Made an appointment online. Received an email that they would confirm appointment. Did not hear from them on my preferred time so I followed up with them on my backup time. Did not have me in the system so made an appointment for 2 days later at 8am. Arrived early and was quoted 1.5 to 2 hours. Went out to do some errands in the meantime. Called 2.5 hours after my appointment time to see if my vehicle was ready. They had not pulled it in yet. I decided to cut my losses on time and went in to pick up the vehicle. Person behind the counter turned and walked away into the office as I was walking up to the lobby area. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes before I retrieved my keys myself and left. The coupon they have for two wheel alignment does not include a full 2 wheel alignment. Toe only, not caster and camber. This is not stated on the coupon, only that some vehicles may cost more. I have a 4Runner. A competent tech can align this vehicle in about 20 minutes with the Hunter machine they have. Including camber and caster. Not like it’s a Mercedes or Audi R8. If you know you know. To ownership: do what you will with this review to make improvements with your business but I will not be back.

Professional, polite, prompt & the indoor area was immaculately clean, so it was very comfy to wait there. If I lived closer I would bring my car there all the time! I believe it was Ryan who assisted me & he is absolutely lovely. Very good experience!

These guys are very good at what they do. Always professional and honest. I had a bunch of issues going on with my truck that I just couldn’t figure out. They were able to identify the problems and clearly explain it and what needed to be done to fix it. Highly recommended for your mechanic needs.

I’ve only been to MsSpadden’s a couple of times. Everyone is polite and they know their stuff. I’ve called a couple times for some last minute things and they try fit you in if they can or get you an appointment as soon as possible. . The lounges are very clean, air conditioned and they have coffee and some individual canned drinks for customers. Prices are fair and affordable. Everyone was wearing masks during my most recent visit and they have hand sanitizer for customers.

Great experience, had my oil changed and the price was great! They rotated my tires for free! Saved me a trip to discount tire! I plan to use them for future repairs and oil changes! I just wish they toned down the air freshener in the waiting area, I’d much prefer the smell of cars and oil 😁

Had a blowout on the road so I dropped in for trailer tires. They were so busy I left. Best to call ahead I guess. In this day and age thats a good problem to have for a business, just not for me today. Cant ding them for it.

I use Ryan and the team at the shop for anything Automotive. If they can’t do it, or, have concerns about doing it they tell you and explain why. There has never been anything they couldn’t do with my cars, the only thing couldn’t do was on my RV and that was simply a space issue.There may be other auto shops as good but when you have one that works and you enjoy them why go anywhere else.Just for the record, the coffee is good!

McSpaddens service was great! I live in downtown Austin and was in the Bee Cave area when I happened to notice that one of my tires was low on air and I had a screw in the tire. I searched google for the closest auto center and was able to get the car to McSpaddens. They informed me that the tire could be under warranty, so I called the auto place that put on the tires, and sure enough, they were under warranty. McSpadden then put on my spare tire for me at no cost. And they did this while they were really busy. I appreciate the care and assistance they provided a walk-in like me.

The experience was great and this is the second vehicle I have taken for repairs. Just noticed that there is an online special section of their website which offered $50 off coupon for repair over $500. Since I was referred by another customer, I wasnt aware of the specials. Sure would be nice for the staff to share these specials with customers, especially for those of us that dont spend all our time online!!! Would be curious if they would allow those coupon to be applied after the service and payment.

I had my ram 1500 looked at for the check engine light, spent $500 on diagnostics and such. They said it was good to go, but to bring it back if the check engine light came back on. Drove 5 miles down the road and it started flashing. I ended up having to have it towed to the dealership where they found a cylinder was missing firing. Would recommend going to a more experienced shop.

We were on a road trip, thought had a puncture because of reduced air pressure. We had a 10 hour drive ahead of us that day And no other businesses in area were flexible enough to understand that. Mcspadden’s understood our situation and examine the tire as soon as we brought in the car.Turns out there wasn’t a puncture so they didn’t even charge! Incredibly nice and customer focused.

They explain things clearly and then let you make whatever decision works for you.The waiting room is so nice and comfortable - I worked there for about an hour and it flew right by. They have comfy chairs and coffee/soda.Every time I call they schedule me easily and they are very friendly over the phone as well as in person. I convinced my husband to take both of our cars to McSpaddens from now on because I have never actually liked an automotive shop as much as I like this one.

I normally have good experiences with Mcspaddens in Bee caves and this may not be their fault but there state inspection machine was not working on Monday. I had to go somewhere else. Better luck next time! Also, I believe they provide good service but may not be any cheaper than other shops.

Have been a long time customer of McSpaddens. A little annoyed by recent visit. One of the hub caps was found to have a broken clip during a brake repair. I was promptly informed by Ryan of this and asked if he should order a replacement. I declined and asked him to keep the broken one for me. The hub cap was lost by the tech staff and Ryan ordered a new one. I really didn’t want to spend $50 on a new hub cap for a vehicle with close to a1/4 million miles on it! I would have fixed the hub cap. Annoying. Otherwise service was good as always.

I have been here several times and I like the quality of the service. The only reason I give them 3 stars is because they didnt allow me to use a coupon on a repair since I had already made the payment before I realized that I had a coupon. It could have saved me at least $100. They could have done that as a courtesy to make the customer happy but they didnt and they lost my loyalty.
