I have been living here for about 10 years and I absolutely love it! Terry is an amazing property manager the team is wonderful and the maintenance guys are the best! All my maintenance issues are always addressed very quickly. The property is always clean and kept looking the best. I continue to stay at this property because of their wonderful team. I’m proud to call this place my home!

My mother and I lived here for a couple of years. Terry, Teresa and Sam are amazing in the office. Anytime we needed anything they were quick to respond, I appreciate them so much. By far the best apartment homes

Unfortunately I didnt rent here because I found a closer option. But I was very impressed with the complex. And even more impressed with the follow up from the administration. Angela in particular was communicative and helpful, which is one of the hardest things to find when youre looking for an apartment.

My application process was not easy due to some personal issues I had to overcome. But the leasing staff and manager stuck with me and got me approved!! Probably some of the most knowledgeable and sweetest leasing agents I’ve ever worked with. I’m overall satisfied with the unit and complex. No complaints. A good place to live if you dont care about how professional the management team. be ready to pay for something you dont even touch. before moving in - do pics of everything you can (especially countertops) this saves you money after move out.

Lived at MQ Brushy Creek for over a year. It was our corporate housing apartment, but we ended up staying. The staff is AMAZING!!! Terri and Teresa are both wonderful as is the rest of the staff. Very responsive, incredibly helpful, positive, and kind. The maintenance staff came quickly and resolved the issues without a return visit.The location is perfect - close to 35 and 45. Short driving distance to groceries, pharmacies, Target, Walmart, restaurants, etc.Definitely recommend this complex.

I could absolutely move to a different property, but I know they would not be nearly comparable to Terri and her team! Happy to call this property home! Ive been here for over a year now and absolutely love it here! Just renewed my lease for another 13 months! The office staff and maintenance department are always courteous and helpful. Ive never had an issue with packages and and always feel safe here, even when Im getting home late at night. The office is always sending out helpful notifications and has been providing plenty of online services during social distancing precautions. So glad to call The Marquis at Brushy Creek home!

My grown children moved to the Marquis back in December. My husband and I assisted with the move. We were lucky enough to meet Terri and Sam that day and were very pleased to meet such amazing individuals. They are courteous, friendly, and professional. We visit them regularly and the apt complex is always quiet, clean, and whenever we see a maintenance worker on the grounds we are always greeted with a great big smile and a wave. 👍🏽👍🏽

This is not at all Gated Community. Gates are always open for Everyone.Bad Drivers all that time near apartment entrance circle.. I felt so scared.Management is very poor attitude towards customer service. We are leaving soon.. So happy.. and Good luck for the rest of the people.

I have been living at this apartment complex for 2 years and have received amazing service. The staff is super courteous and always goes above and beyond to serve the residents. Even during the time of Covid, the management made sure that the residents are well taken care of and scheduled multiple online events. Thank you for all you do!

Great place to live with family. Have had no complains for a year. Pool and Gym are great. Close to H-E-B and companies. Adding a play area for kids would make this a perfect place.

I was debating between 3 and 4 stars, but 4 stars is only fair in this case since the management at this property is exceptional. Terri is a great property manager, and sat with me a lot, even last minute when I had concerns and worked to correct them quickly, when she didnt necessarily have to.The reason for 4 stars is because of the A/C unit in our apt home. We lived in a B7 unit on the 3rd floor for 2 years. During June - September the temperature gets so hot in the unit, its almost unlivable, even when our thermostat is set to 68. During our stay, we asked maintenance to come out to check on it, and they showed us the air is blowing out of the vents at 68 degrees on very hot summer days, but it didnt matter. The apartment would stay at 78-80 degrees all the way through the night and wed be lucky to wake up to it down after running all night at 75 when the thermostat is set at 68. Maintenance always said the A/C is functioning fine, even when it couldnt keep up with keeping our home at a reasonable temp.This property was built in 2008 so a non-efficient A/C system, especially in this climate is inexcusable. Previously, I have lived in a complex built in 1983 on the same floor that had no issues cooling. Ive lived on the 5th floor in other Austin apts and had no issues with cooling. It was even more discouraging that maintenance was continiously willing to submit that it was normal for the time of year. We stopped turning the stove on to cook at night, as that made it worse and took twice as long for the house to cool down.Unfortunately, we eventually had to put a window unit in our bedroom to keep one room in the house below 72 degrees.This is not a bad place to live. Management is responsive and helpful. It is mostly quiet at night. Just think twice about the A/C situation if youre easily bothered by a stuffy apartment during summer.

