new car purchase. Was both the dealership and I naive to that or was the dealership trying to assume less financial responsibility by obtaining only a day-of payoff quote? I have exclusively shopped and had my service done here, so I am frustrated at the lack of responsibility or willingness to resolve this massive issue by Roger Beasley Mazda. I advise full caution while shopping here.
My experience was terrible. I went in for a regular maintenance oil change. Five minutes after I got there the girl who checked me in came out and said my engine light was on and it would be $160.00 dollars to find out what was wrong, and they would have to keep it overnight. I’m calling around trying to find a ride home. My daughter had 20 interviews to conduct that day. Finally I told her to just finish her work for the day and I would wait for her at Mazda. After an hour I went up to the desk and asked if they got the code yet. Then another woman came out and said your oil change is finished and your car is ready. Needless to say I was confused. They said it was a mistake and the original girl was mistaken about the engine light. She had left for lunch and didn’t let me know that. I can’t wait for my maintenance plan to be up so I can go elsewhere, This is not the first time there has been confusion.
Michael Martinez Fuentes was my salesperson. He did a great job. Ive bought many cars over the years and he was as good as anyone Ive ever dealt with. I bought an older used vehicle long-distance for my daughter who is there in college while Im out of state. He held the vehicle for me while an outside inspector game in, addressed the few minor issues that were raised, handled our loan, and still gave us the best price and I was looking at similar vehicles from Houston to San Antonio and Roger Beasley Mazda Central gave me the best price by a long way. He was in constant communication by text and phone and email. Very pleased with my experience at RBMC!

Worst car selling experience 0/5.Its been 4 weeks since selling my car to Roger Beasley Mazda Central. I have not received my check or any update from the dealership on the holdup. My bank is waiting for an update from the dealership as well.Numerous voicemails have been left with the finance department (they do not answer the phones).I was promised a call this morning 9/8 but of course nobody from the dealership called. When I messaged the dealership rep I was asked who is this? and they said Ill have an update for you shortly but its end of day and the dealership is unresponsive as usual.Now Im told to call tomorrow and leave another voicemail with the finance department if they dont answer.Unprofessional staff, lack of customer service, this dealership is run by clowns.

The car buying process isn’t an easy one by any stretch of the imagination, but I truly felt like Jesse was my advocate the whole time and that he genuinely cared about me. Without being too harsh or critical, I didn’t get that vibe from everyone else at the dealership, but Jesse’s kindness and overall professionalism were more than enough to make up for it.If you value sincere empathy and kindness, Jesse is the guy for you. I bought my car here and it was a smooth easy process. Everyone was friendly. I took my car for first service and it was FREE! I sat in the lobby to wait and it only took an hour! I had free coffee and water and there were nice comfy chairs, charging ports, and tables. It was so fast, in and out, and it was so easy and smooth. All the employees are hard working and friendly. They get stuff done fast!

Pleasantly surprised with the level of prep after the sale that was given to the used 2011 Cx 7i SV my sister in law purchased at this dealership. The sales people made it seem that they would only do what was necessary to pass inspection given that it was a choice listing. To my surprise, they not only did a complete brake job (which was expected) they also changed out all the fluids including the brake fluid and they replaced the intake air filter and the cabin air filter. Totally unexpected and very grateful. Thank you Roger Beasley Mazda and Luke.
Took my Mazda in for a software update. Was surprised at how knowledgeable the team was. I was there for longer than I expected but I understand those Mazda updates chug pretty slowly, so it’s not their fault. The waiting room was very clean and they had a staff member sanitizing surfaces regularly.A neat thing they did during the inspection was to shoot a video during so if they recommended service I could see what they were talking about. They texted it to my phone while I was in the waiting room.I also am impressed because I recently purchased new tires and a new battery and replaced my air filter. They didn’t recommend any of those services, which alleviates my fears that they may pressure people into maintenance they don’t need.Will definitely be going back if I need service.
I currently own two Mazda (3 and MX-5) and have been a customer with Roger Beasley Mazda for over 7 years now. The review is a bit over due but better late than never.I am particularly impressed with their service department and the improvement they made recently. They have always treated my vehicles like their own, and the workmanship has been top notch & thorough. In addition, the technician records videos of the vehicle in the shop, explains the work performed and walk you through the nuts & bolts (Big plus for the transparency ). In addition, they do so at a fair price and provide thorough inspection each time so you can prioritize the maintenance/repair down the road.Lastly, Mazda produce some of the best vehicles in this class (fun to drive, luxurious for the segment and reliable). If you are in the market and have never owned a Mazda before, give them a visit and you might find what you need.

I have had service done here twice. Both times I asked the service schedule to be set according to the manual (second visit I reminded them twice), and both times they set it lower. They also tried to upsell me service, my car didnt need.

