Mr. Crosley, you need to give Marissa a raise. Every time Ive called for the past 7 years or so shes been on the spot, recognized who I was by name, was able to pull up my records instantly and help me with whatever situation it might be without delay. If not a raise, give her an extra week of vacation every year, because she holds it down.
They have been my local State Farm for 6 years and I do not have 1 complaint. They have been phenomenal in every aspect. This is an agent and his right hand badass Marissa in the office. This isnt a big staff at all, so they cant answer the phone right away every time. But they have always called me back immediately if I had to leave a message. I dont understand the bad reviews on here, probably just impatient people. Do not let these impatient customers deter you from calling them. A+ service 24/7 365 all the time every time.
Marissa set me right up with all the insurance I need for home and auto. The whole process was easy and she explained everything in as much detail as I wanted, and was chipper and pleasant the whole time.

Terrible customer service, Agent never available. Or maybe to lazy to do handle his business . The worst Manager skills Ive seen by an Agent with State Farm .
