This is the absolute worst insurance experience I have ever had. I have relocated and bought a new home several times. Typically, after making a choice on homeowners insurance, it only takes 1-2 calls to an insurance agency for them to provide all of the necessary info to the mortgage lender. In this case, after the sales person assured me that he would take care of everything. The ONLY thing we were waiting on to close was the homeowners information, but the agent was non-responsive to multiple phone calls and emails. I will not be using this agency, and would be very wary of the service they would provide if you actually needed something!

My calls were never answered and voicemails were never returned, even why I was trying to upgrade from renters insurance to condo insurance. I even had to call Allstate corporate to cancel my service because this office wouldnt call me back.