I purchased a certified pre owned vehicle in January. I ended up having to put my 2019 CX-5 in the shop for 10 days to have my front drivers and passenger side door reset. (is that a manufacture issue, or did they sell me a car with a problem) I had NO communication by my service adviser for 6 days, I didnt even know who he was because I had my partner drop the car off. I communicated that I needed my updates by email because I cant call to check in during the work day and that never happened. Before I picked up my car I requested a small detail service before I left which was agreed to and then didnt happen. Two weeks later I give a poor service review and get an email from the dealership to talk about my service experience. I replied, very nicely, to schedule a time to talk or email and NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE BACK. This is my first Mazda purchased here and after I sell this car this year, Ill never buy from here again. They have no communication skills unless your buying your car and purchasing their maintenance plan. By the way the incentive of purchasing your oil changes up front sounds great, except you cant get your car in for oil change service conveniently. So dont get talked into that add on.
I really like short video-update about car condition. Also they have new design inside waiting area - I like it a lot, big space, comfortable chairs and tasty coffee. Staff do the best service. I decided to purchase a car about 3 weeks ago and have done a lot of searching and a lot of test driving. With that, I have also gotten some quotes for not just the purchase price but also my trade in. Some dealerships should be ashamed of themselves since they are adding large amounts over MSRP. Granted, each person is their own buyer and were all adults that can negotiate our own price. I just think some dealerships are trying to take advantage of this chip shortage. That being said, the folks at Roger Beasley Mazda central have been fantastic. My salesperson, Diana, was very personable and professional. After test driving a car, we sat down, spoke figures, and came to terms. The management was great. There is no back and forth back and forth. There were some slight negotiations and we came to terms. I got the car that I wanted I got a great amount on my trade and the price was under MSRP. Dont let any dealership claim that you must pay above MSRP. There are many other dealerships in and around the Austin/San Antonio area that can do better. Roger Beasley advertises this and theyre true to their word. Lastly, Mazda are one of the last Japanese cars that are still made in Japan. The car is top quality! Im 60 years old and have purchase many cars so this review is based upon years of experience.

Simple car deal and they made the experience bad. I just went somewhere else to buy used. They talked themselves out of a simple new car purchase. People dont have time for all the back and forth. Simple run the credit, take the large deposit and everyone is happy. I had no time to BS. I love mazda I just had to buy elsewhere.
They had the part and fixed it up under warranty. I have no complaints. They were professional and allowed a nice waiting area while they did the work. They want above and beyond and did a thorough check of other things on the car and said everything looked great instead of trying to convince me I needed more work.
I have went to this place for two separate things now, and both times have resulted in return trips because they had messed up somehow. I had a dashboard recall back in 2019, and when they replaced it, they knocked a part out of alignment causing parts of my radio to not work. When I called to explain it had worked the morning I dropped it off, they stated they would look at it but it may result in a charge. Fortunately, they realized it was their error and I didn’t have to pay anything additional outside of paying for a Lyft.The second instance has been far more annoying, so much to a point I’m writing this review. I had been getting seatbelt flashings and it was time for my vehicle inspection anyway, so I asked for both. When I went to go send on my inspection paperwork, they listed my VIN as my license plate number, rendering it unusable. I called back and they said they would fix it first thing, so I had to go back yet again for them to do the inspection. Jokes on me for not checking it while I was there, but when I went to send it in I got a notice that it did not have the full license plate #. They missed a digit. It was so beyond frustrating. So I called back and spoke with a manager who offered to detail my car and have it corrected, but I didn’t care, I went in because it was an issue the first time, and the second time was SUPPOSED to be the correction. I asked for a refund and I would go somewhere else. The manager did not call me first thing in the morning like he promised, but I decided to try to give them once last chance to rectify it because I have an easy fix for my car that needs to be done, and no one ever called me back. I’m simply over it. I’m only giving it 2 stars because there is a wonderful nice lady in the service area that had been there both times and she had been great to chat and was super nice/apologetic.

I am Happy with my new (to me) Mazda3. The staff was friendly and the process for buying was fairly straightforward. They do make you wait a long time and they push their extended warranties pretty hard. In all, I would recommend Roger Beasley to any one interested in a Mazda.

They ended up fixing several things that I didnt even come in for, and the fixes were FREE (and I bought my car at a completely different dealership). I mostly interacted with Juliann, who was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. She seems like the kind of person who really cares about the work that she does. The service team also shared a video inspecting my car which was a nice touch.

We showed up at 1 on a holiday weekend on a Saturday and on the last weekend of the month! We were working with several employees and everyone we came in contact with was so friendly and worked hard for us. I really appreciate everyone who stepped in! There was so many I can’t remember names at this point. I love my new Mazda Cx-30 sooo much!
Where do I start... I love my car but hate this dealership. Both sales and service department were nothing but a disappointment.1 The sales guy was trying to use navigation system as bargaining point. He said they would set it up for free instead of a discount. But the car already had it at the moment.2 They upsold their rewards program which is pretty useless. It won’t cover half of the things promised as there is always a but!3 The last thing was that my service advisor said that I don’t need to change the air filter even though I asked her. When I was checking the reports afterwards there was a note that: “Filter replace recommended but denied”Never going to this location again.

