This is one of the few rare times in which I wish it was possible to give more than 5 stars for an exceptional experience. This wonderful experience was possible only due to our amazing costumer representative, Danny Elalouf. We ended up in a situation in which we had to purchase a car while being abroad, without a way to physically see any cars. Danny was unbelievable helpful, he helped us to pick a car, showed us the car using face-time, helped us with the international wire, and answered the (many) questions we had in the following days with tons of patient. Danny was extremely knowledgeable and very honest about the state of the car, so we knew exactly what we are getting and even ended up getting a better car than we hoped, as many of the faults were addressed by the dealership before we arrived. The car is perfect for us, and I would definitely come back Austin Infinity in the future, and will most definitely ask for Danny in person. I recently purchased some parts from Craig Isaac’s parts team at Austin Infiniti. I believe it was Tony who I mainly worked with. He was responsive, friendly, and answered all my follow up questions. Additionally, they had excellent prices for the products purchased and even got it mailed to Atlanta in a timely manner. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend. My only complaint is that these guys are not physically located in Atlanta. If they were, they would have all of my business.

I went in for a recall and was treated like a valued customer although my car was from another dealership. They are very nice and courteous. I had looked for a car here but was unable to find what I was looking for in a short time. The salesman were great listened to what I wanted and didnt try to push me into something else.
If I could rate more stars I would. Mr. Joe Nichols and Mr. Chris Corn were very knowledgeable, courteous, and patient with me. They made sure that I was happy and comfortable with the car I choose. All of my questions were answered, I was not pressured to buy the car, and they made me feel like I was home.

Went in to view a car that ended up being sold shortly after I took it for a test drive. However, Daniel E. was more than helpful in finding me an affordable safe car that fit my budget and had fewer miles than the car I was initially looking at. Daniel E. went above and beyond to get me my car, even though I had to wait over a week to pick it up because a part was being replaced on the undercarriage. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and made me feel like he genuinely cared about my concerns (he even came in on his day off to make sure I was being taken care of). Top notch service!I have never had such a positive experiance with a car dealership. I just purchased a used vehicle from Infiniti of San Antonio (also excellent service!) and Infiniti of Austin checked it out for me. Not only was there a nice lounge with a friendly barista, everyone from the valet to the service tech were incredibly friendly and professional. While I was waiting I received a video on my phone that showed the tech walking around my car and pointing out his inspection. That was amazing and unheard of. I also received a text showing the results in a report format. I was in and out without delay and nobody was pushing me to fix anything that I didnt want to fix. This is in stark contrast to most of my other car dealership experiences. Nissan/Infiniti really have earned a loyal customer.
Monte and I had an outstanding time with Jaime Cooper. He provided a relaxed and well informed car shopping experience. Our only suggestion for improvement would be the cleaning and detailing shop. Although they were outstanding in their role, this group is working for 2 dealerships. So, on a busy day, this meant a very long wait. We have purchased several cars in our 30 years together and Jaime Cooper streamlined his portion. Overall a 5 star 🌟 rating.

Juan is a rock star - he is knowledgeable about the vehicles, takes time to answer questions and is prompt in providing updates. Everyone at the dealership has a helpful attitude. The time taken to process documentation was minimal.I felt like a valued customer during my interaction with everyone at the showroom - being greeted when I entered the showroom, calling in for enquiry, talking to the accessories team or waiting in the lounge. Make sure you can prove your oil changes. Especially if you have a twin turbo. They are bad! The turbos, one or both will start making noise. Google the Infiniti forums and you will see. They will look for any reason to deny fixing your turbo charged engine under factory warranty. Despicable for this company to make a bad product and not stand behind it. They will lose in the long run.

Purchasing a vehicle at Austin Infiniti is a completely different experience from buying a vehicle anywhere else. The process is sane, straight forward, and pleasant. Every interaction is pleasant and honest, and theres no typical salesperson pressure. We returned to our salesperson, Dana Woodbury, for a second pre-owned vehicle purchase because we had such a great experience with him the first time. His candor, patience, and transparency are refreshing in a very tight market. I trust Austin Infiniti implicitly, and will recommend this dealer to everyone! Even if youre not buying an Infinity, they will take excellent care of you!

Buyer beware, definitely do your homework before walking into this dealership. Have buy bids from other dealers to confirm the value of your vehicle and study the market for what youre looking for. Maurice Dancy was the salesman I dealt with and their offer was 5K below the buy bid preformed CarMax and their car was priced at a premium. I was hoping to do business in town, pay a fair price and get a fair price but I suppose all they are looking for in this market is home run deals.

