Great customer service. Camillo, who is an agent there, went above and beyond for me as a customer, even after I had cancelled the policy he found for me. There was problem getting my refund from the actual insurance company we chose to go with. I witnessed with my own eyes camillio going to bat for me in order to get money back from insurance company. I will definitely recommend TWFG to anyone looking to get a auto insurance. I for one will be back with them once my current policy expires. Great, honest, knowledgeable people.

Not a company that I could ever trust again, I had my policy for the total of 4- days, and had to cancel my policy due to the dealership, but I was told by the owner of the agency that, nothing could be done, and that I lost my whole down payment, for me to contact diamond specialty, after paying 250.00 down, they washed their hands clean . But after calling diamond specialty, they said that they would help me out with. 51.75 .Im probably not the smartest person, but 198.00 sounds high for 4- days of insurance.

They do not even answer calls. They do not care about customers. Please do not trust them.

Terrible service, stay away.

I will not speak for all the agents but the one who touched me was very bad service on 2 occasions the same person. Call for a quote to add a car and it kind of bothers them. With that attitude, nobody wants to have a policy there, sorry for wasting their time, rude they dont know how to do their job and apart from that they give the client bad marks.