I have lived Austin for many years and have lived in several communities but Marquis has been by far my best experience. The management is quick to respond to questions I may have and has made my time here pleasant. Terri, Theresa and the office staff are professional. Maintenance is the best.

ANTS EVERYWHERE! I have been a resident of this complex since 2016 and have never had an issue with ants in any of the places I have lived. I contacted the leasing office 3 days ago to let them know we found some ants in the kitchen and I wanted someone to come seal the pantry properly. They are coming in from the space between the floor and the baseboards where no caulk was applied when the apartment was built. I prefer to not have any pesticides used in my home, so I wanted the pantry sealed (the way it should have been done when the apartment was built). Now theyre in my CHILDRENS ROOM and they are coming in through the windows and electrical outlets. The wall is probably FILLED with ants, and Ive heard absolutely nothing from anyone in the office or maintenance. Its DISGUSTING. I guess Im going to have to caulk the windows shut as well as the pantry so my kids can sleep in their own rooms tonight.I called the after hour line to see if anyone could help and their response was, We are a 3rd party site - since youve already filled a maintenance request, we can not file another one. Heres the number to call your leasing office during normal business hours to follow up on your service request.We will be moving ASAP. This is not an acceptable way to treat your residents who have been loyal tenants for almost 2 years.

Ive been here at the Marquis & in TX going on 3 yrs now, & after doing an exhaustive search before I moved to TX, & after living in the Austin area, i would say the Marquis is the best value in the Austin Round Rock TX area. It is very hard to beat the beauty & the rent is low compared to other glam apartments,. The service is excellent & responsive.

Great experience leasing here in a good north central location. Quick to get almost anywhere even avoiding tollroads. Teresa and Teri have both been wonderfully professional and get things done quickly if any minor things need attention. The staff keeps the place looking wonderful and generally its peaceful and quiet here with a nice dog park and pool open all year.

Probably the best overall Apartment complex I toured in the general area. Very welcoming staff, who all seem to be on the same page. Beautiful property and seemed well maintained. We were sold, but they didnt have any availability for the apartment we wanted with our move in time frame.

I have been living here for over a year now, just resigned my lease. My opinion about this place is that its really nice property to live at. From the gorgeous property to the cool amenities. Love the free tanning. Pricing is kinda high but what do you excepted Austin is booming right now. Unless you wanna live in temple your gonna pay if you want some good living Austin. Management was kinda rocky when i first moved in a year ago. I Had a few things promise to me that never happened. New management seems a lot better to deal with though. From the manager to the leasing professionals everybody is helpful, courteous and most importantly keeps there word. Im looking forward for another year here. Loving my stay so far! If anything changes i will update.

I have been in this this apartment for more than 3 years now. I have no complain. The maintenance team is always on time and they get things done as quickly as possible. Terry the community director is like a family. Shes been nice and has helped me a lot during my 3 moves within the complex. My kids are safe and they can roam around without having security. The neighbors are really good. The amenities are amazing; the pool, the gym. The staff are outstanding. I would stay here forever if I can.

I have lived at the Marquis at Brushy Creek for almost a year and they have provided us with a great apartment living experience. I did not rate it 5 stars only because of the parking. There are a VERY limited number of guest parking spaces and my family/friends have to walk a ways just to get to my building. Other than that, I would recommend anyone to live here. The management is great and super nice!

So me and my husband just moved it to these wonderful apartments 3 months ago. And I just to say we are so thankful we did. The staff is so sweet and informative. They fixed any problem I was having in my apartment promptly. Not that I had any major issues. When I moved in my ice maker was not working they came the next day and replaced it. Charlyce Todd has been such a big help to me, she helped me with scanning personal documents for me. With out any delay. She always has such a friendly voice when I call up at the office. Also the amenities are awesome here. Gym, tanning beds, great big pool, the biggest dog park I have seen at any other apartments I have looked at.

**EDITED** I had to come back and give 5 stars. The property has been very well maintained. The maintenance employees work hard to keep the property clean and looking good. The also see to your needs in a timely manner. The landscape is always neat and in top shape. Ive been here a little over a year and a lot of updates has been done since then.Parking is a nightmare. There is a park for dogs, but none for children.