Service was great. Love the automated system that sends you text to approve/decline additional items discovered while the vehicle is being inspected. Also like the way payment can process using the automated system quickly so we don’t have to wait for the cashier. Service advisor was professional and helpful and gave me a discount for services rendered. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Avoid INFINITI Austin at all costs. I had the displeasure of working with one of the most relentless, high-pressure car salespeople (Chris 🌽) I’ve ever encountered. Here are some of the sales tactics that were used on me and how you might be able to avoid them:—Sales Tactic #1: Luxury car purchases are different than non-luxury car purchases.You May Hear: “We aren’t like those other non-luxury car dealerships. We value our clients valuable time and make the purchasing process quick and painless.”How to Avoid: Likely the purchase process will only be quick and painless if you accept a bad deal and agree to every upsell thrown at you (prepare for hours of upselling). This place is just like other car dealerships, and in many ways worse. Don’t think its different because INFINITI is a “luxury” brand (a second tier one, to be sure). Price too high? Negotiate lower or walk away. Relentless upselling? Push back firmly. Otherwise, the process will be drawn out in an effort to exhaust you into capitulation.—Sales Tactic #2: You’re being cheap if you want to negotiate price.You May Hear: “If you’re negotiating small amounts of money like this you probably can’t afford a luxurious INFINITI.”How to Avoid: They may use this tactic to make you feel cheap for wanting to negotiate a better price. But, of course, they are also refusing to adjust the price by the “small amounts of money” they want as profit. Similar to the point above, the entire “you’re in a luxury car dealership now” bit is designed to make you feel out of place or as if you’re making an aspirational purchase. Don’t fall for it, there is always room to negotiate.—Sales Tactic #3: The car salesperson is on your side.You May Hear: “Listen, I’m working for you, I’m on your side!”How to Avoid: The salesperson may claim to be your advocate in an attempt to make you feel comfortable and let your guard down. However, they aren’t on your side—they are trying to rinse you for as much $$ as they can. Avoid a mental shift to thinking you’re working with a “friend” instead of a ruthless, greedy, car salesperson.—Sales Tactic #4: Extract personal info early in the process. Then run credit checks without permission and make people feel invested in a deal.You May Hear: “Let me just get some information from you quickly so that we can speed up the process in the event that we do make a deal.”How to Avoid: Don’t provide personal information unless its necessary for the deal you’re trying to complete. The salesperson I worked with ran a credit check without my consent.—Sales Tactic #5: Extended warranties are necessary and must be purchased NOW.You May Hear: “I have this warranty on my personal vehicle. It’s the only good one available. Other warranties aren’t worth the paper they’re printed on. You must buy this NOW because... reasons!”How to Avoid: Extended warranties are almost always a rip off. The dealer likely uses a third party for extended warranties (different from certified), but claims their offering is special. Don’t buy a warranty on the spot. Say you need more time to think and aren’t comfortable making a purchase under pressure. Alternatively, offer a firm “No thanks.”—Sales Tactic #6: Negotiating based on monthly payments rather than purchase price.You May Hear: “Don’t focus on the costs, look at the monthly payments.”How to Avoid: Salespeople may argue that the vehicle cost is unimportant because you can just finance EVERYTHING at “super low” rates. They might say you should instead focus on monthly payments. Remember, any debt ultimately has to be paid back or recouped by selling the vehicle—but in the end you’ll come up short because all cars do is depreciate. Negotiate the sales price of the vehicle out the door THEN consider financing options. Repeated attempts to focus on monthly payments instead of the cost of what you’re buying is a clear red flag.

