My experience with Central TX Agency has been wonderful. Its really nice to deal with personable people, not a machine, a computer, etc. They send out regular reminders to keep me up-to-date, and let me know of any programs offered. To any reading this, you can be on the internet of you can be connected with professionals who I have confidence in will be there should some kind of Accident occur.

Canceled policy without cause. Never answers phones. Never returns calls.

One of the best insurance agencies I have done business with - and I know, because I am a shopper! ;) Ariel was so knowledgeable about the benefits of our renters policy and has continually made relevant offers to me and my boyfriend for bundling our auto and helping us make good choices with our insurance. If we have questions they are all there, and I love that they know so much about not only the Allstate product but the coverage and legalities. I recommend them to anyone looking to feel comfortable and cared for with their insurance company!

Just switched over to this agency last week and could not be happier. I had to call in a couple of times with some questions after I started my policy and the agent Melany was helpful and nice every time. I feel comfortable with this insurance company and I havent been able to say that in a very long time. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