We have only lived here a few weeks, but so far an enjoyable living experience. The management team is awesome! As soon as we walked in the office, Brad was very welcoming, helpful and just a super nice person. He made us feel right at home and made the process so much easier than we expected.

Been here 3.5 years and couldn’t be happier. Newly renovated Clubhouse, Pool and Gym are very nice. Always clean and quiet. Leasing staff and maintenance crew are always professional, friendly and responsive. Highly recommend!

First off the apartments are very nice and well kept, and they even have the landscaping looking presentable at all times as well. The pool is very nice and the trails and dog parks were a great addition! We didnt have too many issues come up, but when we did, the maintenance team was always able to fix the problems right away.However, there are 2 reasons why I only gave them 3 stars. First, is because of parking!!! Forget about having ANY visitors. I had a friend visit around 7:00pm and her car was towed by 8:30pm! There is hardly any regular parking for residents, especially anytime after 9:00pm. And only like 4 visitor spots in the whole complex!Second, is because of all of the children running around the parking lot at ALL times. Parents will just stand there watching while there 5 yr old darts across the road and nearly causes you to crash. Happened almost every day to me and my roommate.The apartments themselves are great, but once you get to the parking lot, good luck.

I have been living here for almost 2 years now. I love it. Maintenance sticks to the 24 hour rule and has come ASAP for any emergency issues. The staff has always been super friendly to myself and my family. It is safe, quiet and clean. I can not beat the price per sq ft in the north office market. Plan to be here quite a while longer.

Have lived here for 4 years and my overall experience has been excellent!! Yes, the walls are thin but that is the case in most apartment complexes. Yes, the parking is a big issue but give credit to the complex for at least trying to fix the problem by adding more spaces. There are visitor parking spot scattered throughout the grounds, but most times they are filled with residents they dont want to walk if they have to park in a spot not close to the building they live in. Dont blame the complex if the residents dont want to follow the rules.This is an APARTMENT COMPLEX! People with kids live here with limited places to play. Dont blame the complex if parents are parenting their children. There are signs up everywhere saying Caution Children Playing so dont go speeding through the grounds. These are the things one has to deal with living in an APARTMENT COMPLEX.The staff has been extremely helpful and friendly. Terri and the office staff are always willing to talk about any problems that I have and did the best they could to fix it. I would tell anyone that if they are looking for a place to live, come call here home.

Brad at the leasing office was super professional and made the process so easy. He was great at following up and following through. My move in was stress free and the apartment was I’m great shape. He even had maintenance come through and change my lightbulbs; it’s the little things that matter. I knew I wanted to lease here the moment I stepped in! It’s a great complex and you get a great amount of space for what you pay! Thanks brad! :)

Average place to live. Quiet location and nice Neighbourhood. Very thin walls. Able to hear everything your Neighbour is doingCorridor is way too dark at night. Cleanliness of common areas can be improved.

Very friendly place. Dog friendly dog park. Nice size pool, never over crowded. The tiny dead frogs in the pool are sad though. Good parking. Nice/clean fitness center. You can hear dog barks easily through the walls.

Do not move here.Pros: Nice LayoutCons:-Dog poop everywhere. Even when you send in a maintenance request the poop still sits there for weeks.-Dogs barking ALL THE TIME. Whether its 6am or Midnight youll here them and reporting it to the apt does nothing as they say theyll send a note and never do.-Lots of kids running around the parking lot, they even have to put out signs to tell you to slow down.-Oh and did I mention the parking? Worst Parking in the world. Cant have guests because they have to walk a dang mile to get to your apartment. And theyll tow you, you better believe it.Stay away from this apt complex. It may look pretty but its not worth all the hassle.

In my stay here, I have had my property stolen, my property vandalized, my safety questioned by the 4 separate times that I have had to call the Williamson County sheriffs office and lastly, my sanity compromised by a neighbor that allows her dog to bark incessantly from the floor below me.I gave it a couple of months to see if anything has gotten better. I am updating this because the lady with the barking dogs has tried a bit harder to bring them in if they bark, but I dont think it would have progressed without the help from Teri. I will say as a property manager, she really has tried to listen to our complaints and most of the time, tries to make things right. I cant give more that 3 right now because of the people that walk and let their kids play in lanes of traffic, not off of the road.

