Xpel Austin is the place to go to for all things in car detailing. Ive already had them work on my cars tint and clear bra. They even replaced an old clear bra that was poorly installed by an unknown dealer when I bought the car. Im heading back for paint correction and ceramics soon. Will definitely take any future cars I own to this location. The work these folks do is outstanding. A special shout out to Angel at the front desk as well, shes always a pleasure to work with and is on top of all details.

The team over at Xpel has really outdone themselves while working on my 2019 Audi A7! I came in wanting PPF to conserve my brilliant black paint job from the daily trials of the road. But I ended up getting so much more with the specialist at Xpel!Now my car is even more of a looker with the entire body PPF Stealth done by Caleb. Tinted all in XRBLK including the windshield done by Colin. Entirely ceramic coated by Camden. And the entire vehicle chrome deleted from Xpels sublets “GT Wraps”. Finishing my A7 off with curves and edges that are more prominent, and a badass stealth that was specially ordered to protect and standout on my A7. Thanks to Angel Calvo and the outstanding team at Xpel, I can finally drive the TX highways worry free of rock chips, random debris etc. from damaging my A7, while also looking phenomenal on the road! Got PPF done on the front my X5 here. Went for an initial consult and waited 30 min even though I had an appointment. The PPF quality is great and prices are competitive but the PPF had an issue so Angel offered to replace the whole hood. Set up a time couple weeks later, was told me the day before the technician was out sick (I had to reach out). Called and texted numerous times within a 2 week period to reschedule... nothing. Finally reached her and setup another appointment, get a text day before again saying she cant do it. Scheduled ANOTHER time, she offered to pick up my car and drop it off. Again no follow up so I reached out the day before and she said she cant do it and next week would be better... I gave up. Guess quality of customer service here depends on the amount of money you spend. If you arent spending $10,000+ here, your business doesnt mean much. Spend a couple hundred extra at an independent shop for quality customer service.

Couldnt of gone any smoother. Called in the morning on a monday and was told to show up in 45 minutes. Was in an out in an hour. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend. Prices may be a tad higher than other places but you get what you pay for.

The film looks immaculate and I am thrilled. Black cars typically present a challenge for this type of work but it was clearly no problem for them. I just bought the car 2 weeks ago and I feel so much better now that I know it’s protected.The facility is clean and neat and the staff are all friendly and professional. 10/10 recommend!

Had Xpel Austin do PPF on the front of my new M2 over a year ago and glad I did. No rock chips and a big save this past week. On 183 a piece of plywood was tumbling in the air from a truck and it slammed into my front bumper. I pulled over thinking a new bumper was in my future and luckly no dents or broken plastic, just scuffed up xpel. Went to Xpel Austin today and within 5 minutes they had it completely removed and scuff free. Great product, install, and followup care.

Duane and his crew are the best group of detailers Ive ever dealt with. The only group of people Id trust leaving my RS4 with. Money well spent, but you get what you pay for.

If youre in the market for protective film or ceramic coating, this is the place. I took my Lotus in after I got side swiped and Kris and Justin checked it out for me and pretty much fixed the finish damage while I watched. Their products are great and good for paint, ceramic or film. Others Ive talked to were equally impressed. First class all the way.

My wife has been talking with Duane for the past few months about getting PPF and tinting for our Tesla Model 3. We visited the shop last week and he took the time to go over options and show us various products including the back if the shop. Very friendly staff. They clearly take pride in what they do. We took the car in today to drop off and had the kids with us, who enjoyed seeing the emblem drawer and how their tint products cut the heat. Staff walked us around the vehicle pointing out exactly what they would do and identifying several areas theyd address with paint protection. Pricey for sure, but so far Im very impressed with their attention to detail and customer service.Update 8/09/18. Installation went smoothly. Duane said to bring it back in a week for a once over and to let them know if we had any problems. The panoramic window had some trouble with the film and there were a few places where we noticed some minor defects. My wife took it in and they washed it and looked it over. There were a few areas Duane wasnt happy with which they agreed to redo. Really solid customer service.

