Just wanted to say that Albert did a wonderful job remodeling our bath and installing new flooring and toilet. He was very professional, efficient and answered all of our questions promptly. His communication was excellent throughout the entire job and he was even willing to work on the weekend in order to get the job done for us. His efforts were greatly appreciated and the reason why we went back to Bath Planet for this remodel of our second bathroom.

Bath Planet of Austin removed my old bathtub and replaced it with a walk-in shower with beautiful marble acrylic walls. It is both attractive and functional with built-in seat and grab bars. Just what I needed for my arthritic condition. After searching through several remodeling ads for discounts or specials, Bath Planet of Austin was most affordable for what I wanted. I was given direct phone number and name to contact if I had any problem. The installation was completed professionally and within reasonable timeframe. The installer used tarps to keep my floors and rugs clean. Also cleaned the area thoroughly of trash at the end of each day. Any questions or concerns that I had were addressed quickly and resolved to my satisfaction. I would use Bath Planet of Austin again and recommend them to others.

Paid over $22,000 for a bathroom remodel. The sales person showed me a sample of the tile for the floor that was thick and heavy. What was installed was thin and several pieces are loose and make noise. The sales person also said he would tile the 2 closets in the bathroom for that price. When the work was done they werent going to include them. I got upset and was going to cancel the work, but they finally did them. I told the sales person that we wanted the shower to be larger than the previous one. He showed me how much wider it would be. When the work was done it was the same size as the old one. For that kind of money we feel taken advantage of. I emailed the receptionist that had been corresponding with and never got a reply. We have one more bathroom to remodel. We will not be using Bath Planet.

Salesman came out and was very forthcoming and straightforward with what Bath Planet had to offer; very nice and polite. We decided to have both our master and guest bathrooms completely remodeled. Terrell came in and kept us updated on his progress. He did a spectacular job on both rooms, well exceeding our expectations. We will highly recommend Bath Planet and Terrells services to whomever needs their bathrooms remodeled. Very satisfied!!

Albert did an amazing job replacing our shower. He communicated with us all during the install so that there were no surprises. He has a very pleasant and easy going personality.

We helped get a bathroom remodel after my father-in-law got out of the hospital. He needed a shower with safety bars to replace the old tub that was no longer safe. The shower is super easy to clean and he can maneuver his walker in there without my mom-in-laws help.We had a great experience with the rep and construction crew. They were also really considerate to wear masks, etc. The ladies in the office were also really friendly anytime we called!

Santos did a great job. He was on time, cleaned up after his self, and was very professional. He completed the job in 5 days...amazing. I felt confident in his skills. My bathroom looks great! Everyone that I spoke to was very helpful and kind.Note: They had no control over the paint that was matched, my home is older and the paint did not match for the retouch. I would advise anyone else to save any paint that you may need in the future.

I am very pleased with the crew that came to convert my tub to a shower. Jerome was professional and friendly. He explained what was being done and why, he was mindful of my carpet and surrounding furniture, and addressed my questions patiently. All in all I was very impressed.

We had Bath Planet Austin come out to look at upgrading the shower and bathtub in our master bathroom. Their rep came out, didnt take any measurements, wouldnt talk to my wife and insisted that I be part of the conversation (design of that bathroom is up to her and I was on a call for work so that wasnt possible). And when she told him that I couldnt be there and she was the final design decision he reluctantly sat down for about a minute and gave a ridiculously overpriced bid to replace the bathtub. We have found much more affordable bids from several other companies. I dont recommend dealing with these people.

I have dealt with Joseph Culver. He is very polite and knows what he is doing! For any bathroom needs you need to call Bath Planet!!! They are awesome and you will be glad you did!!

Great job ! Albert completely demolished my one piece tub and replaced it with an amazing one piece walk in shower. I needed this done to provide better access for my handicapped brother. Beautiful oil bronzed grab bars and nice shelving placed exactly where I wanted it. . Albert always stopped what he was doing to ask me exactly where I needed them to be. Albert kept me informed every step of the way and even helped me to make decisions based on his knowledge and experience! Also changed out my vanity sink top to go better with the new shower. I am a very happy customer!

I recently had BathPlanet of central Texas located in Austin come to my residence and sit down and to discuss a bathroom remodel. The design consultant Gaston came by and gave me few options that fit within my budget. The installers (Joe and Frankie) came out and installed a new shower pan and walls with a beautiful frameless door. My wife and I could be more happier. My husband and I live in an older area of Cedar Park and we decided that we should remove our tub and get a shower with a bench. We were tired of recaulking and with his knee problems, I figured it would be best for him to have a walk-in with a bench. We had a few other companies from the paper come out and they were ok. But we were really impressed with Bath Planet. Lots of options and the rep seemed less rushed. We used their financing for half the payment because the terms were really good- and it afforded me the upgraded glass barn door I wanted!Construction crew was polite and they worked hard to get it done right- they were here late working away! We have had our shower for a bit and it looks great, its VERY simple to clean (Dawn and a rag), and it makes showers so much more pleasant- even the grandkids like to shower in there and relax on the bench! If we decide to remodel the other bathroom, this will be our first call.

I would and will advise no one to use this company ever . I made a appointment to have two bathrooms redone. They seemed so receptive and nice initially. I made appoinment for Saturday at 10am . It is now 11am and no call no show . I will definitely spread the word about this company . Horrible experience.

I would give NEGATIVE 5 stars if I could! This place!!! These people!!! Most high pressure salespeople in the world!! They prey on the ederly! And then THEY cut a waterline in the bathroom and charged US to fix it!! Really?!?! They said to read the fine print in the contract! So we have to pay for the incompetence of the people they send to do the work?! IF you use them PLEASE READ THE FINE PRINT!! And thro out the estimate! Wont be near that! AND be sure to check that all the items you paid for are recieved. We paid for a new showerhead and they just slapped on our old one! PROCEED WITH CAUTION!

Customer service was terrible! we were told it would take a few days and it has been months. I spent a lot of money to be treated like a nuisance by the office.

The team both in the office and field were professional, quick, and thorough. Ive had remodels before and this was the smoothes- even has a lifetime warranty. I got the tile look and it is great, looks like tile without grout cleaning or maintenance (old shower had a damaged tile and leakage). All around pleasant experience. A+

I dont even know how their workmanship would have worked out because the rep that came to my house put a big high-pressure sales pitch on me. I cannot believe that no one else has mentioned this. In one hour I was pressured to make all the decisions on my shower remodel, which I had just started to explore, then was presented with a high price which went up by almost 30% if I did not sign on the dotted line right there and then. A terrible way to run a business. Bath Planet Austin, you ought to be ashamed of yourselves.

Bath Planet is terrible - I do not recommend them. The project that they told me would take 4-6 weeks took EIGHT MONTHS. The project manager in charge of my remodel was clueless when it came to the progress of my bathroom. After 4 months of not being completed I called him and his response was wait, it hasnt been completed yet? When I called the headquarters they provided no help - they simply forwarded my complaint to the project manager who called me a few hours later with the same old salesman bulls*&$I would go with Bath Planet for any work on your bathroom. Very disappointing after spending thousands of dollars.UPDATE: since the owner of Bath Planet responded to this post saying I was not a customer of theirs, I have attached a picture of my agreement with them. Odd that this company would claim I am not a customer of theirs just because I have posted a poor review. More reason to avoid them.
