Excellent service and even better prices! Jennifer was awesome in getting me prices and information about the policy. I shopped multiple home/auto policies and Allstate was nearly $100/month cheaper than the competitors (at the same coverage level). Signing up with them was an easy decision. Jennifer reached out to me several times to ease me through the process and afterwards Chris Lewis himself called me to make sure everything was A+.

Chris Lewis and his team were very helpful and quick to respond when I asked for a quote for renters insurance. Their rates were very competitive. We recently built a house and they also provided us with a quote for homeowners insurance, as well as bundled homeowners + car insurance. Although their rates werent as competitive as the ones offered by our builders insurance company (its almost impossible to match anything provided by the builder), I would definitely consider switching to Allstate in the future. I never once felt pressured and they never came off as sales-y. As I told Chris, this has been the most pleasant experience Ive had with an insurance company. Ill be checking back in with them in a year when its time to renew my policies.

Poor communication and no follow up and through.

Chris did a great job getting to know my family and our needs when we were buying a house, which is why we ultimately picked him for our home owners insurance and then moved our auto insurance to him a couple of years later. He calls before each renewal to ensure everything is covered, that I do not have any questions, and that our needs have not changed. He is great to work with and I feel confident knowing that we are in good hands.

Chris and his team are great! They are always respond to my requests quickly. On one occasion I was at the car dealership purchasing a new vehicle. I called Chriss team to confirm the purchase and get coverage added for the new car, they were able to confirm coverage before the dealership was ready for me to drive off the lot.

Avoid at all costs if youre insuring anything that is even slightly atypical. When they recruited me from State Farm, I asked specifically about aftermarket stereo coverage and was told that it was covered under renters insurance, but was definitely covered under my plan.Well, you can guess how it ends, but the long and short of it is that the nice agents you speak to on the phone have no control or clue about your actual coverage. Theyre hired to be personable, not knowledgeable, and there is no recourse at all if they told you something thats untrue. Every agent at this office, including Chris, expressed the utmost emphasis on resolving the situation, but ultimately did nothing.Edit: even more frustrating, is that it turns out theres a catch-all policy somewhere to guarantee satisfaction in a claim like this, but I wasnt told about it until well after I was no longer eligible, and as all things with this disappointing office, nobody is responsible for actually knowing anything, theyre only responsible for taking your money.In response to the reply, if the coverage was thoroughly and correctly explained, why were none of the agents aware of the limitations of the coverage during the claims process? Why was I told unequivocally that the aftermarket stereo would be covered either under renters or vehicle insurance?
