Arrange your auto insurance PRIOR to buying a car here! I have NEVER switched auto policies due to unprofessionalism in my life until my experience here! Not only did I switch to Farmers but I have better coverage and lower monthly payments! Jordan gets zero stars and 2 thumbs down! Hire better staff please!

If I could give zero stars I would. Not only is Jessica incredibly rude and disrespectful, she is argumentative and gives you misinformation all the time. I had to find out what my options were for saving money during COVID as she failed to mention all of them.Not just that, her staff lies and will allow your policy to cancel after giving inaccurate info about billing. Plenty of better agencies out there who aren’t quick to argue with customers.Not worth the headache!

I ve filled in the info online and got the agency number to talk to. I call’d in and they immediately started working on my quote.
