Late review, but I wanted to share my experience with the company. I availed of their services twice in the last two months, and the first time went very smoothly. The car was in very good condition, and I felt assured about every step of the process.The second time was a little more hectic as there were complications in terms of coordinating schedules, but I understand how busy it can get. What stood out to me was that, under pressure, Robert continued to behave very calmly and professionally. I appreciate that he tried to accomodate us as much as possible given the circumstances.Im thankful for the company as Im travelling from abroad, so all the rental requirements in other companies were really inconvenient for me. This was a big help, and Robert was a pleasure to meet!

I don’t have a Credit Card, so I could not rent a car until i found Rent a Car with cash, they are a lifesaver!!!! I was able to rent a vehicle, no credit check, no credit card needed and i was able to use CashApp, wow i was in a car in about 30 minutes i was in my rental. Since then i have rented 4 times with them including a big SUV.I have recommended them to friends and they were so happy because they don’t have credit cards either.Thanks Kimberli and Rob, you guys rock!!!!!!

This place is Amazing!!! I got my car stolen with important things inside and I wasnt able to get a rental from anywhere. I did a Google search and came across this Black Owned cash car rental company. At first I thought it was a joke but I called and Kimberly was so understanding, organized and determined to assist me. So, me and my husband had to rent a car from Rob and Kim for awhile. We are expecting our 2nd child and things was really looking back for us but when I tell u they worked with us. If I could give him six stars I would. We just bought a house in San Antonio Texas and because my dad is a disabled veteran amputee we could only get a direct flight to Austin Texas, with no major credit card or return flight we were unable to rent from a major car company. I contacted Robert a couple of weeks prior to moving and he said this would not be a problem, not only did he stay open late on a Friday night for us he picked us up at the airport. Robert was in constant communication and made us feel at ease the whole time taking off one less worry, he went above and beyond for us by not only staying late and picking us up at the airport but coming to San Antonio to pick up the car when my car finally arrived from Oregon. I could not recommend his company enough, Robert you are a gem and we will forever be thankful to you! I contacted Rent a Car with Cash prior to my visit to Austin to reserve a car to rent. I called back several days before my trip to confirm. I was told I could get my rental car at 9am. They called the morning I was to pick up the car and told me it would be 11:30 before I could get the car. I asked them to please call as soon as it was available as I needed to be 1.5 hours away by noon. They called back about a half hour later and said they didnt have a car available for me. No explanation, no help. I was stranded in Austin without a vehicle. I would never use them again or recommend them to anyone.