Some of these reviews left are questionable. I guess some people never lived in apartments before or expect things to be like burger king. The sense of entitlement some people have now days is overwhelming. I actually lived at this property back in 2009 and it was horribly ran/managed then. Ive been back here since 2016 and things are much better than in 2009 (except parking, lol). The management tries to get residents together periodically throughout the year with special events, with good food, activities etc and seems like they actually care about residents. Theyve also been attentive to my needs and questions. Maintenance can be a little slow at times, but thats just like any other apartments. I lived at many different apartment complexes the pass 25 years throughout Texas and other states and would put this complex in my Top 3. Main reason for me moving back is the location, its close to major Highways for my commutes to work and lake line mall shopping area is about 5 mins away. Pulling out on 620 can be a pain at traffic times though. Overall Much more satisfied then I was in 2009.

So I am trying to move out because of my sudden loss of job and stuff and this apartment complex is the worst in terms of helping residents in just anything. they want us to pay the fine for breaking the lease which is fine but I should keep on paying until these people do not find anyone else to stay. And When I asked for their help in selling the stuff in my apartment they will just snap up. The most insensitive people on this earth. I suggest please do not come here. I used to stay in Dallas before this and I never faced such stupid people there.

Ill start with the positive things first:-The staff is really nice and always remembers to complete requests and is friendly when answering questions.-The people in the complex seem really nice (always waving and saying hello) though I havent personally met any of my neighbors.-The floor plans are great and the interior is just as beautiful as the exterior of the complex. My gigantic balcony is a plus too.Now the negatives:-There is almost no sound proofing between floors. We live on the second floor and it constantly sounds like our neighbors are stomping and you can hear talking and even hear them using the restroom and showering.-There is NO parking, which led to us having to pay an extra $60 a month for 2 parking spots near our building. I was told there are actually less parking spaces than there are apartments. and forget having a guest over. There are 6 designated guest parking spots and they are ALWAYS full and they will tow if you dont have a parking pass.-There have been numerous reports of vehicle vandalism in the complex as well as an apartment burglary since I moved in a year ago. My own car got keyed the first week I lived here.Overall it is a decent place to live for the location, though a bit pricy. I have definitely lived in far worse complexes. I would recommend it to someone waiting to have a home built and needing a short term place in a great school district.I would have given it 3 1/2 stars if it had been an option.

5 stars for Charlyce. I liked the place a lot and had no issues while I was here. Unfortunately I had to move for work but Charlyce helped me out a ton. She should run the show no doubt.

Had nothing but great things to say since I’ve been here. The staff is nice, the property is well maintained, and it’s a quiet reserved place to be. Charlyce helped with all my questions and has been helpful throughout the time that I’ve lived here.

One person who has gone above and beyond to make our experience great at the Marquis is Brad Kaufman. He has always been very responsive and caring to our needs - whether it was finding the right apartment, fixing maintenance issues, recommending restaurants, gyms, finding car insurance agents, or even dealing with noisy neighbors! :) This is for the management - you guys have a keeper in Brad, I hope you value him as a member of your CWS/Marquis family. He is a Linchpin - in other words, indispensable!

Weve lived here for 2 years. We moved in when the old management company was still over it and remain now with the new(er). I did not care for the old management much, but do appreciate the new management. Terri is responsive as can be expected with this large of a community, and shes very personable and seems to really care. The rest of the team seems to follow her lead. Living in this warm of a climate, we battle random bug issues but they are prompt in having exterminators and you can have them out several times a month if need be. I just have them come out when I see something in my apartment. Very prompt in all of our requests. My one beef is the electric bill. To me it seems really quite high for a little over a 1,000 sq ft of living space . . . I dont know if thats insulation or the fact we can only use Austin Energy, which kinda rips. Overall, I like the location, school district is top notch and I have had no issues with neighbors. The price for rent is pretty normal for this area of Austin, from what Ive found.I would like to say, about the parking issue, they are working diligently to rectify that situation. The strict towing policy is so the visitors dont take up all the spots for folks that actually live here. I come in as late as 10 and have had no problem finding parking in my buildings area . . . thanks to this policy. Prior to the towing thing, it was impossible to find parking!!

They office staff is very welcoming and nice. There is always resident activities going on, the pool partys over the summer where so much fun! The property always looks so beautiful and I have absolutely loved living here! :)

We have lived here for 3 years and Charlyce is the best. She is the only one that genuinely seems to care about the residents and the property. I’ve seen walk around picking up WAAAYY after the office is closed. She is amazing and should be recognized for her true, genuine care about the complex. I’ve even seen residents talk to her on her porch when she is off, asking questions. She defines customer service. Based upon the reviews, Charlyce should be running the place. She has the most positive attitude and ACTUALLY CARES.

