Ross and Estella were extremely helpful in getting us our 2million dollar liability insurance and 50,000 surety bond. They made sure we had the certificates asap and if I needed something corrected or changed they were quick on that as well. The best part is they always have a positive attitude, even if I was being a demanding and inpatient customer :-D, they never seemed to change their friendly ways, I believe that is a major plus!!! When a company knows how to handle upset customers, instead of being rude back they are extra nice and that way the situation doesnt escalate, in fact it gets better, so thats why Im writing this review. I came to Heaton Bennett insurance as a 24 year old owner-operator of my very first company. I knew nothing about insurance and wanted to really shop around to gather as much information as I possibly could. After talking to countless reps around the city, I found my savior in Mike Bando. Mike was extremely patient with me, and did a great job of understanding my needs, finding the policies that were right for a business like mine, and explaining the whole process every step of the way. I cant say enough good things about how well he communicated with me. He also was able to work out a few deals on my behalf. I have since returned to Mike to handle my personal auto and healthcare policies. I trust him with everything.Also, Heidi Coffelt deserves some praise too. There were moments when her and Mike were working together on policies for me, and I was communicating with both of them, and again I was truly impressed by her knowledge, communication, and determination to help me get exactly what I needed. Heidi and Mike were the only two people I have gotten the chance to speak with at Heaton Bennett, but they are both truly HEROS, and I imagine that the rest of the staff at HB is just as impressive.I cannot thank or endorse these guys enough!
