This is the most horrible auto insurance agent Ive ever worked with. JESSICA MERCADO should not be in the customer service business since she has no empathy or concern for customers. Unresponsive, unhelpful and unwilling to go out of their way to help you even during a pandemic. I adjusted some of our coverages since my husband and I were both working from home. I had to call several times, I email many follow-ups and I even had to go to State Farm customer service just to get a response. She left us hanging and I am do not recommend this place. I am so happy to transfer to another local agent. Save yourself the hardship and avoid this place. Again, these people should not be in customer service.