DO NOT MOVE IN!!!I wish I could rate it 0 stars! The stairs railings are full of bird crap and the stairs by it self. When you go to the pool you dont even want to swim anymore its yellow and has dead animals. Vehicles get towed 24/7 and there is not even space to park in after 10 . There is dog crap everywhere and if you tell the office they would give you an attitude and and will not do anything. The other day I asked the office what happened to one of the TVs in the gym and they told me someone stole it. You have to be 16 or older in order to enter the clubhouse. I would probably recommend NOT moving here or visiting.

Charlyce (Im so sorry I know Im butchering your name) and Terri are absolutely wonderful. Charlyce signed my boyfriend and I up to live here and we are so happy she did. She is kind and wonderful and very responsive. Terri is also great! We wanted to talk to her about a complaint we had and she was on it! She was kind and listened to us and by the end of the conversation we left much happier than we came. We love our apartment so much!

Place is good to live, but still giving 2 star for the following reasonsa) Do not have play area for kids and when you reach out to management they are very rude in answering our concern saying go to nearest parkb) I stayed 2.5 years in the community and last month some how autopay did not take place and they charged me late fee. Reached to management they did not respected sincer tenants.c) I vacated facility for internal companys transfer and provided all required proofs to management, still they charged me heavy lease break penaltyAs school was so good and most of people are preferring this appartment. Management seems to be taking anti advantage of the same and not at all respecting tenants.Overall I had very bad experience at the time of my exit

This apt has more goods few improvements.Has good school in zone with bus facility,apt looks so rich,maintenance service is very good,usually solves in half day...rents seems high compare to few other apts,but not sure if for all units..though they have sub lease concept...lease breakage not available if nobody subleases which is a big issue.good gym,pool but no proper play area for kids..

Highly recommend this property! Looked at a ton of other properties both CWS and other companies. Super convenient location, the staff really do care about the residents and great amenities to the clubhouse and apartments! I was kinda blown away by the other review but guessing they are from people who lived here under the old management. Parking is enforced to ensure residents have parking. (Not sure how people can really complain about people doing there job!) Management is awesome and super easy to communicate with! Definitely check out this location, I was glad my apartment locator told me to check it out!

I previously reviewed and gave a 1 star, but things have changed and I have been seeing the changes theyve been making. In the past I could not find parking, as of now they have put out the parking passes and have towed cars without them. In result, spots have opened up and are easier to find.I would have given a full five star if my problem in particular at the time had been addressed, I had nowhere else to park in the apartment at night, I couldnt park at any businesses nearby for risk of being towed, and so I parked in a reserved spot I never saw anyone in with the plan to move my car as soon as I woke in the morning. When I woke I was already towed, but I didnt know what else to do? So I lost 400 dollars that month just because, I cant say Im not still bitter about the way things turned out.I decided to edit this most of all though because of the Community Director and how understanding she was when I was going through some very stressful times, I really really appreciated that and felt like I was really speaking person to person.

Hands down the best apartment complex we’ve lived in in Texas!

The insulation in these apartments is terrible!! You can hear your upstairs neighbors peeing and snoring! Havent had a good nights sleep since I moved in. I would not recommend living on the bottom or 2nd floor as you can hear everything above you! This is the most frustrating thing I have ever experienced!On a positive note, the office staff is very friendly, helpful, and attentive to any needs that are brought to them.

Worst place residents dont get parking spots. Have been staying on property from 2 years parking is always full and if you park in no parking area because of no availability they will tow your car right away. Not experienced this in any of the previous apartment communities we stayed.no play area, people dont pick up dog poop,no greenery, no flowers, no benches to sit and hang around,limited parking, few spots for visitors which are always full. Rather than paying for towing services find better place to live..

Walls and floors are so thin. Previous staff was horrible, but new staff is so much better. They care about current residents and not just new rentals

The office staff is not cooperative at all. If you have some work and you go to their office, they will not even offer you a chair to sit and show you that they are very busy and ask you to come later. Specially this lady who sits in front office will try to find out ways to not do the work . NOT AT ALL HELPFUL.

