Went above and beyond for me.He really got screwed over when his place of business was sold out from under him. Everyone needs to help him as he gets his business back up and running. Fast Eddies has done quite a bit of work on my vehicles in the past and I have greatly appreciated the cost more than anything. I called a few days ago to get an estimate on a fuel pump repair and out of the three estimates I received, his was the lowest at $550, the highest being $880.They are no longer located at the building on Manor road and he is currently operating as a mobile service, so that probably needs to be updated or at least notated somewhere on Google/Yelp, but Im looking forward to using them again in the future.

The mobile repair made the entire job way quicker and easier. Eddie was great to work with and a wealth of knowledge with transmission!

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Eddie personally through an unusual situation. There are many people who choose not to give back to the community as business owners or lend a hand to a fellow stranger in need. This is not the case for Eddie. We spoke after he helped a friend of mine in a scary situation. This will forever be a moment to help me have faith in humanity and people. Thank you Eddie. I just had, hands-down, the best customer service experience of my life, with Fast Eddies Automotive Repair. Eddie was so incredibly knowledgable, thorough, explained everything in laymans terms, went above and beyond the call of duty, had a quick turn around and I could tell he had my best interests in mind.My Ford Fiesta screen showed a message transmission malfunction service now. I pulled into the nearest shop I could find on google maps and they turned me away because they were too busy. I, very scared, got back in my malfunctioning car and pointed myself towards the next shop on Google Maps. *Oddly enough google maps did not show Eddies as an option even though it was just down the street* Like a beacon in the night Eddies sign read Transmission Repair so I whipped in so grateful I didnt have to drive any further to the other place I was headed. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the friendliest desk attendant who had me fill out paperwork to save time while waiting on Eddie. Eddie came out from the garage a couple minutes later and let me explain what was happening in my car thoroughly. He then formulated a logical and detailed game plan. A day later, he called to share that the problem was what he initially thought it was, but that **he had already called the Ford dealer and discovered the malfunction was covered under a factory recall!!**.Eddie went above and beyond by not only diagnosing my problem, but pro-actively contacting Ford for me to see if it is covered with them. I expect I wont owe Eddie much for the diagnosis, but I do plan on returning to him for any and all future auto needs and Im going to share this place with everyone I know. Incredible from start to finish. This is what auto repair should be like: honest, thorough, friendly.I Love Eddies!!

One word: honest. Eddie could have charged me double, repairing two hub bearings rather than just the one that needed it. I wouldn’t have known any different.

I have been looking for a place like this.Nice people doing a great job for a reasonable price.My car would not pass emissions inspection because of a bad fuel injector. Eddie fixed it for the agreed amount and it was finished when promised.No hard sell for a more expensive option.They will get all my business from now on.

Stopped by around 4:50 to get a check engine light looked at — as suspected needed the battery replaced. These guys knew what the problem was just by hearing me start my car and had it replaced within 30 minutes! They were courteous, efficient, no nonsense, and knowledgeable, and I’m glad to say I’ve found my new local mechanic.

The owner of this business is an honest man.I spent considerably more money than I thought I would and walked out feeling that i was treated fairly. This is what America needs, smart honest business owners.

This place always does great work! The owner Eddie has always been willing to try and work me in, and get my cars up and running as soon as possible. So far seems there isnt a job he isnt willing to take either! If you want to support a local business and have good quality work at a fair price, head in! Tell him that I recommended you and I am sure itll make him happy knowing his work is noticed and appreciated!

Our van started smoking badly yesterday and my husband was stranded. He was close to Fast Eddie’s and walked in, explaining he was having an emergency. Knowing his desperation, they said we needed a new radiator and several other parts and it was going to be $850 to fix, including four hours of labor. Way too much! He went to another mechanic close by and it turns out we only needed a new filler neck and not a new radiator at all, which is a quick 20-minute job. He quoted us $30 for the part and $35 labor to put it in. Wow! Fast Eddie’s definitely tried to pull a fast one on us in our hour of need. So grateful we didn’t fall for it!

I procrastinated getting my AC fixed for a year in fear of the cost. Wish I had taken it to Eddie sooner! He is do kind and helpful- definitely my new mechanic!

I paid Eddie $130 for a diagnostic and spend another $100 + on ride shares while my car was in the shop and he gave me 3 incorrect diagnostics, didnt end up fixing my car, and wasted 2 weeks of my time.I took my car here a couple weeks ago (Aug 29th) because the AC broke and my check engine light had come on. He had decent reviews online, and he was close to where I live so I thought it was a good option.After looking at my car for a day, he told me he thought it was the AC panel that needed replacing but that he had to order the part from Canada so itll take a few days to get in. He also said the check engine light was due to old spark plugs. He told me that he called my warranty company and got the work approved to fix the AC.The part did not come in a few days later. It was a full week later that he called me back to tell me that the part was on back order and wouldnt be coming in at all. Then he told me that he was looking for other solutions and thought it could be something else (possibly to do with wiring and code errors?) and asked that I bring my car back in. He told me it should only take a day to fix.At this point, I do it because I already paid him $130 for the diagnostic. Which by the way, he didnt warn me of this charge before working on my car, so I didnt know about it until after picking up the car, which isnt a huge deal but it would have been more honest to mention this up front.Anyways, it doesnt take a day like he said, It took 3 days to fix these things, and on the 4th day he called me to tell me that none of what he did worked. He said after doing everything he could and staying late working on solutions, he has determined that the entire computer system needs to be replaced and that I need to take it to the dealership.So after all this, almost 2 weeks since I brought my car to him, I took my car to the dealership and they told me that all his diagnostics were completely incorrect and that the AC just needs new cooling fans, and the engine needs an oil separator.My warranty company called me for more information before approving the claim, and they told me that Eddie did call them on Aug 30th (its now Sept 13th at this point) and told them what he thought the issue was with the car, but when they asked him for part numbers & prices, and labor cost breakdown, he said Ill call you back with that info and then never called them back. So there never was an approved claim even though he told me on the phone that they approved the work.My overall experience with this place was not great. Eddie is a nice guy, but it was almost impossible to get him on the phone. I get he is busy, but his assistant had told on a few separate occasions hell call you back and I would never get a call back. I would have to be the one calling him back to get an update. He wasnt honest about the upfront diagnostic charge, he wasnt honest about the warranty company approving my claim, and he spent 2 weeks trying to figure out what was wrong with my car and couldnt. In summary, I would not recommend this place.

They guys are honest and great with more than fair pricing. I would recommend this auto shop to everyone.

The guy I talked to on the phone said I could bring it in overnight and drop the key off never mentioning that theyd charge a $90 fee. Nor did they mention that they werent even b&h anymore rather they were fast eddies. They didnt even change the signs or phone number even though they changed hands in November.