I provided the information needed, care make and model and my husbands name who bought the car.Erliear post:We bought a car from them for our teenage boy that they claimed rated mechanically the highest among the cars of its model and age. It broke down less than 2 weeks after, and it was the engine. Our kid almost crashed on the highway . When we took it back for them to fix it they said it was not their problem. Selling something as is doesnt mean you can misrepresent the item and make it look greatwhen it is not, or hide any deficiency. This is fraud and dishonesty. We are goint to persue every legal path to make this right.

Jeremy helped me with getting my car inspected for registration today. I did not have an appointment and it took a little less than an hour and a half. Great customer service they made it really easy to get everything done and helped explain what else I need to do to finish registering my vehicle after moving here from out of state.
We had done a lot of research and we knew exactly what we wanted, a Mazda 30 Turbo with all the safety features. Craig Allen was a great pleasure to work with. He was professional, knowledgable, helpful, and fun. He made sure that we ended up with exactly what we wanted and stayed within our price range. This is the first time I have ever had a good experience buying a car, good all around. I wish I could remember everyones name, but alas I cannot. The manager, the woman who programed our phone, the man who explained Mazdas service policies, all were professional thorough, helpful, and kind. The showroom is elegant and comfortable. I am 73 years old and have purchased numerous vehicles in the past but i must say that my experience with the professionals at Roger Beasley Mazda, specifically, Mike Huddleston, Edgar Hernandez and Jordan Taylor, was without a doubt the very best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. The professionalism, the willingness to go above and beyond to meet our expectations was incredible. We were shopping for a new car for my daughter. We went from color to color, to the color combination in the interior, the various options for three different vehicles. Each time i asked them to redo the numbers for the vehicles they were more than happy to do so. Finally we found the perfect match along with a very generous offer. My daughter told us after we left the dealership that she was so happy and she had to continually pinch herself to make sure she was not dreaming. I just want to again thank Mike, Edgar and Jordan for their patience, kindness and professionalism. Those three gentlemen are an asset to your organization.By the way the showroom was incredibly customer friendly. Thank you again.
I’ve taken my car in for service 3 times now. 1st time was great. Passed 2 experiences have been terrible. On the second service visit the technician only put 4/5 lug nuts on the passenger wheels. On the third visit I dropped my vehicle off for a 7:15 oil change appointment. 3 hours later and the car still isn’t finished. After 2 hours I get an update that I should replace my tires and will need to get my brakes serviced soon. I ask if the oil change has been completed and they tell me they are starting that now. I will not be returning here for a fourth service visit
I came in pre-approved for lending and told me they would not run my credit because they just needed to send it to the bank since I already had things ready. They ran my credit anyway, very frustrating.Overall, going in knowing what I wanted made it very easy. The people have been very nice and helpful. Paperwork and what not takes forever as usual.
My Experience was great. Workers are friendly and explain everything easy so you understand. My Car was taken care of quickly and smoothly. Love so much I will keep going for any other issues or when I need an inspection again.

So I call to come test drive a car. The salesman says it’s read. I drive the 1hour and 30 min here to be told that the car is not ready. Time from phone call to arrival 1 hour 45 min. Why tell me it’s ready? Will not be returning
Very friendly...nice waiting room..(had TWO hot chocolates!) They sent a video showing under hood and under carriage of my car...then the bill was very reasonable! That was my third visit in a year ..wouldnt trust anyone else!

I went in for service for 2019 hyundai santa fe sel, it was a very nice experience. I was greeted by the service technician, I went at around 8am and got the car at around 10. Oil change, flat tire, inspection.
Customer service was awful. I tried to buy a used car and got a salesmen who had zero motivation to sell me the car. I offered to buy the car in cash and was told I would get a text back after I submitted my offer. The salesmen did not text me back, I had to text him again to ask for an update. He then proceeded to tell me he received a deposit for the vehicle that same night! If youre looking to buy a car from here, make sure you get a salesmen who has motivation to sell you the car and not someone who doesnt seem to be interested in his customers.
Guy tried to sell my friend and me an Acura with an oil leak and a broken head gasket. Told me a head gasket would be a 20$ fix when it was 1300 with labor. These guys are typical used car sales snakes and they will cheat you out of your hard earned money. Don’t remember the salesman’s name. Just remember he was super adamant he drove a C7 corvette. He is such a tool lol
Update 5/14/21: Still haven’t been contacted by any manager whatsoever... so their response is clearly just for marketing and to pretend they care. Won’t be back for a newer car in a couple years and won’t be returning here for service, Subaru is right down the street and have way better service and a whole free coffee bar.I bought a used car 2 weeks ago and within 48 hours the check engine light came on. They fixed the catalytic converter because prior to the car being sold they said they had fixed it (which my sales rep did not disclose to me). While I appreciate that being addressed, now a week after getting it back there is a rattling noise whenever I’m stopped at a red light. I brought it back in today and was basically blown off by my sales rep again and a manager. As a woman who needs a reliable car for work I did not feel heard, validated, or respected considering I just bought this car. Is this how they treat cash car buyers?
My salesman, Ian Hernandez, was just the best! He found me a car in my price range and was helpful on every question I asked. He even had the car detailed and gave me a full tank of gas! He was fast and efficient. I hate waiting all day at a dealership. Roger Beasley will be my car provider from now on. Ask for Ian!!!!