Very Horrible experience with this place and Old Assistant manager was fired and before she left she was accepting rent with telling anyone that they had a late fee, I had informed them ahead of type that i was going to be out in the field due to military reasons, my starting out late fee was $69 they did not call to inform me that it was due but they made sure to call when it accumulated to a total of $456.00 when i explained to the new assistant manager he was unwilling to help! Horrible customer experience that i have encountered my entire life! Do not Move In !!

Do not move here the apartments and the management are horrible. I have been dealing with bug problems since moving in and the management does not respond to requests, return phone calls or emails. You have to be careful where you walk because there are huge piles of dog feces on the ground. Parking is horrible and there is never any visitor parking. Do yourself a favor and do not rent here. It is not worth the headache of dealing with awful unprofessional management.

WORST APT. EXPERIENCE EVERRosalyn, the general manager, acts like a five year old and has the work ethic and manners of one too. The whole miserable year I lived here she never ONCE remembered to do anything I asked. Never explained anything to me without throwing one of her five year old tantrums, and finally had to get her supervisor involved. All apt. complex managers have faults, but she is the single worst manager in any sector of society I have ever encountered in my life. Dont live here. She will make you regret it.Also parking is absolutely terrible, cant ever have friends over, and have had stuff stolen from my balcony. Nowhere good to eat around here either. All I liked about this place was the floor plan. soooo not worth it. Also all the amenities are always broken or out of service, the BBQs never have propane, and their pool parties in the summer are surprisingly but consistently really ghetto.

We moved into our apartment under the impression that we would take the 2nd floor until the was a vacancy is a few weeks after move in. MY fiance is a retired disabled veteran and we made it clear he was not allowed to constantly go up and down stairs with his titanium spine, also he was about to go in for a CT milligram. They never moved us in the 4 months with tons of apartments being vacated and the apartment on the bottom flor haD ben available for over a month.THERE also were several parking spars for handicapped people but not all had signs. PEOPLE constantly parked in those spots and we were informed they would be towed. INSTEAD they gave them warning after warning. THERE we times he had to walk across the parking lot or I would have to drop him off in front of our stairs and he would have to walk with his cane to the apartment.If something brole in our apartment or was not working it would take a week or 2 to get someone out or sometimes we would have to write another ticket because maintenance would lie and say they came bUT never did. We had papers from VA saying Robert was not allowed to walk up and down stairs.There were people constantly dumpster diving. We would call the cops to get cases started due to they sent out letters requesting us to turn in these things. THEY never followed up. People would bring their dogs to pool, kids in their underware. Swimming in the pool with there panties falling off, climbing in fountains, childern 5--10 going to pool unattended, kids 5-10 in gym breaking equipment. APARTMENT did nothing about this.We moved out and were told we would only have to pay $500 each for breaking our lease. They are trying to charge us $3600. I will recommend no one here. Also beware there are dogs that are not friendly that wonder off lease and apartment does not care. OUR dog which is a pitbull service dog was almost attack but a bit bull that was snuck in. They do not allow pit bull unless they are service dogs. The young couple said they just brought him there and did not put him on the lease. Multiple people by building 6 started doing that. Management has a non Carring attitude. They only care about getting in and after that they do not care.

The management here is unreasonable. Yeah, the place has curb appeal but thats where it stops.Oh, and dont even think of having a guest or family member stay over for the evening or heaven forbid a weekend. They patrol the lot every night and tow your loved ones vehicles. My son came for one overnight stay and his car was gone in the morning. When I confronted the management I was told thats what the 3 guest parking spots are for...yeah, the ones that are always occupied. Obviously I will not be renewing my lease.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED! During this current hurricane I have family staying with me. Fearing for their vehicles I called the office and asked if there was a guest pass that they could have since the parking is terrible and there is hardly ANY guest parking! I was basically repeated the parking policy and then was told that the only other option was for them to park OUTSIDE the gate. I find it EXTREMELY insensitive and insulting that giving the circumstances that no special accommodations or compromise could be made!!

Very noisy neighbors with little kids running around. Feces all over the grass as no one picks up after their dogs.

Been at this apartment for a while with new management changing rules all the time and Im getting fed up with getting emails from this complex. No one wants to get spammed by their apartment especially when all the emails are just talking about never ending updates and more and more restrictions. Oh Towing is 24 hours, oh you cant park in front of the office during business hours or youll get towed, oh teenagers cant be in weight room, oh parking permits are changing blah blah blah. Will not be renewing my lease.

Bad place. Used to be nice.
