Highly recommend you stay away from this firm. Their negligence created a major issue with my insurance company, which was only discovered after I had to file a claim. As a result, it is now costing me tens of thousands, and I am seeking legal recourse against the company.

I cant say enough good things about the quality of service Ive received from the Lezam Agency. Weve been insured with this agency through auto, both personal and commercial, as well as our homeowners. They have been helpful and professional all the way. Weve had a tornado, totaling our home and our vehicles--they were there, assisting any way they could. We had our truck stolen--they were there, helping move things along--with our CLAIM! Many agents would bow out, not get involved in the claim part. Most agencies want to gain your business (and your money) but bail during the tough stuff. These guys are top notch! Nationwide AND the Lezam agency are the BEST!

I am very satisfied to have Lezam Insurance Agency as my insurer for my home and auto. The customer service is very responsive. They have contacted me with opportunities to save money on rates, and a polite and helpful person is always available right away when you call. In the real test of an insurer, I submitted a claim for hail damage a few years ago. They were wonderful and covered the damage and supported me through the whole process. Love my new roof and they were very professional and fair.

I am happy with the Lezam Agency. I first switched to them for better customer service than I was getting with an affiliate program. The cost fior the policy was slightly higher but worth it for less aggravation whenever I had to call for insurance needs. Since then theyve saved me money. I get offers for car insurance from other agencies every day, but Id be very reluctant to switch unless there was a huge savings involved, because I really enjoy my interactions with the folks at the Lezam Agency. Full disclosure--they are offering a Starbucks gift card for this review. So I get a free cup of coffee...big deal, Id recommend them anyway.

The Lezman Agency is the best insurance company I have ever worked with. I made the mistake of changing my auto insurance a few years ago to a discount insurance firm but soon realized that insurance companys are not all the same. Will never use again, and would not recommend to my worst enemy. Horrible customer service. Unable to provide anything other than notes that adjustments to my policy were actually authorized by me. If they send you one bill, you better get it, & pay it cause it will be the only bill you get before you end up in collections after you switch providers. Had home, & auto. Switched from USAA, & wish I would have paid $700 more to stay with them. Beware of this agency, & Nationwide in general.