They even have someone (Jason I think) come out to the car at the end and walk you through the features and pair your phone before you drive off. Oh, and the finance guy was a hoot. 2 years ago I called ahead to streamline the car purchase process - it needed to be quick due to a back injury which I explained to them- and they still made me sit and wait and wait and wait (while in pain which they mocked), while the warranty guy, who is a relative of the owners, sat and bragged about how rich he is with oil money. Then MAURICE SCREAMED AT ME ON THE PHONE because the service department was telling me different info than what he did (simple miscommunication), but me trying to understand what was going on with the situation apparently meant he could scream at me.Then 2 months ago, I used the valet program to pick up my car for these things - inspection, door ding, and my gas tank cover was defective. After ten days of keeping my car they call me and say so what are we doing to your car? What was the purpose of making an appointment, giving out all my info, giving out again, giving it out a third time because nobody calls me back, just for it to freaking sit on their lot? THEN THEY TOLD ME TO FIND ANOTHER COMPANY TO FIX MY GAS TANK BECAUSE THEIR PAINT DEPARTMENT COULDNT GET IT RIGHT. I declined because this was covered under warranty! They kept my car for a month! And blamed me for the late service. I still dont know how that was my fault.The first car I bought from Infiniti was awesome, the sales lady was great. Everything was fast and efficient. My second car experience I was lied to, screamed at, dismissed by Maurice. His hostility towards me was so apparent it was noticed by OTHER PEOPLE. The car buying process from him was the worst car purchase experience of my life. Him screaming, being impatient that I couldnt find the right button to push on the steering wheel while going 70 mph was just another tidbit of his rudeness.The service department very conveniently doesnt have access to warranties or service contracts so they like to waste more time and spin your wheels so you dont use your warranties. They will ask you your info a million times and transfer you to somebody who sends you to voicemail. And my oil changes are never an hour.Infiniti is owned by CAG - Continental Automotive Group. I have had 2 more awful experiences with this brand (a car purchase and car repair). They are owned by a large family who work at all these dealerships. So if they screw you over or are rude to you or waste your time, welp, who cares. You think a family member is gonna get fired?

Cant say enough about our experience...a real first class operation. The team even stayed open late to ensure all of our needs were met. My wife absolutely loves her new QX50!!

I have brought my vehicle here for two different issues and the technician must be paid to come up with ways to make me look like a liar. Their reasoning is, “we have to see the issue”, and the issue is an intermittent issue. So make sure your car is completely falling apart before bringing it in. My vehicle is still under warranty and they refuse to make repairs.

Although they couldnt reproduce my issue they were very honest with what maintenance should be done now versus what can late. They found an issue with my aftermarket wheels and sent me a detailed video describing the issue. I will absolutely use them moving forward.

Austin INFINITI had the same vehicle and while there was no pressure, honestly the vehicle was almost exactly what I wanted for significantly less money. I would highly recommend Austin INFINITI! I stopped in on Valentines day just to test drive a car to see if an INFINITI was what I actually wanted. Cody met us out front, listened to what I was looking for and let me test drive the car he felt suited me best. I told him I would think about it and come back, and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy. 2 months later I came back. The experience was flawless. Really Happy with my new purchase and warranty
Allen Dehoff is absolutely amazing! He’s car buying experience I have ever had and will continue business with him and Infiniti Austin. Mike in finance was absolutely wonderful as well quick and easy and informative. Never felt like I was getting pushed around but sales people!
They charge way too much money for routine maintenance.Their financial services are horrible. After paying on time for 2 years, somehow my auto-payments got turned off, so I missed a payment for a month and they put a strike on my credit card that killed my credit score. After talking with multiple people they would not doing anything to help me with this over the phone. Forced me to send in a written letter to them which took like 90 days to get a response back where all they said was the strike was valid... we did not receive a payment on time and that was verified. Tried to call and discuss more and they would not do anything to help me. Will never use Infiniti again.
I would not recommend buying any used car from this dealership. They sold me a car that didnt pass emissions inspection, had me drive it for 2 months without telling me, and sent me home with a computer to try and get it to pass. Last time I checked, it was illegal for a dealership to sell a car that hasnt passed inspection. Not a good look Infiniti.
This is our first Infiniti QX80. LT made it so easy and knew his vehicle thoroughly. It was a great experience. We hope to do business with him again next year to get my daughter into a Infiniti as well. Highly recommend this place.

Im a big fan of the service department here! Especially Briana - she helps me get in fast, get out fast, and get my far good as new. And they have yummy treats if you have to wait and a spacious work area.

Chris was really really really pushy. On the verge of harassment, very aggressive. Anyways I didn’t buy a car here. I worked with someone at Subaru next door and they were much nicer. They share cars so I wouldn’t give this one support.
A great 5 star experience at Austin INFINITI. I did some research prior to going in and they showed me exactly what I wanted as well as a couple vehicles that fit the profile of what I was looking for but weren’t online yet. Didn’t even need to look anywhere else. If you go in ask for Danny Elalouf, he is an absolute pro and fantastic service during and even after the sale.Very happy with my vehicle, great car and a great value, and a very good trade in value on my old Jeep. Highly recommend this dealership and Danny!
I was met immediately upon arrival by concierge and then met with Dave Henricks to discuss all the services to be performed as part of my pre-paid maintenance agreement. Technicians and Dave went beyond expectations by replacing my inspection sticker and helped replace battery in key fob. I was also sent a video report detailing all the work done and systems checked. Outstanding service. Thanks.