Someone bumped into my car and their bra saved my paint, the headache and expense of taking it to an autobody for repairs. And best of all, they offered to replace the bra ASAP and free of charge. I had my entire black 2018 Audi R8 spyder covered with Xpel pain protection film followed by a ceramic coating. Although they are young, these guys are professional. They did a great job, were meticulous about checking for any defects and correcting them if necessary. Great customer service! Car looks beautiful!

The level of customer service is excellent. The quality of work is excellent. Im very happy with the purchase, the overall look, and level of protection it has provided.One year ago, I had my 2017 M3 covered end-to-end in Xpel. The film has saved my hood from some large gravel on the highway (film ripped, paint was perfect). The film also saved my passanger side, rear-door (someone opened their door into mine, again film was damaged, door was perfect). Clearly, well worth the investment.In both cases, the warranty process/replacement was very easy and efficient.

XPEL Austin did a great job on my Mini Cooper JCW GP. They did a very professional job and were very helpful to tell me what the car needed. They are are blast to deal with. Duane is one of the nicest guys I have the pleasure of meeting. The installers Evan and Tony do amazing work and I can’t believe how the car turned out. Detailers Kris and Brian made the car looked better than brand new.I’m going to take all my cars to XPEL Austin from now on.

No regrets at all about spending this amount of money on my truck. Some friends of mine balked at first when they found out how much I spent. But once they saw the results, their attitude changed quick. Just using waterless detail spray in between full washes, has the truck looking like I paid full price for custom detail. Dont get me started on how awesome it looks when I hit it with the 3 bucket wash. I actually dont use my power washer anymore and just use hose with low pressure sprayer to rinse. Everything washes right off....eazy peazy. I got the full front, with rockers, and ceramic overlay for the truck. Well worth the money. They follow-up maintenance washes where they check to make sure everything is as it should be are also extremely well priced when considering what other places charge for the same services. My next vehicle (which I hope is a few years off since I still need to pay for this one) will be coming back to XPEL. Only this time I will be driving it straight from the dealership and not waiting a couple of years.

I did my research before deciding on Xpel due to its reputation for durability and resistance to yellowing (due to having a white car). The staff at Xpel Austin were very professional and friendly. You can decide on how much of your car you want covered, and you have the option to have additional pieces added later. After installation, I did noticed some very minor imperfections (really more from me just being ocd) and they had no problem having me come back to get it fixed.

The first time I had Xpel applied on my black C6 Corvette I was more than totally satisfied! The quality of the product, installation and service was nothing short of excellent. I just picked up the vette after having them do the whole hood, top, halo, trunk lid and spoiler. Once again OUTSTANDING JOB! Thank you Duane and company. I wanted the paint protected from the harsh elements here in Austin. Thanks again for exceeding my expectations!

I visited several shops for paint protection film and ceramic coating quotes. Most were kind of sketchy places that looked like they could be out of business next month. They sold the same products and services for comparable pricing, but they didnt offer much confidence in their work or probable longevity. Xpel Austin was one of only two that had a clean, organized work area. It was the only one that encouraged me to view the team at work, check out the cars being protected and talk with the guys doing the work. That sold me. No secrets, inspect the cars, admire the high-end sports cars being worked on and most of all learn from the guys doing the work. I dont hesitate to give Xpel Austin and Duane, Chris and Tony and the other guys 5 stars. I had a full front end covered with Xpel Ultimate and a full ceramic coating. The car looks great and Im confident it will for years.

We took our new Durango SRT to Xpel for hood and rocker panel protection. We decided to go with a full front hood, which included headlights and side mirrors, and complete rocker panel protection.My experience was more then I couldve asked for. The vehicle turned out flawless. As good as the vehicle is (A+), the customer service was better. I interacted exclusively with Duane and Tony. Tony was there to receive my vehicle at drop off and went over the paperwork with me. Expel of Austin and has great customer service and they do awesome work . Expel may be a bit Pricey but it’s worth it I recently had it installed on my bonnet of my Mini and front fender three weeks later someone backed into me scraping the front and the corner of the Bonnet if it wasn’t for the expel I wouldi had to a body shop to paint the bonnet and the front fender
