I would never rent from Go Rentals. I was in the process of securing a rental in the Austin, TX location and the manager Nicole was the rudest little thing that I’ve ever come across. She spoke to me in an extremely condescending and arrogant manner. I would never send anyone that I care about or hold in any regard to rent from this place of business. The rental was already astronomically overpriced but I was willing to pay the rate given the shortage of cars, at all car rental agencies, post Covid. Now why would anyone overpay for something when they are mistreated and spoken to so unprofessionally. Absolutely the worst service and one of the worst transactional experiences ever.

Go Rentals are the best. I wish I would have come up with this concept. I have never had a bad experience and have used them over 50x in 5 different markets.
