This donation made a great impact for our school Copperfield Elementary School in Pflugerville Texas in a positive way. He even sent crayons that we could give out as well. Gloria was FABULOUS to work with! This was my first time setting up auto insurance and she made the process stress free. We set up my initial quote and then she worked with me to explain each and every type of coverage on my plan. When there were things I wanted to adjust and personalize, she was happy and willing to make sure my plan included the coverages just the way I would like. Vanessa helped me get my renter’s and car insurance all squared away! The office returned my call within a day, and she worked with me for almost an hour to make sure I had all the possible discounts for my car. She even called my apartment complex to make sure they logged my renters. Really great quality and service.

Gabriella was very responsive and helpful. Helped me switch my address for my renters/auto policies for my move with no issues and provided me with proof of insurance to send to my new apartment.

David is highly unethical, in my dealings he hid things, and tried to sell us things not up to the quality he stated they were. I would never do business with him. We were left to deal with tons of repairs we were told we’re covered. Completely unethical and lacks integrity. I’m really still disgusted at the transaction months later. DO NOT USE.

David is a great Agent! Hes always available to help his customers and others who need his service! Not only is he a great State Farm Agent, hes also a great business man! He helps advise us on what steps I need to take next to make sure I am doing whats right for my situation, whether its my autos or any other policies I need to be covered. His staffs are also great, always making sure I feel welcomed at the office. They take priority of their customers first when it comes to any given situation. What I also noticed, is that some of these reviews are due to State Farms action, not the agency itself. I will always recommend David to anyone I know who wants good service and hospitality from a first class Agency!

David and his team have helped me through several apartment hops. I simply call them and they get everything taken care of so I can focus on moving.They have good online tools.

**UPDATE - I posted a 5 star review over 2 years ago, now I am back to update my experience over the past 2 years**1. The customer service has remained A+ throughout the two years2. My bill has dropped significantly as time as went on (other places go up!)3. I worked closely with Chelsea but she has since left the agency, but she was an amazing agent and helped me with anything I needed.4. I am now working with Gabriella T. She is ALWAYS willing to answer my questions, accommodate my needs, explain my bill and is very organized on diligent with her work. A++++++++5. I would recommend anyone to use David Simmons State Farm Insurance Agency... OH! I forgot, David has been nothing but good to us since Day 1!

I chose to switch from Allstate to State Farm only because they offered a better rates for my teenage daughter. At the time it sounded like a great idea. After switching to State Farm the first agent named Robert was very friendly and seemed great to deal with but FAILED three months in a row to set up my auto draft for my car insurance. That in turn left me with a canceled policy which has doubled my cost and put me at high risk. I then switched to David Simmons who was very professional and quick to have my account set up drafted every month with encouraging words that things would be back to normal and six months. Just to let you know if for any reason you are left without insurance, your rates never go back to a lower cost. It has been two years and my insurance is still through the roof. I have stayed loyal to State Farm even with my frustrations hoping for the best.In July 2017 I was rear ended. I filed a claim right away. State Farm has done very little to help me take care of this process. Finally and September I was given an estimate. Then told that I need to pay my $1000 deductible. ( even though I was not at fault )And here it is the end of October and still I have not been given the amount I need to have my car repaired.

Very friendly and knowledgeable agent

I have moved far away from the Braker location since I first chose David Simmons as my agent, but I refuse to transfer to another agent/location. Most things can be taken care of via phone and or email anyways, but David and his staffs service cannot be matched! Response time is always so quick. Attention to detail has been great and they are careful to make sure youve got all you need from them before you even ask. When I had more questions than I knew what to do with, they met with me face-to-face and helped me out. Love these guys! :-)

Never had to deal with insurance stuff before but Davids team was extremely helpful and made it as easy as insurance can be!Chelsea specifically addressed concerns quickly and was very knowledgeable. Also got good discounts on the insurance.

I get excellent insurance rates here. Efficient and knowledgeable staff. Office is easy to find and good parking. Also, Mr. Simmons promotes community well being and encourages volunteering and neighborhood projects.

I have recently moved from Louisiana where I was with state farm. I called Mr. Simmons and was asking him what I needed to do to get everything changed over for Texas and he asked for the agent I was with. Within 2 days he contacted me and already had everything taking care of with new Texas policies at even a better rate than I was paying in Louisiana . Mr Simmons has also answered questions for me and has always answered or returned my calls within a couple of hours. He hawhere s been very professional and courteuos and I would highly recommend this agency to anyone who is looking for great quality service!!!!

We signed up with state farm at this agency. We gave the agent all of the information she needed. As it turned out she made 4 different mistakes on our policy. She knew my husband was married, I went with him to sign up, and filed him as single. After a few weeks we got a notice saying our policy was going to be canceled because there was information missing. We went in and corrected the missing information, that we offered to provide in the first place. A month later we are told we owe an additional $100 and that our premium went up $200. I finally got ahold of someone at State farm in the underwriting department and was told the Agent and David never fixed the mistakes. David stopped trying to fix the mistakes his agent made and I have worked on it for over a month with state farms underwriting department. Its still not all figured out and we have to pay all this extra money because his agent didnt do her job and fill out all the information correctly. Basically we were pulled in under a reasonable rate and then once everything went through our rate was raised and we were told to either pay up or cancel our policy. There was no one that took accountability at this agency including David. I feel state farm is a good insurance company but this particular agency is terrible.

The other review on here is old. At the time of that review it was a different agent and staff. That agent has retired and his staff is all gone. The new agent seems nice enough. But when I called them about making a claim, they didnt ask for any info or explain what would happen with the claim - they just transferred me to a call center.

I was signed up for policies I did not need and wasnt informed of. When I asked for reimbursement, they never followed through and ignored my requests.
